They are very friendly and knowledgable. My daughter got her metal braces with them March 2024. They explained the entire process to us and are always available to answer any questions we have. Update: January 2025 My daughter’s braces were removed. She is very happy with her straightened teeth. The orthodontist did an amazing job. He kept us informed of the entire process and answered all of our questions: different size wires, rubber bands, retainer information. The staff is extremely friendly and always answers quickly. Dr Terrana is an amazing orthodontist. He and his team is always available even in case of emergency situations like braces bracket comes off and any other related issues during the ongoing treatment. Initially when we visited he explained the treatment plan and charges very well and accommodated all of our requests without any issues. I would recommend him.

I can't say enough about Dr. Terrana and his staff! My kids and I all knew that we wanted to work with Dr. Terrana immediately after our initial visit. The warm welcome was just the beginning. During our consult, Dr. Terrana spent a great deal of time educating all of us on my son's issues, and reviewed all the options we had. He showed me the x-rays, explained details that I was not aware of, really helped me understand what was happening in my son's mouth, what we wanted to happen, and how we could achieve that. After committing to Dr Terrana and a treatment plan, his payment options were very convenient. His scheduling is flexible with night time and weekend appts. He even has called me late in the evening to ensure a message was returned. Since starting treatment, my son continues to enjoy the relationship he has with Dr Terrana, and despite a palate expander and braces, he has felt little discomfort and very at ease with all of his new appliances. I attribute this to Dr. Terrana's awesome technology, and his warm and down to earth personality/approach with his patients. I couldn't recommend him enough. Beyond my recommendation, My 10 year old son agrees that Dr Terrana is the best!

My daughter had her expanders at Terrano Orthodontics. From our first visit everyone was so welcoming. We were given a tour of the clinic (which is so clean and has the most up to date technology). I recently brought my 7 year old to Terrana Orthodontics for a consultation with Dr. Terrana. I was highly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that my family experienced at this practice. Dr. Terrana explained how not all braces are the same, which as an adult who had braces as a child I was surprised to learn! Dr. Terrana uses self-ligating braces which helps reduce treatment time. Absolutely love. Dr. Terrana is so thorough and knowledgeable. He walks you through everything right from the start about the options and the treatment plan. They purposely schedule visits so there is like no one there. It was amazing to see a dentist not rush you when you are there. Sandy is amazing as well. She not only schedules the appointments, but she also goes over what the cost with you thoroughly and the payment options. When I signed the paperwork yesterday she even took the time to let me read all the fine print. She talks to you and gets to know you. I can honestly say, I have never felt more at ease in a doctor or dentist office than I do that one. They answer every question and really make you feel super comfortable. And the office is beautiful!

Started Invisalign here and I'm so excited! I've had previous consultations before at another office for Invisalign but it wasn't close to my experience at Terrana. The complimentary consultation with Dr. Terrana was so helpful. He was super clear explaining my plan of treatment, laying out all my options, and answering all my questions. Sandy was very kind and accommodating explaining all the logistics and financials of my treatment. The clinic looks amazing and Covid-19 protocols are followed very well! Definitely made the best decision doing my treatment here :)

Working with Terrana Orthodontics on my Invisalign treatment has been lovely so far! I actually went around and got consultations from 5 different orthodontists and ultimately chose Dr. Terrana. He offered a comprehensive treatment at an incredibly reasonable price and made me feel heard throughout my consultation. I really felt like he understood my concerns and would work together with me to fix them. The office is beautiful and state of the art, plus it's in a great location. Each time I visited the office, I was the only patient there. Not only did I feel really safe COVID-wise, but I felt that Dr. Terrana was really focused on me and my treatment throughout my visit. On top of all of this, Terrana Orthodontics has the best receptionist/assistant ever. Sandy is such a joy!! I look forward to my appointments just because I get to see them both. I'm excited to continue my Invisalign experience and find confidence in my smile thanks to this office!

Amazing office! We had consultations at other offices but ultimately choose Dr. Terrana's office and we couldn't be happier with our decisions. The office is clean and covid safe. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Dr. Terrana spent a lot of time with us reviewing my daughter's treatment plan, insurance, and payment information. As a health care provider I can be hard to impressive but I am very impressed by this office. My daughter also just told me she is happy we choose Dr. Terrana as well.

I scheduled my 8 year old son with Dr. Terrana for extensive work after several orthodontist consultations. I felt so comfortable choosing Dr. Terrana based on how understanding Dr. Terrana is, and takes as much time as you need to explain everything. He is uber accommodating and friendly, and his office is immaculate. Dr. Terrana is also awesome with kids. This place is AMAZING and so glad we found him!

I went in for a consultation and left a patient. As an older person I was very nervous about getting braces and didn’t care for the orthodontist my dentist referred me to.I read an article about Dr Terrana in the local paper and went for a second opinion. I was immediately greeted by Sandy when I walked in and felt welcomed. Dr. Terrana came out immediately and gave my husband and I a tour of his facilities. His facilities are state of the art, impeccably clean, lots of natural lighting and inviting. I was so impressed there was a separate adult area for patients like myself. Dr. Terrana explained everything he would be doing and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with each procedure. I went in for just a consult but so impressed I knew DR Terrana was the right person. I asked if we could get started immediately and fortunately he had time to get the ball rolling. I would highly recommend him for all ages, he is extremely friendly, down to earth and has a passion for his work.

Dr. Terrana and Gina are wonderful to work with! They are super friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Dr. Terrana explains everything he’s going to do before he does it, which is always appreciated. The office itself is state of the art, impeccably clean, and inviting. We visited the office for two reasons. The first was to get my son started with the braces process. The second was for my daughter, who had a miserable experience at another orthodontist over the pandemic. We explained our situation and asked if Dr. Terrana would be willing to take over her care. He not only agreed, but offered to do it for a very reasonable price considering what we had already been through elsewhere. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Today I went to the Terrana orthodontists, I had a great time, Dr.Terrana was very polite when he was putting my braces on. Everytime I asked about something, he answered with a good response. The receptionist was also very polite. Thank You to Dr.Terrana for doing my braces!

Moms and Dads! I highly recommend Terrana Orthodontics !!! Angelina’s braces look awesome and literally the office feels like a high end spa! Dr Terrana used the latest technology for a 3D virtual mold of her teeth which allows you to see what the before and anticipated after will be. Angelina loved her goodie bag filled with things to take home. The staff is so kind and the place is SPOTLESS. I have three kids and have seen my share of Dr’s offices. Nothing has even come close to the experience I have had here. I actually look forward to our next appt which is something I have never said about Dr appts!
