This Dental group is top notch. The place is spotless, the staff is professional and friendly. Nedya was above and beyond in helping me schedule my visits and answering all my questions in a timely manner. She was always ready to address any of my doubts and concern. I think of her as a friend now :) Dr Bogarín was amazing, all the work was done with absolute precision, making sure that I always felt comfortable with every step of the process. I did 3 implants with this group. I had to travel several hours to get to Perion Dental office and the doctor made sure to maximize on each visit to minimize my travel cost. I totally recommend

An outstanding dental clinic experience! I was initially hesitant about getting dental care in Tijuana, but after undergoing significant procedures, I can only sing their praises! I've undergone two essential root canals and have received four crowns. I'm also in the middle of a dental implant procedure. The costs are approximately 70% less than what you'd find in the U.S. The entire team is remarkable! Both Dr. Bernardo and Dr. Dennise demonstrate utmost professionalism and expertise. Superb work! Their range of services is vast: from cleanings, teeth whitening, and fillings to braces, root canals, crowns, dentures, and implants. For those planning extended treatments, they've partnered with a couple of excellent hotels just across the street. Their clinic's location is a mere 5-minute drive from the border, and roughly 25 minutes from San Diego Airport. The quality of service, expertise, and affordability is unmatched. I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try. You won't regret it!

I love this dental office! Dr. Dennise is absolutely amazing! She is so caring & knowledgeable. She walked me through every procedure so mindfully. I couldn’t wish for a better care. Also Dr. Bernardo is a very professional as well! And all the stuff is super accommodating too & everyone speaks English. It was my first time visiting TJ & I was nervous at first, but it’s really so close to the border & easily accessible. I couldn’t be happier! Amazing dental place!

1- Honest, 2- Close to the line, 3- They work on Saturdays. I had my gum infection treated here, they helped me a lot, and they're my primary dentist. I highly recommend them. They always answer the phone and WhatsApp messages. They accept credit cards.

This is an excellent and professional dental practice. As an added bonus, Dr. Bernardo is a professional periodontist, and seems to have ample experience dealing with gum diseases (which many people actually have). As for my experience, I visited them in 2022, after my experiences with periodontists in San Diego. Dentists in the US are mostly interested in expensive and invasive surgeries, and despite my dental insurance, I was told that I needed about 10k worth of surgeries (out of pocket). So I called Perion Dental and scheduled an appointment the next week (as opposed to weeks of waiting in US). I have never crossed a land border to MX, and was weary because I do not speak Spanish. However, Perion Dental was literally 5 minutes walk from the border, and crossing was almost just a walkthrough (except when coming back the US border will make you wait a long time). During my visit, everyone spoke English. Dr. Bernardo was professional, and did an assessment using previous x-ray images and probing. He explained in great details what the issues are (way more in-depth than I'd usually get with dentists in US), and laid out a treatment plan that was simply deep cleaning and management and did not involve expensive surgeries. I was shocked to learn that surgery was not needed. He also pointed out another bleeding gum area that I encountered when brushing that other periodontists have completely missed (they were so focused on the surgeries). So overall I trusted his professional assessment, and I believe Dr. Bernardo's qualification to be at least equal (and arguably better than) many periodontists in the US. That same day I got the first of the treatment with a reasonably out-of-pocket cost. Not surprisingly after a few months I finished my treatments and further screenings showed healthy teeth, so my hunch seemed right -- the US dentist I visited was simply hungry for the $$$$$ from unnecessary procedures. Beyond the much lower cost (even taking insurance into account), I found out that my dental insurance will actually cover some of the expenses! Unsurprisingly, my insurance is making the claims process really difficult as they do not want to pay. Dental practices + insurances really feel like a scam in the US. As of today, the assistant at Perion Dental (Daniela) is helping me track down these insurance problems even though she has no legal obligations--Daniela's professionalism seem to go well beyond many dental practices in the states.

Excellent care and treatment. The doctor was very professional in his care and treatment of my problem.

I was treated by Dr. Bernardo Bogarin. The consultation and kindness were all good. He sent me for a test, but he never contacted me to give me a diagnosis. I never looked at my results. I called several times, and they just told me they would pass the message on. My orthodontist had to contact him to give me the diagnosis. Maybe my case wasn't as serious as others I might have, but I was a patient like any other.
