Alright, full disclosure here, I have already written a review which appears a few months prior to this one. I normally can't stand when people leave multiple reviews for a business, but this UPDATE is only to provide more information to help others make an informed decision. ****Third update**** It has been one year since I had my full mouth restoration done. I had my 6 month checkup at my regular dentist in May for a cleaning and exam. I paid extra to have a new set of x-rays taken just to keep an eye on things. Everything looked good and zero issues. Still very happy with my overall experience and outcome at Supreme Dental. I had a full mouth restoration done at the end of May, 2024 (28 zirconia crowns) and yesterday marked 6 months since the work was done. Yesterday was also the day of my annual exam/x-rays and 6 month cleaning at my regular dentist in Ohio. He was already aware that I went outside of the US to get the work done because I had a crown fall out at the beginning of October. Right rear molar, sticky candy, it happens. At the time he did a quick once over and recemented the crown. Well, after he reviewed the x-rays and doing an exam yesterday, everything looks great! This is something I have been worried about (huge pessimist) and it's finally nice to be completely at ease with having this done. If you are thinking about going outside of the US for extensive dental care, do it. I just want to say thank you again to Supreme Dental, especially Dr. Mich and Dr. Fernanda. The entire experience was an absolute pleasure.

This is in response to the crybaby that is blaming the clinic for a chipped tooth that he says was caused by a faulty crown. Are you a doctor? Or are you a Google expert? How do you know it was placed incorrectly?I was there when you arrived, and you had a horrible attitude, you wouldn’t let the staff speak, and you were very rude. And to say that you came down to help support the industry, calm down. You’re not putting their kids through college or doing anyone any favors. Obviously the cost is not just peanuts, or else you wouldn’t be making this big of a fuss about it. You are a sad little man to come on here and encourage other people not to come here. You’re probably just getting your lunch money back when you were bullied as a kid. Compassion? Do you need a hug? Or a warm bottle of milk? Grow up. Very satisfied with the work that was done for me here at this place, very nice girls and guys. They understood my concerns and made sure to explain everything to me in detail, telling me everything three times since I like to make sure I have all my bases covered. The people and service are very good. However, I ran into an issue. Around August 2024, I flew there to get three root canals and crowns done. It’s been about nine months since then, and now I’m having problems with two of them. One crown was done in a way that allows food to get stuck, and a small cavity—recently discovered—was left behind. Another one has developed an infection. While everything seemed fine at the time, I’m now a bit skeptical about going back, even though I’ve been told the work might be covered under warranty.

Just returned home after an amazing experience with Supreme dental clinic! I traveled to Mexico alone so I was a little nervous about what I was walking into. From the beginning Jessica my patient coordinator answered all my questions and made sure my pick up’s and drop off’s were all scheduled. Day 1 I was picked up in Yuma and taken across the border by their very friendly driver Francisco. I was greeted in the immaculate clinical by name by the receptionist and staff. I met with Dr. Dulce had some X-rays and an ct scan and went over what would be the best plan for me. I went with emax crowns and needed two root canals. All prices were given to me in writing. Dr Dulce and her assistant Montse then began preparation on my top teeth. She made sure I was not in pain and really made sure everything was done perfectly. We then picked out the color and style. I stayed in their hotel across the street which is included in the price. The hotel has a Nice balcony over looking the street to relax on. There’s also several pharmacies so anything you need for pain or to eat you can find there. Day 2 I had breakfast at the restaurant next to the clinic, and after that I honestly had two of the best root canals by Dr Vargas. No pain, and she explained everything that was going on. She even told me if I needed another crown on a questionable tooth she was here for me. Day 3 I returned for my top teeth crown placement and began preparation for my bottom teeth. Dr Dulce made sure I was not in any pain and made sure everything was perfect. Day 4 I had my bottom teeth crowns placed and would return on Friday for a final adjustment and then be going home. Day 5 was just as perfect as every other day. Everyone was super friendly and greeted me by name with every encounter. I’m so happy with my smile and I am so glad I went with supreme dental clinic. I would recommend bringing lots of patience when you come, and just go with the flow. I showed up with years of problem teeth that I didn’t get treated at home because of bad experiences with dentists. I expected supreme dental to fix all my problems in just four days. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! When I was in the chair it was all about me! The most up to date equipment, and the way I was treated and cared for by the staff and Dr Dulce was hands down five star treatment! Thank you for giving me back my smile!

Wow, what an experience! This is my 2nd trip that I have had and highly recommend. My mom and brother had the luxury to experience Supreme Dental first. I was excited to see how their experience was and the finishing procedures they had done to ultimately decide on if this was the route I was going to follow. After there experience I can say my mom has been glowing with a beautiful smile and my brother has been beeming from ear to ear with the work he had done. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend! For myself (flying solo) there was a lot of anxiety from the beginning. I listened to most all their podcasts (Frank does an excellent job and has an amazing team behind him) which puts your mind at ease. I also took the advice of my mom and brother and felt a little less anxious. Lucely, my patient coordinator has been there every step of the way, as well! She has been exceptional and been there to help answer any questions i have had at any time of the day. Being from North Carolina, it has truly been amazing how fast she is with getting back with me. Definitely goes above and beyond. She also helps take a lot of anxiety away. Their staff takes care of you from the beginning you walk in the door. Some advice I would give to anyone new, is to go with the flow, dont be anxious (easier said than done). Even if your appointment is at a certain time. It is important to stay calm and enjoy yourself in the waiting room until they call you. You may wait a little while, but they will not forget you. Trust them throughout the process and know they have the best intrest of their patients. There first priority is you the patient and your wellbeing and they take pride in their work! During my first visit, to kill time I tried Eternal Beauty - OMG, what an experience! I am not one to try anything new, but I tried the HydroFacial and what a relaxing experience! It is beautiful inside and highly recommend if you have a lot of swelling post surgery, plus its very relaxing. For my second visit. I am beyond impressed. Went with veneers, implant, had a recommendation for root canal, and 2 extractions on my wisdom teeth. Could not be more pleased with results. Dr. Dolce did my veneers and has an art for the work she does! She looks for perfection in her work. That is all one can ask for when it comes to your health and wellbeing. She cares about everyone she works with and talks you through every step away with what she is doing. If there is something wrong, she will let you know and she will correct it with your heart in mind. I can tell she enjoys what she does and takes a lot of pride in her work. I am very excited to return home with a more confident smile! Thank you Supreme Dental! ❤ As far as things to do in Los Algadones. There is not too much to do. A lot of dental, optical, and pharmacies along the main road that Supreme Dental is at. As well as vendors selling items. They are all very friendly, might be over bearing but they are all very nice. There are also barbers, salons and places to get your nails done, again if you are looking to kill time during appointments, its something to do. It's important to note that if it is your first time coming, just about everything closes between 4:00PM and 5:00PM so if you plan to eat out, find those places early if possible. I would ask the locals what they also recommend as far as food goes. The town is very quite after 5:00PM. If you are getting work done the pharmacies have cups of soup and soft foods if needed. I would load up on them if you have time. They do have places to get smoothies if you can not eat solid foods. Over all a safe place to stay and walk around.

TLDR; Supreme Dental is where you want to go in Los Algodones if you want to have a dental experience similar to the US (IMO, better). They have full US/international training and dental accreditation. 10/10 experience! That being said, it is a little different than you might be used to. Just ask questions, everyone is super helpful and understanding. Once you submit an inquiry online, they guide you through the full process! I recently maxed out my insurance benefits at a dentist in Phoenix, AZ getting a root canal and crown. I needed a second root canal but didn’t want to pay the high cost so I went to Los Algodones and chose Supreme Dental based on good reviews I saw here and on reddit. SO happy I trusted these reviews because Supreme Dental is the real deal!! Dr Dulce did my root canal and the actual endodontic procedure was about 35 min in the chair. She is thorough and efficient!!! Total for the root canal/crown day 1 was about 1 hour in the chair. In comparison, I just spent 4 hours at the dentist in Phoenix for a root canal/crown. I was worried going into it bc I usually require more of the anesthetic used to numb my mouth and Dr Dulce was very understanding and did a great job making sure I felt no pain whatsoever ? I don’t have everyone else’s name who helped me out but everyone was incredible! I also got a crown which matches my teeth much better than what I’ve received in the US, a great cleaning which was much more thorough than a standard cleaning in the US, and a night guard for a fraction of the cost made within a few hours for me to take home same day. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!!! They also got my husband in for a cleaning and didn’t mind that we had our 4 month old baby with us :-) when we returned on day 2 for my crown to be cemented, they greeted me by name and were just so welcoming and kind the whole time we were there. I do not get this quality of service in the US and I’ve been to 2 “highly rated” dentists in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Trust me, go to Supreme Dental! I will definitely be returning for future dental work ?

My husband and I visited 3/22/25 and I am writing this 4/11/25 so it’s been almost 3 weeks since my visit. We traveled to Mexico for dental work and ended up at supreme dental. We called ahead and had an appointment. When we arrived we waited for about an hour then we were taken to their second clinic because they said the dentists that would be helping us were located there. We waited there for a little while as well, then they asked to take me alone back to the previous clinic because they had a dentist free up there, as we’re not familiar with Mexico that made me uncomfortable and my husband joked “don’t get kidnapped as I left” but I went and the young man that took me was VERY kind. I was seen and the dentist that attended me asked if he could do a 3D scan to confirm the work that he thought I needed. I asked how much it was and he said $150 but he strongly recommended it in order to properly quote me. He also said it would be emailed to me in case I decided not to move forward with the work there. I agreed and was taken back to the other clinic for the scan where I met up with my husband again as he was already finished. He was told he did not need work so they offered to do a cleaning which he said yes to. We waited for me to be seen to get the results of my 3D scan which they had said took about 5 min and my dentist was outside was outside talking to a colleague but I waited assuming he was on a break. Then our previous receptionist walked in surprised that we were still there and pulled him away from his conversation to give me my results he literally just said “yes it was exactly what I thought you needed, you’re good to pay and go home” so we went up to be charged TOGETHER and were only charged for the 3D scan. I requested for an insurance form to be filled out and the receptionist Nohemi who was scrolling social media said she was very busy and would have it to me no later than the following Wednesday. To avoid making a long story longer I followed up every day for a week after it was promised to me until I finally received it on 3/31/25 but did not receive the copy of my 3D scan, by that point, after not being responded to time and time again (they even stopped taking my calls. I once called from a friends cell after calling from my own and they answered her call after ignoring mine) I decided not to get the dental work done there so I keep following up to get the 3D scan that I paid the $150 for to this day. And after being told that they would send it, it went to only the manager can send it and he won’t be in for a few weeks, and was told 04/02/25 that they are no longer able to email it to me but I will have to travel back into Mexico for a USB copy of it. So I asked for a refund, which seems fair to me considering they did not keep their word of emailing it to me and I’ve invested SO MUCH of my time and this whole experience has been so stressful not to mention frustrating but was told since technically I can get it, I just need to travel back into Mexico to get it they cannot refund me. The cherry on top of this whole situation was that I got a phone call last Saturday saying that we left without paying for my husbands $30 cleaning (that he did not request) o let her know that we were only charged for the scan when paying but I’d gladly give her authorization to charge our card AFTER I received my 3D scan she ended up getting so rude and offensive saying that we should have asked to be charged for the cleaning so I ended up letting her know that I began to record the phone call because at this point I am so FED UP with this company and WHAT!? You are the billing clerk why would I need to be the one to tell you what to charge me!!?? I asked to speak to a manager or even if it’s possible to get the USB mailed to me and have not gotten a response. I will say Ernesto who I believe is their customer service rep for out of the country customers has been SO KIND to me throughout this process. But these people are thieves and the customer service is a ZERO/10

Supreme Dental was super. The implants they provided were perfect. I made the mistake of going to Oasis Dental to save a few dollars for the permanent bridge and it has repeatedly failed. I have demanded a refund from Oasis for the faulty bridge and they haven't accommodated. Bottom line is that Supreme Dental was perfect but Oasis Dental is terrible. Thank you Supreme, and Oasis should have their license revoked!

In 2023, I began researching dental clinics outside of the USA. I searched in Turkey, Hungary, and Poland. While some of them were interesting, none of them had the credentials or level of training that inspired my unconditional confidence. I then broadened my detective work to practices in Mexico, and discovered Supreme Dental in Los Algodones. I looked at the training that each of the dentists had received and was amazed to find that the majority of the training had been in Europe, the United States and their own country. I then spoke with some of the people whom I knew had posted reviews, to get first hand experiences. Invariably, those experiences were more than positive-they were glowing -as is this one. From start to finish, from the front desk to the actual implantologists, the work was superior in every way. To begin, the facilities are spotless! At each step the process was explained, and patience was displayed when questions were asked. I had been quoted 85,000 US for the work(4 on one) that was completed at less than 25,000 US. After the completion of the work and my return home, I was called to ask me if I had any complications and if I was happy with the dental work. I ask you, when has an American dentist ever called you after the completion of your dental work? Not only that, I recently received a call from Luis to schedule my annual checkup. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs. These people are my answer. I am a successful psychotherapist in Atlanta, and frequently visit relatives in Washington, D.C. One of them actually complimented me on my beautiful teeth and said he wished he had been able to keep his teeth! He thought they were my natural teeth! I will be recommending this clinic to all of my friends and relatives alike.

I had two surgical extraction done a year earlier to this visit without any issues. For this visit I returned for the crowns for two implants that were placed when the extractions were done. The dentist I saw on this visit spent over an hour attempting to convince me to get crowns for every tooth which I clearly explained to him I was NOT interested. He eventually place the installed the crowns but I was not pleased with this rip me off for money attempt.

Supreme Dental has been one of the most pleasant dental experiences of my life- which has been quite long I will admit. Everything is state of the art including the staff. I highly recommend you try them, especially if you have extensive dental needs. The cost will astound you… in a good way!

They Play fast and loose with their scheduling. They may tell you That your appointment is at 9:00 a.m. and maybe 10:30 or 11:00 or later you'll actually be seen. They are very expensive. I'm not sure that it's worth it. My experience was unacceptable. I allowed them to upsell me. This meant they took out some perfectly good teeth which caused gum damage.Then they chugged along and installed a lower plate that because of the gum damage I wound up with a fitting that that had lots of space between it and the gum. This trapps food every time I eat. I'm not happy and I won't go back.

Dr Michelle was amazing! I had two root canals done and she was so patient with my being afraid and very sensitive to pain. She made sure I was completely numb and checked up on me through out procedure. I highly recommend her as your dentist.

One of the worse dental work I received my US's dentist show me the X-ray of the root canal done at this place and how my crown was set and all the work looks horrible. I have to get the root canal and crown done all over don't go to this place it's trash! And I feel the dentist don't have the actual dental degree

We had an outstanding service done at Supreme Dental clinic in Los Algodones, had a difficult situation as I needed 4 implants. The coordination, process and expectations were all set before we got there, the staff were welcoming, Doctors are professional and knowledgeable. We also coordinated the whole trip with Ernesto and he was absolutely very helpful in the logistics and setting everything up in a timely manner and he was able to pretty much explain the whole process with helpful suggestions. If you want the job to be done and complete from the first time, this will be the one clinic I’d vouch for. The clinic is also equipped with top of the line equipment and cutting edge dental technology where multiple implants and procedures can be done in parallel and within a short period of time.

Everything so far has been great. Luis was my first contact and was super responsive almost 24/7.he helped me to get the best possible pricing and was great at explaining everything that would happen from start to finish. Dr. Luis was my dentist and he was great, very personable, professional and thorough. He is very humble, friendly and super thorough. I love the fact that everyone here actually seems to love their jobs. Manny and Gabby were great with communicating everything as well. It was also comforting to see the owner Frank there on the scene. I stayed in the hotel upstairs from the dental office which was fantastic for avoiding street vendors if your not in the mood and the pharmacy is also downstairs. For anyone afraid to travel here, don't be . Super simple and safe. Looking forward to finalizing everything in a few months for my final procedure. I've added my pictures of my old model of my teeth from here and my current "immediate loads" for my all on four procedure. One thing too, honest to God, I never felt any pain after the procedure, I was knocked out for the surgery, definitely recommend that, but even after, no pain. I saved over $20,000 by going there. Update I just left after my final work was done. Could not be happier. Dr Elias was amazing fantastic guy incredible work. All of them helpers technicians and staff were always so friendly and kind. I am so impressed by how thorough and complete they were even though Doctor Eiaz was buried with tons of patients he worked very hard to get it all done and did great great job. They have no problems working late into the evening to get the work done. Manny and Gabby at the front desk have to deal with a lot but they are very patient and they never lose their cool very impressive how they handle things. Even the hotel staff was great, Yesenia in particular and her little friend who I don't know her name were very friendly and kind and at all times kept the rooms clean and stocked. I have already recommended this place to a few people and hopefully many more to come.

After much research on the best implant specialists in Algodones, I chose Supreme Dental Clinic. The communication to set up my visit was excellent & so easy. I scheduled my visit & once there, I checked in at 9am and waited for 4 hours. Around 1:30pm, I asked for an update and was told that the dentists are fully booked with returning patients; that as soon as one became available, they would be calling first time patients. Me & a small group of others who had been waiting to be seen discussed this & then realized that they overbooked all of us despite their already booked appointments. About 20 minutes later, a front desk woman came to us and said that if we aren’t called by 3:00, we should reschedule. There was about 8 of us. So disappointing because it’s not like I (or the others from Palm Springs, Vermont & Canada) live right around the corner. My belief is that they purposely overbook new patients. I refuse to be treated like cattle & left. Will give my money & business to a more deserving establishment.

Supreme Dental is our go to for all things dental. They are a one stop shop. Everyone from the driver who picked us up from the airport to the owner makes sure your experience is amazing. The professionalism of everyone was unmatched. We were treated by Dr. Luis, who in my opinion is a perfectionist. He has the most beautiful spirit and personality. He is attentive, his energy is always positive and he doesn’t stop until you are completely satisfied. Frank the owner, makes sure they’re all equipped with the latest technology and education. They’re constantly traveling around the world learning and continuing to sharpen their knowledge. They don’t just give you a pretty smile, they also do the necessary work to ensure your mouth is healthy. They make sure that you are comfortable and pain free. The entire staff impressed us. The atmosphere in the office feels like everyone is family. Everyone shares their experiences and from what I can tell all of the Doctors are amazing. Between the two visits, six days each, I didn’t see or hear anyone who wasn’t satisfied. To see the joy that people have after their work is completed is very emotional. I love how responsive they are. There has never been a time that I’ve reached out to them that they didn’t respond immediately. Even on the one day that they are closed they still respond immediately. We have recommended so many people and will continue to do so. Two of our sons have had work done there as well. Los Algodones is a small town with dentist and optometrist every other door. I noticed all the other offices have people soliciting for patients. No one ever solicits for Supreme. Their clientele is mostly word of mouth. That speaks volumes about the quality of the service they provide. We will travel there going forward even if it’s just for a cleaning. My husband and I have been going to Supreme Dental since 2018. I was very impressed by the professional way in which they handled everything. Both my teeth and my husband's teeth needed a lot of help. Frank and the whole team made us feel welcome and like family. They really care about your experience and that you are happy with the outcome. In the last 7 years, they have grown leaps and bounds and have the latest technology, better than most dentists in the states. I am very conscious about my looks and could never really smile because of how my teeth looked after an accident that knocked out my front teeth. I went to several dentists stateside, but none helped return my smile to how it should look. I am very grateful to Frank and the entire Supreme Family for the excellent way they take care of us and put us at ease. We are now in the process of getting my husband's bottom teeth fixed. I recommend Supreme to everyone I know.I added the before and after of our smiles. We get so many compliments is almost silly!

They were very professional in their service. The only issue I had was a price increase from the original telephone quote. But still a good saving from home.

My wife had the all-on four procedure done in November 2 years ago. She also had 2 implants on the bottom with root canals. Less than a year later the bottom crown came loose and the top denture broke. We went back to have them repaired and she was very unhappy the way she was treated. Since then 2 of the caps on the bottom have fallen out and more of the denture has broken. We can’t recommend this dental clinic.

They don’t have narcotics. I suffered for over 1 week than went to the ER here in Arizona. Pain was 10/10. Felt better next day. The surgeon and staff were good otherwise. Caring, professional and trustworthy.

Everything went great only complaint we have is the hot water in our room stunk but over all are trip there was safe and they did great work we would definitely recommend them.

Friends had told me about dental work in Mexico ??. Supreme has better equipment than the dentist near my home. Digital Xrays and a gentle dentist made it great experience. Full set of crowns took 24hrs and was 1/5th the cost of the 2 week crowns from my American dentist.

We had an amazing experience with supreme dental from beginning to end. Mt fiancé got 4 on 4 implants. The first time we came was in March for the dentures and we returned in September for his implants. Customer service is 10 out of 10. The dental office is cleaner with state of the art equipment, better than some dental offices in the United States and cost of implants are much cheaper than in the US. Our dental surgeon Ernesto Yaniz is the best. Very knowledgeable about his job and answered all questions we had. He gave his professional opinion about the different implants. Full replacement of all of my sister's bad teeth sent us to Supreme. What a great and competent team of medical professionals! Her smile is beautiful today after the extraction of 19 teeth. My wife and I had an amazing experience. I've been there twice. My wife had a full mouth restoration. Came in Monday & left Friday with a Hollywood smile. And the entire mouth cost less than it would have cost to do three implants in the US. The doctor was incredibly kind and experienced. I had two implants done 6 months ago and then had the completion done this trip as well. It was painless. my wife is terrified of dentists. And is still shocked that so much was done with so little pain. I highly recommend these guys. Watch the Youtube channels where They explain their processes. They are equal to the dental professionalism & quality that we have in the US. I have sent four people here. And every single one is extremely grateful and impressed at the Quality Stayed in Yuma Arizona and came across everyday. Which I recommend doing. Although they have accommodations. After researching dental clinics 2 years I decided on Supreme Dental, picked a date and thought I was all good to go…. Until about a month before appointment date. Panic started setting in. I was having 28 Emax crowns done. I’m a chicken when it comes to being in a dentist chair. Plus, that was a lot of cash for me to come up with. I could not get some of the clinic’s numbers to work from Alaska so more panic. I emailed instead and Ernesto Carranza replied. Thank God! I asked so many questions and confirmed details over and over, Ernesto has the patience of a saint. I would adopt him if I could! Thank you Ernesto for helping me keep my appointment with a fantastic dental clinic and team. You all helped change my life for the better. I would add photos but have not received them yet. Hope to add them later. 3 days after leaving and returning to Alaska I discovered my two front teeth had to be redone. It was very frustrating trying to communicate with the front desk and arrange to return to have them redone. Thankfully Ernesto was there for me once again. I asked multiple times for my records to send to my insurance company and they were not ready until the very last minute before we left. Gabby saved the day, got me the records. She was kind, listened and was very helpful. I really liked my dentist and she redid my two front teeth and all is good now. I wasn’t too happy that I felt dismissed and snubbed by the front desk when I had to return, but the other office front desk made it all work out.

This place is stellar. I've had dentists in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and various other cities. This place is the nicest and most cutting edge place I've been to. I saw Dr Dulce the last couple of times and I can definitely say she's been the best dentist I've seen in decades. I can't speak highly enough of this place and the people who work there.

Well im exited to do this review, not only because it changed my life. Of course I was skeptical about getting work done in Mexico, honestly! But I took a chance and did some research, I chose Supreme because they had great reviews and the certifications to make me feel comfortable. Well I was still nervous! From the 1st phone call I immediately felt the professionalism and the care from the staff member, who answered all my questions and concerns. I had implants done on my front teeth prep for a bridge on the top left and a implant on the lower left side in November 2023. The work was done by a very personable Dr. Eliaz Elias. I returned 6 months later to have the crowns and the bridge put on. # weeks after I was home the bridge became loose and fell out. A month later the crown on my front tooth fell out implant and all. The crown on my lower left side I couldn’t chew on. I returned to Dr Dlias who replaced all the crowns. I was concerned about going 6 months where he had put in a new implant and quite likely longer than 6 months as I would have to save up to go back to the clinic from BC Canada. So Dr Elias came up with a plan to put in partials in my front teeth anchored to the one good implant he said i could leave it like that for as long as necessary, before putting on crowns. WEll fast forward to now beginning of Sept Complete partial and implant from my front teeth just fall out to my complete horror. The crown on my lower left is so loose it turns all around and I expect it will fall out soon as well. I called Supreme Dental and asked to speak to Manny who I believe is the office manager. He was to call me back but he didn't . I called the next day and same thing he was to call me back and didn't. I called and spoke to Gabby on Sept 13th 2024 and she said, she would get back to me by that afternoon as she had to speak to the manager as I asked what they could do about this as I had just returned from a trip there to have the crowns repaired. I didn't get a call back from Gabby so II called her again on Monday Sept 16th. She said they couldn't help me with the cost of the shuttle or hotel both owned and run by the clinic. My recommendation for the Supreme Clinic is to avoid it like the plague. Choose a different Clinic and get the work done right the first time. AS I finish typing this the crown and implant on my lower left falls out

(EDITED TO ADD - It wasn't from the root canals or crowns. It was from the extraction! I DID contact the dentist who worked on me IMMEDIATELY and he even confirmed and he just said that he hopes that feeling will come back eventually) They gave me a lingual nerve injury where I can no longer feel my tongue. The feeling in my tongue never came back after they numbed me. I need to see a Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Neurologist to get the extent of the nerve injury that Supreme Dental caused and come up with a treatment plan to (hopefully) regain feeling. It may even need surgery. In the states I would be able to file a malpractice lawsuit - it is that serious. It affects my every waking hour (and pain wakes me up at night) I am on pain meds around the clock and eating is extremely hard. I wish they would have been more careful and professional with my mouth. I spent so much money getting work done there and now medical costs to access and fix what was injured will likely total way more that what I saved.

Phenomenal! I'll be going back annually. I am so happy that my local dentist retired, and I went to SupremeDentalMX. I had heard about getting dental work done in Mexico for years through my godparents but had not explored it more. I recently saw 2 different dentists where I live in Nevada and was quoted $11k & $17k for a root canal, crowns and fillings. So I reached out to my friends and this place was at the top of the list and a third the cost of what I would have paid here, thank god! I was given clear instructions on where to park and they booked my hotel room for me. I walked right across the border and someone met me with a sign with my name on it. My young female dentist Dr. Dulce Herrera was fantastic, she loves her craft. And the front desk Gabriela Lopez took such great care of me! Making sure I knew where to eat, where the grocery store was etc etc. To my surprise the whole town was customer service oriented, they want our business and want us happy and most were bilingual. I met other Americans from all over the states, many of which had been there before. State of the art technology, great food, clean and safe! When I was done someone walked me back to the border and across I went. Los Algodones is a gold mine!

I cannot say enough about how happy I was and am with my teeth. I did a lot of research on what clinic to go to in Los Algodones before picking Supreme Dental as my choice. I got estimates in Washington but they were all very expensive. I won't say that Supreme Dental was the not least expensive in the area but I would not go anywhere else. The clinics are state of the art and the staff is ADA certified. The front desk staff as well as the technicians and surgeons treat you very well from beginning to end. I was embarrassed to smile before I had the full upper and lower implants and dentures but now I am very proud of my smile. I would highly recommend Supreme Dental to anyone needing dental services.

If I could give Supreme Dental 10 stars I would. This was the easiest, well done, best communicated dental experience of my life. The work done was next level professional. The dentists made sure my pain level was virtually nonexistent. From the border crossing to exit and all procedures in between it was easy, pleasurable and the absolute most affordable option. My husband and I (Jess) traveled from Wisconsin to Mexico to get 15 crowns, one bridge, 2 root canals, one extraction and one bone graft. My work LOOKS great but they gave me a lingual nerve injury and I haven't been able to feel my tongue/cheek since I came home! As you can imagine you bite your tongue all of the time when it is numb and it has changed the way I speak. It affects every waking hour. Their input was that it "It should go away within 6 months." In the United States this would be considered a malpractice claim. I paid 6k and came home with a serious nerve injury.

Update (8-2024): The 2 root canals done at Supreme have been reviewed by several dentists in preparation for another dental tourism trip and the consensus is that they were done incorrectly (not deep enough). Every dentist indicates that they need to be redone. I have changed my rating accordingly. .................................................................................................I originally thought I would go to the largest clinic in town that was first on the list for Dental Departures. I saw a few negative online reviews for the largest clinic that gave me pause, while I couldn't find ONE negative review for Supreme. Also, the set-up with the clinic owning the hotel where I stayed the first night wasn't a positive for me, especially since the hotel wasn't great. I made my final decision on the night before to go to the second clinic on the list and not to the larger clinic. Ultimately not finding a single negative review online was the reason I went to Supreme since I was flying in from Memphis TN and did not have anyone to recommend a clinic. I was very happy with my experience. Don't be fooled by the cartoon tooth with a crown with an antiquated font for the name as the logo that looks like it is out of the fifties. This clinic uses the latest technology and does a LOT of dental work. When I got there for the initial consultation, they immediately took me into a room and took a look at images I brought from my US dentist. They then took Xrays of particular teeth, which went onto a large screen nearby blown-up. My dentist was Fernanda Maldonado, a woman with 6 years of experience and who was comfortable with the latest technology. She was great, making sure I felt no discomfort and using the standard numbing Q-tips and shots like in the US. She handled three zyrconia crowns for me. They had a team of 3 people visit the clinic to handle two root canals for me and for other customers as well. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the team and was glad to hear that they serve many of the clinics in town. The owner speaks natural American English and lives near Yuma. They own 4 other clinics and have their own lab creating their crowns. I had my root canals and tooth prep on Day 1 and was back on Day 2 to get the crowns put on. A person from the lab came and ground down a couple of high spots on the crowns. They gave prescriptions for a mouth wash to help the gums heal more quickly, antibiotics and a couple of mild pain meds (did not make me sleepy). After eating a meal with the new crowns, I went back and Supreme did a bit more grinding. They now fit perfectly and there is no indication of any problem with the root canals either.

I can to Supreme Dental in Los Algodones Mexico and they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend and I will return when I need any work.

Okay, here we go. I had a much longer, detailed review written but the character limit got me! Long story short, I am a heavy bruxer and had worn my teeth down pretty badly. The solution, as stated by several local dentists and a prosthodontist, was a butt-load of root canals and 28 crowns. After a ton of research I ultimately ended up at Supreme Dental. Ernesto Carranza contacted me by phone a few hours after I emailed Supreme for an initial quote. He was very straightforward and transparent about the costs, the process and what to expect. I did some more research over the next few weeks, booked a flight for late May and headed down alone. Here is a rundown of my week there: I flew to Yuma on Sunday, stayed the night, and took a Lyft to the border on Monday. Walked across and went to Supreme a few hours before my 2pm appointment. They managed to get me in early and this is when I met Dr. Michel Elenes. I was honestly a little freaked out because this was the first I had ever seen of him and I had done a TON of research and watched all the podcasts! After talking to him a bit I felt a lot more comfortable, and decided to go with it. He proposed 8 root canals and 28 crowns, which was about what I was expecting. Day 1 consisted of 6 root canals, top teeth being shaped for crowns and temporary crowns placed. I chose the color of my crowns (B1) and I was on my way. About 6 to 7 hours total. Day 2 started at 2pm and consisted of 2 more root canals, approving and placing the crowns, and getting the bottoms shaped for crowns. About 4-5 hours total. Day 3 was getting the bottom temporaries removed, approving and placing crowns, and a little adjustment. This took about 1.5 hours Day 4 was just getting digital scans for my mouth guards and a little fine tuning of the bite. About 1 hour. I am currently 2 months in and HOLY CRAP, it's a game changer. I never really had any pain or anything but having the vertical dimension restored is awesome. The bite feels natural and I am extremely happy with everything so far. Now, here are some random observations: This is the cleanest dental office I have ever been in which was immediately reassuring. The dentists and staff are extremely courteous, hardworking and friendly. Dr. Michelle and her assistant did a superb job on my 8 root canals. Dr. Michel Elenes and his assistant Jaquelin did my 28 Zirconia crowns, which are fantastic. Dr. Michel is super friendly and meticulous with his work. There was no upselling whatsoever. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. They really like US General carts from Harbor Freight lol. You can't beat them for the money!! If you are hesitant to go outside of the US for dental care, don't be. I would do it again in a second and I would absolutely go back to Supreme Dental. I will be placing this review on Yelp as well, so if you are freaking out like I was, send me a DM. Talking to current and former patients is what sold me on Supreme before I made an appointment.

We have been going to Supreme Dental for years now. Both myself and my husband, other family members and friends have enjoyed their dental services. Frank is the owner and typically on site. He continues to improve his practice with the second location, rooms for patients and bringing in experts. Gabby is the office manager and coordinator and very helpful. My family and friends have have been happy with our dentists and their workmanship. The majority of my time has been with Dr Luis and he has shown me compassion, kindness and skill. He never let me feel any pain or discomfort while doing extensive work on my teeth. I’ve needed bridges, implants, crowns, root canals and extractions. He even accepted my hugs. All has been good including the staff surrounding the clinic. The young lady across the street where the second clinic and in the patient overnight rooms are located.. The woman at the desk to the rooms is also very helpful and very friendly. When we pull up to the front, we drive in over the border, it’s only one block, usually Adrian greets us and assures we have a close place to park. Then grabs our bag and gets us in to our rooms. The waiters at the cafe in the center of complex have provided excellent service and great food. All staff, has been attentive and making sure we have what we need. Im very happy with my smile and no longer in any pain. The best part, this was all done at a fraction of the cost my dentist at home charges. I also want to mention their offices are state of the art with all the current equipment. The dentists are well educated and affiliated with many US dental organizations. Be prepared to sometimes have longer wait times during your appointment because they can be that busy and they don't rush your appointment. It’s worth it. We are retired and our income is not what it once was. I never could have had my smile back if I had to have this work done at home. Highly recommend Supreme Dental.

Went for a consultation then paid for a CT scan. Needed to do 3 bridges. Quoted around 10K plus for 3 bridges with 9 implants. Came today to do 1 lower bridge on one side of the mouth and to come back 1 month later to do the other 2 bridges (top n bottom). They started discussing and then came back adding additional charges; 2 extractions, wisdom tooth extraction, bone graft another implant n crown for that wisdom tooth totaling almost $2K more to the original quote of that bridge. Went to 3 dentists in the USA. There's no pain in the wisdom tooth and none of the 3 dentists said anything about extracting the upper wisdom tooth out. Dr. Luis said he didn’t see it last time on the CT scan and this dentist dr. luis claimed he has 10+ years of experiences?. Dishonest and adding add'l charges after the fact. We walk out. They lost 2 customers. ETA after receiving the response below. There is no misunderstanding! Quote should be honor. Instead that Dr added add'l charges to make it more $ in your pocket. You guys are crooks. Originally quoted $125 for CT Scan on the Facebook page. At the first visit, said it was $150. Showed them the quote from the Facebook page. Said $125 cash only and no discount. Even though they said if paid in cash, will be a 5% discount. There are many dentists in the area. It's only 1 hour drive across the border for us. Your loss!

I have been with Supreme Dental for several years and have never had a bad experience. I recently had two implants and one implant removed due to bone loss. It was a three day process, but one I highly recommend. Not only the cost, but they really care about their clients.

Long review but worth the read if you are having doubts about Supreme Dental. I would've given 10 stars if I could. Everything was beyond my expectations. I am one of those customers who was very nervous about everything. I had a million questions. They answered them all so I could understand what my options were and the process. From initial conversations with Gabbi to the follow up call from the amazing receptionist Yareli (I loved her. She was so kind and sweet) The wait wasn't long at all. Most US Dr offices make you wait forever. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean with AC, great coffee, water, and even a movie. The entire staff was amazing. We took the shuttle from San Diego. The driver was kind, he made me feel safe and was very attentive to the road both ways. When we arrived Gabbi met us at the car and brought us to the Hotel we would be staying in. She could see in my face how nervous I was so she asked if I needed a quick break before I went to the office. The clinic was just a few feet from the room. First was the CT scan I was very impressed that they make sure they know what treatment needs to be with the CT scan before they consult you on options and prices. I was assisted a few doors away for the CT and the results were back within minutes. Then the horrible answer I already knew from 3 local dentists back home, I would need a full mouth restoration. Dr. Ernesto gave us options with prices. He started with the promotional prices that had most of what I needed. I chose to have anesthesia. The Dr., his assistant Angel, and the anesthesiologist took amazing care of me. I had tears flowing down my face when I sat in the chair. Dr. looked at me and said "you'll do great we got you" the room was sterile and I don't think I've seen a more state of the art facility anywhere. I had 25 teeth pulled, 4 bone grafts and a total of 9 post implants put in. I am 2 weeks post surgery and am back home at work. Mahalo to the entire staff at Supreme Dental Cosmetic Center. We'll see you in 6 months. **UPDATE I Love my final Supreme Smile. I was able to be apart of the new technology that they have now. It was so amazing to see all of the staff so excited. I was even blessed and was able to meet my coordinator Louis in person. If you are looking for the Best Service, and smile, you must choose Supreme Dental. Call Louis if you have any questions. He is so honest and will set you up with everything you need to know. If you are reading these reviews you are already one step closer to being able to smile, laugh, eat and just be happy without worrying about your teeth.

Just do it. I researched for a few months. I checked out 3 local dentists. I live in NY and dental work is very expensive. As you all know. I needed seven crowns and I never loved my smile - yellow, crooked, etc. So I decided to get a full mouth of zirconia crowns. The flight + hotel, the crowns, all in was less expensive than the seven crowns would have been here. Minimal pain. Clean and pristine office. All really great people - especially Gabby at the front desk. The town is also really cool. I decided to stay in Yuma and rent a car., coming from ny it made sense for me to fly into phx. Rent a car, drive to and stay in Yuma and go to Los Algodones daily (only about 15 mins total to drive, park and walk across the border). Anyway - just do it!

Was a bit apprehensive as this was my first time going outside the states for dental care but was immediately put at ease by the service provided by the staff at Supreme. Gabby was great with the coordination of my trip upon arrival till my departure and Dra. Dulce & Cynthia did an amazing job on my dental work while putting me at ease throughout the process. The experience exceeded my expectations and i'll be highly recommending!

I had a bad experience with the All-on-4. The dentist was excellent, but the matreials used for temporary prosthesis were cheap and so was the quality of the work. After a month, teeth started falling out and crack. Customer service was equally terrible, refusing to assume responsibility. They refused to complete the process because I disputed the payment. STAY AWAY!

I visited Supreme Dental in Mexico a few weeks ago for my dental work after being quoted an arm, leg, and kidney in the States. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. When I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Nohemi was very kind and welcoming. The facility was clean, super modern, and well-equipped with the technology I don’t even think my local dentist's office has. Which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn't have to wait too long before being called in for my appointment. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Ivan and his assistant, David, care for me. They were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the procedures to me in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my entire visit. Not once did I ever feel like I had to question their abilities, the safety of my being in Mexico to get dental work done, or the quality of work I left with. It is a great clinic, I received fantastic work, and it was incredibly affordable, especially compared to what they want to charge you in the United States. Thank you again, Dr. Ivan and team!

After what I had to go through in the United States, people should have a good sense of safety and peace of mind, knowing they can find a good clinic in Mexico and have work done. I am a young guy who’s always taken care of my teeth. I’ve never had any significant issues. I went to my local dentist's office for my yearly check-up and came out thinking I needed to sell my house. They told me I needed over $10,000 worth of work, which left me thinking about how I went from having nice, regular teeth to this. I figured it was time for a second opinion, so I checked out different clinics in Los Algodones and found Supreme Dental the top one to visit. I made a phone call and spoke to Ernesto, and he made me feel good about making the appointment to see them for a second opinion. I went to the clinic and was seen by Dr. Luis, and let me tell you, that was the best decision I could’ve ever made! I did not need even half of what my local dentist's office recommended; they showed me on the scans and x-rays that the things they said they found were not even close to being necessary. I only needed a few root canals, a couple of crowns, and a deep cleaning. Some people feel some way about going to Mexico for dental work. However, if you research and ask the right questions, you’ll find a clinic like Supreme Dental. I am getting married next year and did not feel like spending over $10,000 for dental work, thank you to the Supreme team for making sure I was not taking advantage of and for helping me not dip into our wedding funds!

I’m extremely grateful for Supreme Dental Clinic! In about five days time, my teeth went from a thing I was ashamed of, to something I am so extremely proud of! As a child I didn’t receive dental care, so I learned to cover my smile. I now need to learn to break that bad habit! Here’s my experience: we contacted Gabby and within a weeks time I had booked a flight to Phoenix. No passport is needed to go into Los Algondones, just ID and birth certificate. I felt nervous to travel alone, I’m 5’2” petite woman, especially since I haven’t travelled out of the country before. But they had their own shuttle driver that picked me up from the Phoenix airport. After landing, I realize it would’ve been better to land in Yuma, but I’m glad they picked me up. It was a three hour ride, driver was polite, vehicle was clean and he drove safe. Upon arrival, I was greeted, I believe by Gabby (my memory sucks and everything happened so quickly). I was taken over to the dental clinic, they did the x-rays and CT and made a plan. They also have a hotel, so I was given my key so I could put away my luggage and gather anything I might need. Room was clean and felt pretty secure. The very next day they had started on root canals, and shaving down my teeth for the crowns. Sounds terrible I know, but so worth it. The third day there I got my top crowns and they started preparing the bottom teeth for the bottom crowns. Not gonna lie I have dental anxiety, but Dr. Dulce is extremely gentle. Because I’m so little I usually have an issue at the dentist because they push down my jaw, but everybody in the office did a great job. The fourth day I got my bottom crowns. My smile already felt complete. I only had one more day of dental work. That was the implants that was the one thing that I was freaking out about the most. They did provide medication and I honestly wish I would’ve asked for it sooner. I think it would’ve made the whole experience even easier. I was trying to be brave ??‍♀️. But honestly, I almost fell asleep when they did the implants. I only had to get two. I come back in six months for the crowns. The entire staff was so amazing. I’m excited to go back in six months. The city really takes care of the tourists. Though they will try to sell you everything ?. But hell, I’m happy with those purchases too. All in all, I’m glad my teeth should last a very long time, I’m not in anymore dental pain (and should never be again) and that it was possible to make me fall in love with my smile. I’m referring anyone I know that needs a lot of dental work to them!

This place should be ashamed for how terrible and low quality the dental work is. I came here in the spring of 2021 from the U.S. thinking I was in good hands at a great price for a dental restoration. This place ruined my teeth. I had to see a specialist in the U.S. to tear out everything they did, and replaced. Also had to pay four times what i paid this clinic so 20k to fix their terrible mistakes. The margins were all bad and had gaps according the specialist. I can't put everything into words, but this place left me traumatized. The owner Frank never returned my calls or messages to make things right. Avoid this place at all costs. The low advertising price is not worth it. Go to a dental school if you have financial troubles paying for dentistry. This clinic should be closed down. You definitely don't deserve one star.

I hate going to the dentist. I get really bad anxiety. The thought of going to a dentist in another country sent my anxiety through the roof. At Supreme Dental all the staff were so caring. They had so much patience with me. Everyone spoke English where I had no problem understanding them. The price was a fraction of what it would have cost me here in the states. This place is only interested in your money. They RUINED MY FACE. DO NOT BE PERSUADED BY THE SAVING OF MONEY. I went in for a bridge last September, they talked me into 3 implants, which wasn’t a bad idea. When I received the first surgery for the implants, they did everything at the same time. Removal of infected teeth, bone grafts, implant screws on the same day… while I was having serious tremors! I was shaking so badly, but they wouldn’t stop. They continued with surgery and cut through my nerves and damaged my face forever. I have had EXTREME PAIN and buzzing numbness feelings in the entire bottom of my face for SEVEN MONTHS now. I went back twice and they basically told me to take vitamins and it might go away, and that some times these things happen, and basically…sorry for your bad luck. I am now in extreme pain, I have no teeth because the second surgery to place the teeth on the implants cannot be completed, I have “shock syndrome” where anything that brushes against my face feels like an electrical shock, I’ve spent thousands of dollars to try and get some degree of relief and nothing works. WORST DENTIST EVER. They do NOT care about what happened to me at all. They never even called to see if I was ok. I hate them. My quality of life has drastically changed for the worse and it might never go away. Update: now I read that they are saying they have no record of my visit!!! Ha! I bet! Look up my name. Loretta Wo…... You know who I am. I’ve been there three times. Once to get butchered and twice trying to find some solution.

I had the choice of selecting from dental clinics worldwide to have the full-mouth implants procedure completed. After much research, I selected Supreme Dental Clinic of Los Algodones, Mexico. It all started with the excellent service of Jessica Carranza, the International Patient Coordinator. Jessica acted as my concierge for the whole process. She paved the way for a great experience. Upon arrival at the clinic, Manny and Gabby happily welcomed me; their customer service was second to none. My dentist, Dr. Ernesto Alonso Yanez Torres, was the consummate professional. He explained every procedure and provided an excellent outcome after a seven-month process. He recommended I get all on four immediate load teeth, and I listened. It was the best decision I made. My mouth completely healed and was ready for the final installation. I am so thankful for Supreme Dental Clinic. I highly recommend anyone considering a full-mouth implants procedure to make the trip to Los Algodones, Mexico.

Dr Michelle and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! We had a scary accident and my son broke a few teeth and they took such great care of him. Dr Michelle advocated to not pull his front tooth even when other dentists said we had to. We will always come back here and recommend it to everyone.

Normally going to the dentist leaves me with some anxiety but with everyone being so friendly and professional, I was soon put at ease. I had a bridge replaced that was past its prime. The new bridge was a perfect fit and color match. I still rave to friends and family how pleasant the whole process was and who would ever think of a dentist appointment being pleasant. Wow , first impression was bright shiny and very clean. Front desk young lady, very nice and super personality . Offered my wife and I coffee or chilled bottled water while we waited . In minutes we were both off to our dental chairs. Dr Dulce was gentle and reassuring during all three procedures. I had Dr Alonzo or Ernesto as he likes to be called. My extraction, my implant and Crown was 5⭐️ work. The service is beyond expected! Everything was done to the perfection. Manny, Gaby in the office, and Lucille are so very helpful. I can't believe the amount of pressure these guys go through to run things smoothly for the patients. We had the assistance with the transportation from and to the clinic, with the hotel stay and the reservation, even after hours assistantce was provided if this was something urgent, with the prescription and the detailed instructions on how to use it and where do get it. Manny helped us with the walking directions to the fine local restaurant. My children and my husband were very thrilled and happy with so much attention from the Supreme Dental Clinic. As a result, now we are planning another trip to get the dental work done for me. Also, while waiting, I was able to use the beauty services done at the next door salon. Local people are very friendly and me and my children and I felt safe walking the streets of town. Supreme Dental gave us detailed instructions on how to qualify for the credit payment plan while in the USA. The credit card works specifically for the whole entire procedure with already a pre-qualified dollar amount. I was able to get the special promotion payment plan for only 2 years, as long as the payments are made on time at the higher dollar amount instead of the minimum payment. Talk about all details of the credit payment plan with the associate prior to the dental work. Highly recommended. I am from Canada and I did my research before I made the long journey to my appointment I set up with Supreme Dental. The staff were excellent and service even better. I fell the quality and care was potentially better then I would have received back in Canada ?? and extremely happy for the outcome .... I had all implants on 6 top and bottom and 12 bone grafts..it all went extremely well amd was on my way in 2.5 days.i would highly recommend

My first experience with Supreme Dental was November 8th. My husband and the other family members had appointments but i did not. I was nervous about seeing a Dentist and receiving treatment in Mexico. I was extremely surprised to see how clean the facilities are and the technology that is being used for dental diagnosis. I asked if they could fit in for a consultation and I had a great experience with Dr. Sarahi. She explained the treatment plan and all that was needed. That same day I had a deep cleaning and cavities filled and than came back in January to finish my treatment plan. In January I a root canal and 2 crowns. My root canal was the best ever Dr. Michelle was excellent. My husband has started his treatment plan in January for implants. He has been under treatment with Dr. Alonso. My husband has experienced complications but it’s not because of the Dr. Alonso it’s because my husband body and healing process is just taking longer to adjust to all the work that was done for the implants. Since January we have been back twice to follow up on my husband care. Each time we have reached out to the office regarding my husband concerns the office has been accommodating in making the follow up appointments without hesitation. We will be back to complete my husband’s treatment in June.

I reach out to the office via phone/WhatsApp and I can NEVER get anybody to respond back with the answers to my questions I have been asking. I was told by Frank (owner) that "zirpeek" you can floss in between the teeth, and the teeth are individually made meaning if you break a tooth, the tooth can be fixed whereas on a denture, you have to replace the whole denture, and that information is what made it an easy decision for me to go with zirpeek, however, I now have 5 broken teeth (my front teeth) and the way they broke is they are attached to the teeth that is next to each other which means they cannot be individually made, and you cannot floss with them because they are attached to each other, and they also took the gum color off when they broke. I spent a lot of money on this, I have flown to the office several times to have my teeth repaired. They should not be breaking on soft food that I ate at the time they broke, and they did! Here it is now going on a couple of months now, that I have sent messages to the office, and nobody seems to care to make things right now that they got paid their money! I keep records of all the times I've contacted them. Very upset customer!

From the birthing of the situation I started to deal with dental departures, there dislikes service we great intel till they booked my visit with a supreme! What a great experience. They delivered everything they promised. Dr Sarai really knows her stuff and was really gental as I’m a big baby with needles. Price was as quoted and timing was as told. I could not be happier with the results, and I’m probably coming back to get my fronts crowned. Its very safe there and the clinic is super clean and modern.

However I went with my mom and she has been stressed and insecure about her teeth for like 20 years and these guys absolutely fixed this for her. She came in needing implants and a root canal and crownings and her teeth look absolutely amazing!! Such a lift off of her shoulders. I am so happy that my mom is happy with her results. You will wait beyond your appointment time but the facility is very modern and clean, staff are friendly and the work is top- notch. A fraction of the price it would be in the US.

My husband and I both had work done at Supreme Dental. We did implants, followed by crowns 6 months later. We are very pleased with the work we had done. If we had the work done here in the US, I would have to go to 1 dentist and 2 specialists. At Supreme Dental they do it all in the same office, in the same week. The prices are good. The staff are so nice and helpful. Location is good, very near to the US border. They made our first visit easier by picking us up in a shuttle van. We were dropped off at the border, and had a staff member meet us at the border to walk us in to the clinic.

I’m a patient for life now. But can’t imagine going to any other dental clinic again. The facility was state of the art. The dentists were caring and skilled. The technology they use exceeds anything I’ve seen in the U.S. I got a crown without having to do impressions. My new tooth fit immediately.

Wow! What a great experience! Found out about Supreme Dental Clinic through Dental Departures. My mom was needing extensive work done and were told their was only one option left back in the US to have completed. I had an idea of what I might need completed with my dental work prior to arriving and was dreading it. We had a thorough review on both of us. My mom was given 2 options one being the option they gave back in the states and the second one being a restorative option that allowed her to keep the teeth she still has. She has chosen the restorative option and 3 days in we are so pleased. For me they found that I really only needed one implant and when I return in 6 months I will have permanent placed and veneers. They have 2 offices within walking distance and yes, they do stay very busy. Unlike offices in the US they have multiple specialist looking at your teeth and can honestly say they listen to what you want in your treatment and avoid work that may not be needed. Going to a dentist has always felt like torture but not here. We are happy with the work we are having completed and our experience. You may have to wait a little after your scheduled time but it is well worth the wait. The quantity does not change the quality.

Went in with a dull tooth ache. They did x-rays and determined that it wasn’t anything drastic. They deep cleaned the area and didn’t charge me anything. The place is always spotless and they are always friendly. Would definitely recommend this dentist.

Could not ask for a more perfect experience. Everyone cares about you and wants to make you feel comfortable with your smile. I would highly recommend supreme dental. Thank you all for making me smile again
