Before being referred to San Diego Dental Studio by a colleague Denis, I had dealt with 10 years of having a broken, abscesses molar. I went to many dentists but never felt comfortable with their options. Dr. Bierman gave me a very reasonable and confident plan. I was afraid of the pain and he made sure my concerns were heard. He was able to pull the tooth and help with years of discomfort without any pain! He is also a very personable and professional. The office overall is very welcoming and clean. The staff is amazing- from the front office, all the hygienists, and dental assistants! I love how easy it is to make an appointment and even cancel if needed. They also notify you when appointments open up last minute. My most recent appointment was a last minute booking. Sophia was kind and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable since it was her first time working with me and talked through what she was doing. The best part was that I was concerned with the coffee stains, especially on my front teeth. Sophia worked her magic and was able to remove the stains during the cleaning! But from the very first phone call, the receptionist at this new office completely put me at ease. She understood my fears without judgment and took the time to calm me down. This was one of the best dental studios I’ve ever been to. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There were more x-rays than any other dentist I’ve been to. It shows that they really care and want to get an accurate assessment of your teeth. The chair was the chair was the softest/most comfortable dental chair I’ve been in. Not like the usual hard cushions. My hygienist was very gentle during the cleaning. I’m used to experiencing pain in the gums during cleaning but this was practically pain free. It was so relaxing. There was even a TV on the ceiling so you could watch while they cleaned. Doctor Ma was very friendly and welcoming. All of the staff are great to talk with and able to answer any of my questions. This is the best dental care I’ve ever received. 100% recommend.

I love this place. San Diego Dental Studio has been my dental care provider since I moved to San Diego in 2015. I do get very diligent dental cleaning every 6 month with honest recommendations about what needs to be done in order to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Dr Bierman is never pushy and instead he and his assistants are very friendly, showing care for our family. There was actually an incident that my wife's temporary crown came out, she was busy taking care of baby and it was almost the end of the day, Dr. Bierman drove to our place with his kit to repair it for her real quick. I have never had a more pleasant visit to the dental office. I am a new patient and was able to fill out all forms at home prior to my visit. The Dental Studio's COVID-19 procedures are easy to follow and I felt safe the entire time. I was in for new images, cleaning and a consultation. I did not have to wait at all between each station. The transitions were seamless. The dental hygienist I had was very kind and communicated everything very clearly. She was awesome. Never made me feel bad or shameful of my not so ideal oral hygiene. Dr. Ma was also very kind when telling me about my cavities. The best customer service, however, came from the Studio's treatment coordinator, Ms. Galindo. She was very clear about my insurance policy details and what I needed to do in order to schedule the procedures necessary. Very nice, very sweet person. Made me feel at home. I enjoyed and appreciated every single staff member at this dental office. I couldn’t possibly recommend this dental office anymore. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I would be very surprised to hear that you would be disappointed by their staff because every single person was extremely friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for?

Huge fan of the team here. I had a visit a while back for a crown and 4 cavities (yes, I hadn't had dental work in a while) and the experience was excellent. Plenty of interesting staff to talk to during the down time and an extremely efficient Dr. Bierman had me out the door within 4 hours! The time included the removal and filling of cavities, shaving down of a tooth, design of the crown, milling/bake of the crown, and the installation of the crown. It was neat watching Dr. Bierman clean up the design of the crown on the computer before sending it to the in-house machine to be made.

My daughter has been coming to your location for that past 2 years with the same insurance, now she's referring a friend to your location. when he called, Judy stated that they don't contract with that insurance. My daughter called and asked why they accepted did her with the same insurance, the response she received from JUDY so called "office manager" told my daughter that she should know her dental policy before coming in.... SO FOR THAT 2 YEARS, YOU JUST BEEN COLLECTING HER MONEY AND NOT TELLING HER YOU DON'T CONTRACT WITH HER INSURANCE!!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU!!! REALLY!!!! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF, " IF YOUR SERVICE IS GREAT, YOU WOULD TELL YOUR FAMILIES AND FRIEND ON HOW WONDERFUL THE SERVICE WAS", BUT WHEN YOUR SERVICE IS POOR, YOUR TELL EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW SO THAT NO ONE WILL EVER GO THERE....GUEST WHAT!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! I was referred to San Diego Dental Studio to see Dr. Bierman. I moved to San Diego from Seattle, leaving my previous dentist of over 5 years. I was met with a warm welcome and introduced to everyone. The staff here ensure you are comfortable and take the time to get to know you. I had a cleaning, x-rays and a full treatment plan written up. About a month later I returned for a root canal and crown which only took a few hours to complete.. I have had this procedure before and it was done with a specialist and my dentist, taking several weeks to finish. I appreciate how professional and attentive the team is, they talked me through the procedure and checked in on how I was doing throughout. Thanks again, -Ellery

Without a doubt the BEST dental office I have been to in my 32 years. When I arrived for my visit, they already knew who I was when I walked in. Each person Shook my hand and made an introduction. They were ready for me to head right in and get started. The paperwork was completed in advance making for a seamless transition into their system. Dr. Bierman and all of his staff are professional and incredibly thorough. When I walked in They brought me back, took X-Rays, some mug shots, or should I say, shots of my mug for records and then prepped me for repairs. I had a chipped tooth in the front row of my top set of teeth. Dr. Bierman had it repaired in not time and it was painless. After that I received a full cleaning from Brianna. It was great having my mouth all up to date. I recommend this office of dental professionals to anyone who is looking for the best services!

I recently moved back to San Diego from Arizona and was stressed about finding a new dentist out here in California. I came across San Diego Dental Studio and had the pleasure to be in the care of Dr. Quan Ma and Thomas Bierman. I'm extremely picky in regards to finding the right dentist, and I'm happy to say this is the BEST experience I have had. The office is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The dental hygienist who took care of me, was very professional and made sure I was comfortable and even gave me a blanket when I got cold. Dr. Ma and Dr. Bierman are also very friendly, professional and thorough. Coming from someone who has searched high and low for the perfect dentist, I highly recommend San Diego Dental Studio. 5 stars!

Love San Diego Dental Studio! Let's face it - a trip to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things in the world, even for just a simple cleaning. These guys do it right! Everything and everyone is wonderful about this office. Friendly staff, knowledgable, honest and they do a great job of being professional, but relaxed. These guys also have all of the state of the art technology which is definitely a plus. Wouldn't go anywhere else! It's always been tough to find a dentist that makes me feel comfortable and I definitely feel like I've found that place. Thank you to the entire team!
