Let me tell you about this office, they are simply the BEST. The staff went out of their way for my son and I. The patience that they have is not found too often. From the front desk to the Oral surgeon. I wish I remembered everyone's name that I interacted with today 1/20/25 but I will update this review when I call and find out their names. Great customer service… had an appointment and even though I was a little late, I was attended to quickly. The dentist was very thorough and efficient and the cleaning was excellent. Highly recommend as the dentist makes sure everything is taken care of. Afterwards, the dentist also makes sure you know if there are any issues and advises on how to maintain your gums and teeth. Had been going to this place for over a year without any issues except one of the dentist being a little rude and sarcastic but I brushed that off. I had my cleaning appointment today it had been confirmed over the phone 3 days prior without an issue this morning I get a text not even a call a text stating that my appointment is cancelled because they don’t take my insurance I had this appointment scheduled 6 months ago why did no one call me to inform before even when I confirmed my appointment a few days ago horrible customer service!

Park Avenue Smiles is a great dentist office. Quick story, I had a cracked tooth on the bottom right side of my mouth. In the middle of the night I was in so much pain I googled for an emergency dentist office and I was connected with Park Avenue Smiles. It was the best dentist i could’ve been connected with. I had a 10AM emergency appointment that accommodated my dental needs. I needed an x-ray then was set up for an extraction which was a little difficult but the doctor was ever so patient caring and had a great sense of humor. End of story, he did the extraction and gave me the relief I so needed and even as i type this I not in any pain. I’m so greatful THANK YOU….. Part 2 I will gave the doctor’s name stay tune… lol

Update from my last visit I have visited many dental offices throughout my life and I developed a unhealthy fear on dentist because I have been victim of malpractice and money hungry dentist.. having said that, I can say with confidence that doctor Habitt is one of the very few rare doctors that have been not just professional, skillful, respectful and knowledgeable about his job, he’s very compassionate and NOT MONEY HUNGRY, I can’t hesitate this part enough, he’s not pushing for root canals as soon as you step into his office or trying to do something u don’t really need at the moment, he works super fast and explained everything that he was doing making me feel at ease with the process. The staff is courteous and the office is in very decent condition. My only regret is that I didn’t find doctor Habitt 10 years ago. New update as April 24/2024 Another wonderful experience with Doctor Habitt! Honest, caring, professional, and can’t hesitate enough the fact that he is NOT MONEY HUNGRY. I recommend him to anybody that has loss faith in humanity while going to a dentist office. He is the real deal ?? thx u Doctor Habitt 10 /10 Update 05/20/2024 Now my 2 kids come here for cleaning and the way how they are treated here is amazing I can hesitate enough how much I love this place Update from today November 5th 2024 Came back to re-cement a loose crown of an implant I got done somewhere else years ago. To start I wanted to get scheduled with a periodontists or an oral surgeon.. I got a general dentist that really couldn’t give me a concrete answer because he didn’t have the experience with the help I needed (but he was kind tho and the staff was nice too the reason for the 2 stars).. I was specific with front desk about my reason for the visit so I don’t get why a general newbie was the best option and also I was placed in a very dirty room. A mean really dirty and dusty.

I had an appointment today at 11:00 am, wasn't feeling too good. My teeth were very sensitive and my lip was a little swollen. I informed them and they decided not to do any procedure today and sent a prescription to my pharmacy for a pain reliever and an antibiotic. I was very grateful for their decision. I had called them a day before going in to see if they took emergencies and the person on the line told me to come between 8:45am and 9:45am. They then told me that with emergencies, its first come/first serve so the wait may be a long one. I asked the person what time I should arrive, and they said between 8:45am and 9:45am. I arranged for childcare plus requested time away from work, and showed up at 8:58am. The ladies in the front let me know that they are maxed out on emergencies. When expressing my frustrations that this wasn’t explained to me when I called and not at all right, Masiel was very rough and unprofessional with me. I asked to speak to a Manager and she said that everyone was out because of a holiday and that they didn’t want to wake up the manager to field a complaint. I then said that they should be more empathetic since they work in medicine and told her that if she can’t field complaints appropriately then she shouldn’t be in customer service. The managers should also express to the call center or whoever picks up the phones, what the policies and updates procedures are so that you aren’t inconveniencing patients. We have just moved to the area and this could’ve been the family dentist for my husband and possibly my toddler as well. I was the person done wrong here, yet walked out feeling defeated and still with an unresolved issue, because I was coming in for an emergency. If you want empathy, patience, care and great customer service, PLEASE DON’T COME HERE!

The employee who took my X-rays couldn't believe that I still hadn't been seen. Fed up, I left. I've been a loyal customer since age 11, traveling from NYC. It's unacceptable to wait almost two hours with no explanation, especially on a Friday. Sadly, loyalty lost. Taking my business elsewhere. The front desk staff needs an attitude adjustment. Didn’t even get a chance to see anyone because my appointment wasn’t found in the system, even though I had gotten a confirmation text and email for my appointment. I would’ve explained it if the women dealing with me wasn’t too busy with over pronouncing the word “requested” speaking as if it were only a request and not a confirmed appointment. My insurance ended up not being accepted, but I would’ve paid out of pocket had the front staff not met me with such a nasty attitude. I won’t support a business that hires people like that as the ‘face’ of the practice.

Honestly I ONLY give 5 stars for the hygienist Ilene. Front desk is always rude and unprofessional and they will literally speak bad to each other in Spanish about the patient that is standing in front of them. Hello All ? It’s been a few years since getting my braces removed and having a permanent retainer installed behind my front two teeth in order to prevent shifting and reabsorption of my front teeth. Yes I have been to a dentist during the interm of that time frame however I never removed my permanent retainers! This year I decided I wanted to do just that and so I scheduled an appointment with ParkAvenue Smiles at 169 park ave Yonkers NY 1703. I had an AMAZING Experience with Dr. John Habib who was gentle yet firm and confident as well educated in his field. He removed my retainer fast and efficiently all the while speaking with me about my teeth and the undergoing process I was experiencing in real time. Dr. Habib and I hit a snag when he determined upon removal of my retainer that my front tooth had a cavity which could have possibly resulted to a root canal. Ugh! Not the best news I know but without hesitation and some luck from the powers that be Dr.Habib was able to save my tooth!! Could you imagine a root canal on my front tooth! The trauma the cost the headache lol. Thank God for Dr. Habib’s call to action I mean seriously now a days it’s hard to find genuine caring people who are good at what they do and have a passion and Dr. Habib has managed to combine all of that into one with the dental experience that he provides ? Extremely long wait times. Do not expect to be called in anywhere near your appointment time. I have waited at this place for up to 5 hours. I've seen people complain about being in the waiting room for hours several times. I made an appointment 4 months in advanced. When I got there they told me I didn’t have an appointment but the doctor was going to be able to see me. I came here for a cleaning and x-rays. When I got to the cleaning part he told me my insurance didn’t cover a deep cleaning and he would do a regular cleaning. I’ve never gotten a deep cleaning because I get a regular cleaning every 6 months. I’ve been to 4 different dentists for regular cleaning in white plains and they will use dental floss, and take no less than 30minutes doing a regular cleaning. Doctor Avraham Kolontarov took literally 4 MINUTES doing a cleaning which I thought it was very disrespectful, he didn’t use dental floss and seemed to be in a hurry. He also told me my fillings were done overseas (they were done in Florida)and I could have cavities under the fillings and the X-rays wouldn’t show the cavities due to the fillings. He recommended that it’ll be a great idea to replace the fillings but insurance would not cover it and was going to be very expensive. The previous 4 dentists never mentioned such a thing. I came to this place because of the reviews but it turns out this place has a ton of fake reviews. There is just no way for a place like this to have all these good reviews. It was my first and last time coming here.

The front office staff is horrible maybe because I'm not Hispanic, there attitudes stinks, she’s arrogant. I got up and walked out after the clerk sent me downstairs instead of saying wait in the lobby and she knows if she says downstairs I'm gonna go downstairs where there's also another set of professionals working. The clerk acts as if you are begging her. I pay a lot for my insurance so anywhere I go I expect to get good customer service and respect.

The ladies have a very abrasive attitude, they don’t greet you, the start by asking if you have an apt. They then to proceed to bombard you with questions that are all in your file. Do you have a referral? is it from here! They need to be retrained on friendly customer service. Honestly, the front desk service has been on a steep decline, and I will most likely switch dentist, sad as my girls have been coming here for years but there is no reason why the front desk service has to be so uncomfortable!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I first had an appointment for April, called to just confirm the date and time and they lost the appointment. The next available was August and I was told I could call back to see any cancellations. Managed to get an earlier spot for July. 7 days out they text me to confirm the appointment, I accept. 10 minutes later I get another message that I need to reschedule and to call the office. I call and the receptionist was beyond impossible. She refused to reschedule without an insurance member number, meanwhile, she made this appointment without it. I have a new insurance so just waiting on my company to provide it. I was transferred to some manager, no answer. I call back, goes to some call center and they no longer have the appointment. Transfer to the front desk no answer. I called back multiple times and was just ignored. This place is beyond terrible. The front desk needs some training on proper customer service because these are not challenging requests. Stay away if you actually want to go to dentist, this isn’t the place.

Update: 04/26/2022: I’ve been coming to this establishment for quite a number of years. It was only this last visit that I had an extreme issue with. I recently changed jobs and with that, dental insurance. I called and spent 20 mins on the phone with the front desk to ensure that they took the new insurance. Upon arriving at the appointment everything seemed fine, I was taken care of and scheduled for a follow up visit with the hun specialist. It wasn’t until a few days later did I get a bill in the mail for the full service with a handwritten note stating that “we do not participate with your insurance. You must pay the bill in full”. Now mind you, it’s the same union insurance just a different local. However, not ONCE was this mentioned before the appointment, at the confirmation of appointment nor before I was seen. Needless to say I will not be returning for the only fact that they lied saying they accepted the insurance only to turn around and bill me. I have been coming here for years and have left reviews prior, however after this visit, I feel compelled to leave another one. Dr. Amir is not only professional, but honest. I was in office for a routine check up in Oct 2021 when he noticed that two of my fillings were falling out despite being replaced months before. Dr. Amir was thorough when explain the risks of leaving it as is, and all my options that were covered by insurance and those I’d have to pay out of pocket for. While it took almost a month for the crowns to be shipped back, Dr Amir and his staff were extremely accommodating in getting me in the next day and took care of both my crowns within an hour of my appt time. I would highly recommend Dr. Amir if you’re looking for a dentist who is going to be up front with you and make you laugh in the process.

I went in to get new Invisalign trays & they gave me someone else’s Invisalign tray— I put the tray in my mouth & all trying to fit the tray— I thought I had messed up because I lost my most recent pairs & wore my older trays instead. Then they finally got me my official trays & it fit like glove. Terrible experience. Do NOT come here. I have been coming here for years and every single appointment has left me on the verge of tears. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have dealt with sexist dentists who didn't believe that I was in a male dominated field of study so I had no reason to be stressed (I had started grinding my teeth), a terrible, rude receptionist that changed my appointment without giving me a call and lied about how the dentist had left and nearly refused to give me the mouth guard for my grinding issue that I was given permission to pick up. The dentists are extremely incompetent, are quick to give up and do not think outside of the box and only rely on the x-rays to place a diagnosis, even though x-rays can miss gum issues such as gingivitis. I literally had to point that out to one of the dentist's. He agreed with me and only then did he check my gums and find an issue. For the latest and last appointment I will ever have with this clinic, I was the very first person to have an appointment at 9 am (I got there earlier than that, too) and the receptionists made me wait for 2 WHOLE HOURS. I had to speak with them several times until they finally attended me. I saw the same dentist as before and he gave up and referred me to a gum specialist. So basically, I WAITED 2 HOURS FOR A 5 MINUTE APPOINTMENT. What were their reasons for having me wait? Complete lies and reasons that absolutely made no sense, because when I finally saw the dentist he was shocked, and asked me why they had me waiting for 2 hours. After I pointed it out to the same terrible, rude receptionist who I think has some issue with me based on how she looks at me (I have been nothing but cordial except for that one time she changed my appointment without calling me) she didn't care and gave an extremely sarcastic, curt apology. I do not never ever pull the race card, but ironically the only other person that was waiting almost as long as I was in the waiting area was also black, and he was getting visibly upset as well. DO NOT COME HERE, I mean it. I do not know how this place has such high google reviews, because they have never, ever treated me well. They must be getting their friends to post the reviews or bots. Go on Yelp to see the horror stories.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! This people is a joke, my sister in law was here for a extraction wisdom thooth, I went with her to help her after the surgery, after about 2 hours she was waiting for anesthesia and one of the assistant said they can not remove the upper teeth unless she pay a $1000 for each thooth. They never said nothing about charge cause is supposed to be cover by the insurance. they said they will a hole in her gum so in that way they can do the surgery, she said is fine just give the instructions to take care those holes . The Dentists so unprofessional said they couldn't do the surgery cause they didn't want to hurt he. My question here is What kind of surgery dentist who you are doctor Lewis? She had an appointment a one month ago, to saw her X-rays, and now they just said we can not do the surgery. after canceled her twice. They wasted people time, so irresponsible . Also she said when she was waiting, he was more worried about watched the soccer game. Lol!! I just booked an appointment, but after seeing all this situation I hope they cancel, I just don't want none of those "DENTISTS" to touch my teeth.

Dr. Habib had a calm demeanor (especially important for a dentist) and did a great job in helping me avoid having to get a root canal and making me feel very confident in my dental health moving forward. Today I got my fill-in, it has been over 10years since my first fill-in. Dr. Habib was gentle. He explained to me what to expect. Even told instead of 3 fill-in let's do 1. The other 2 are very small. I was so worried I was going to be in a lot of pain as my first time getting fill-in was not too pleasant. Altogether this took less than 1 hour. Also the office is clean, staff are pleasant. I recommend Park Avenue Smiles in Yonkers. I already scheduled an appointment for my husband.

Horrible service. My appointment was at 11:30 and they didn’t even call me into the office until 12:45. Once I got in the room I waited for another 30 minutes to be seen. The dentist came in and told me in a matter of seconds that he basically couldn’t help me. Very small and over crowded place, also very limited social distancing. I would not recommend to say the least.

Small dental office but clean. Staff was very courteous and my hygienist took her time with me. The Doctor was very patient and answered all my questions. I did have to wait about 2 hrs before seeing the hygienist but I figured it was due to me being a new patient and had to do paperwork and X rays and consult with doctor before getting my cleaning done. I had a very bad experience with them before, then today my son told me he needed me to come with him to this dentist and they told him not to eat anything 6 hours prior. I had to leave my job to accompany him, and he was scared to have his wisdom teeth removed. We wasted 2 hours here only for them to tell him to come back in a month for the actual surgery. What was the reason for telling him to not eat and to bring someone with him if they weren't going to do the surgery?? Horrible experience all around. The front desk was also horrible and unprofessional, they only care about money.

I’ve been going here for a few years now. My cleanings are generally good and feel thorough. The worst part about this place is the waiting period. It probably depends on the day of the week though. Previously my appointments had been on Tuesdays and Thursday’s and the wait time was terrible. I recently had 2 Friday appointments and the wait was tolerable. I was in and out in about 2 hours where previously it had been about 3 hours. The hygienist and dentist were polite and quick. The front staff was also pretty good. Overall, I was apprehensive about going during my last visit because I was bracing myself for a long wait but it ended up being better than other appointments.

Awful experience. I had expressed to them the importance of the important I was supposed to have today. I attempted to call them multiple times both today and the days leading up to the appointment, however nobody picked up. I arrive and am told there is no appointment listed- it was never scheduled in. I cannot express my extreme disappointment and inability of the staff to accommodate me based on their error. I got a coronectomy done here a month and a week ago. My face is still heavily swollen I haven’t fully recovered and have not been able to get back to my life. They never followed up with me after surgery. I recently went to a different oral surgeon because I couldn’t trust this place to go back there to see what’s wrong. This has been the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had. I will most likely need to go to the hospital to get it drained and will live with the scar forever. On top of all of this trauma I had to pay 2,000 dollars because the day of my surgery they told me the oral surgeon is not covered by my insurance which is something I should’ve been told prior to the surgery. Honestly worst experience of my life.

Yes. You have to wait 1 hour to be seeing by the doctor, but it's worth it. Make sure you watch a movie or read a book while you wait. The receptionists are super nice and helpful, and the doctor that always sees me is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and careful.

BEWARE! They are CROOKS!! I had a wisdom tooth extracted and was told on day of extraction since its an upper tooth I would need a collagen plug to close the sinus cavity and would cost $800! He said it is needed and proceeded to describe the gross details of what could happen if I didn't get the plug, even used the line, "if it were me I would do it." None of this or $800 charge was discussed at the consultation so it was a total surprise and since I was in pain I agreed. I have since spoken to another surgeon and he said it is only in extreme cases this is even needed and charges $200 for this collagen plug. I feel totally taken advantage of by this dentist! In addition, I had to wait months for this appointment, the oral surgeon is only there once a month and they canceled three times on me. This office is very unorganized, very unprofessional, very crowded, no social distancing and waited 3 hours on day of surgery, which is ridiculous!! They are thieves, unapologetic and have no regard for peoples times! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have an excellent experience with PAS(Yonkers). The whole team is great and helpful. Dr. John Habib is the best dentist and most professional dentist that you'll ever have. My former dentist dropped me off as a patient because I have a complicated case and they wont accept me anymore because of my insurance. I did my research and went to Park Avenue Smiles (yonkers). This place is awful. This is a last resort dentist. I had an issue with my Invisalign and waiting an hour and a half for an appointment that lasted five minutes. Then I was told the wrong information. I had to check my own mouth and tell them the button fell off. They tell me to come back in, and the doctor that handles Invisalign wasn’t in office today. On top of that the girl blames me for calling the call center not the direct office. I had a friend call the number I called, and put it on speaker and it was the direct office number. This place needs to be sued and shut down. They charge for services not given.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars, I really would. First of all, I doubt all of the dental techs are trained properly. Trade school graduates. The hiring manager has a type. Most of these ladies have a BBL and could seem far from interested in dental services. This is just a job to them. Regardless, I called to make an appointment. Which was fine. The first appointment I waited over 2 hours to be seen when I was on time at the provided time given. The consult seemed okay. Fast forward to when I decided to make an another appointment to actually have the dental work done, a lady on the phone told me : please don’t eat 5 hours before hand, and she said but just so you know, you won’t be put to sleep. I’m like hmm.. cuz I’ve had teeth removed before with local anesthesia and they’ve never told me to fast. Weird but I said ok. Fast forward to the actual appointment, they tell me they can’t remove the tooth I was supposed to get removed because they don’t do that type of work there. Can you believe it? Left work early, lost money for my family, when this is something they could have told me over the phone. They gave me a referral to get the work done, in which I came in that day to do! , and they told me if you want we can take the other tooth out but we will put you to sleep with general anesthesia ! Even after on the phone prior to making the appt. They front desk associate said they will not be putting me to sleep. They clearly do not know what they are talking about. They seem to have lack of medical knowledge and are hiring just about any lady with curves. When I called to discuss the mix up with the manager Cindy, all she could say is I’m sorry, like you need to educate your colleagues or hire qualified people tf. You can’t just decide on the spot to put someone to sleep. Unprofessional! I decided to go somewhere else and they were supposed to forward over the dental X-rays which took Cindy 2 DAYS! 2 DAYS TO DO! In which she should have done it ASAP as the whole reason I now had to change dentists is because of their lack of professionalism. When I called to get them to send over the X-rays for the second time, I guess they have caller ID, no one answered. I called 4-5 times in a row until they answered and when someone finally answered they were all laughing in The background. Are they hiring children? They sound like they all young, fresh out of trade school and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Cannot even handle customer service and front desk requests, definitely wouldn’t trust them in my mouth. Disgusting staff.

Worse than getting an appt/ waiting for an appt in a Clinic. Horrible. Take your day off if you need to be there. My appointment was today for 10:00. I was on time. From 11:15 to 11:56 I was waiting sitting in the room to be seen by the Dr. I had a Ob Gyn appt at 12 that of course I lost because of this. The receptionist went to ask me if I wanted to make a new appt, maybe for October 30th...?! So after such a long wait I still didn’t deserve to be seen. I left at 12:03 and the Dr never went to see me. Since December that I was trying to get an appointment there, canceled also many times because of the pandemic which I totally understand. But after waiting for so long, two weeks ago when I went for my appt, they told me that they couldn’t do the cleaning because I didn’t have the letter from my Ob Gyn, even though I called them one day exclusively to make clear that I was pregnant and that all I could and need to get was a cleaning, but they didn’t tell me that until I was there for my appt. Then finally, after all this, I was really expecting to finally be seen. So no, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Invest your time and money in somewhere else.

I wish their receptionists and office assistants were as nice and caring, my husband had his wisdom teeth pulled out around 10am, those girls did not call his meds into the pharmacy. When I called them after calling my pharmacy three times, and my husband was in so much pain, and mind you it was after 3p. The receptionist had the nerve to yell and ask why I did not have the pharmacy call them. She put me on hold for some time and hang up. I called back several times and each time she hanged up on me. Literally sitting in the lobby as I write this review. This is my boyfriends second time coming here and this time for teeth extraction that was scheduled for 4:30pm. I called ahead and was told he could be pushed up to 4pm....well, it's 5:30pm and STILL waiting. While waiting here I heard numerous complaints and grumbles about the wait time here. One woman was ready to fight because she had been there since the morning with nothing to eat. They better do a good job and not mess up with billing either (I just read the other bad reviews).

They never tell you what is going on bills wise, I got a crown supposed to be covered by my insurance so everything was ok. Months later I come and they said I have to pay $300 for a crown in order to be attended, I never got any notice about payments, and talking with my insurance it was a mistake,what the heck! This people is absolutely pathetic. Also they call during a whole week every single day to remind you for your appointment and when you get there you have to wait !! Terrible, terrible!!! I have been to this office many times over the last three years. My experience has been good and bad. If you go in to see the oral surgeon, it’s a very long wait. The general dentist is pretty good. They have made staff changes and seem to have gotten better. The staff was friendly and not rude. In the past I have come across staff members that were rude but they seem to have gotten rid of them. Keep up with the improvements. The facility is clean and up to date.

My first experience seeing Dr. Habib was great however when I came for my second appointment 6 months later I was disgusted by the incompetence and rudeness of the staff at the front desk. They confirmed my appointment and my new insurance with me but get never entered it and apparently cancelled my appointment!! When I arrived they basically told me I had to reschedule as they couldn’t contact the insurance on the weekend and that no office manager was present. They were rude, sneaky, speaking in Spanish to one another like I was not going to understand. These people should be fired. Giselle especially for the nasty faces she was making while her office counterpart was just sitting there. They are going to ruin that office. I hope they find people who actually care and are willing to serve the front desk right. Little did they know I was planning to also schedule my teeth whitening and order my mouth guard for my wedding after my routine cleaning. They don’t care though, the dentists will lose not the office staff. Never coming back again and you shouldn’t waist your time either!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! INCOMPETENT STAFF! I set an appointment for my kids 3 weeks ago. They sent an online registration form that was supposed to save me time when I arrive for the appointments. When I arrived the girl was on the phone and so was the guy at the front desk. Once she hung up she asked me to fill out forms for both kids which was everything I filled out online, so I told her and the guy jumped In stating I need to fill out the medical history and hippa form. I took it but again stated I filled it out online. After filling it out which took me a good 10-15 min she asked me to have a seat and she is going to call my insurance, then the kids would get X-rays. I asked why they hadn’t called my insurance prior and was told they don’t do that for new patients. Makes no sense. I’ve worked in the medical field and we always made sure we accept the Insurance, the client is covered for procedure etc. So I sit back down and realize it’s been at least 50 minutes and the kids still haven’t taken the xrays. At this point I’m ready to walk out but she had my card so I walk back over and the girl is on the phone and I hear her providing my sons info, so I’m like did she just call?? I ask the guy how much longer because I’ve been here 50 minutes and she starts talking to me instead of focusing on getting the info necessary from my insurance. I told her I wasn’t talking to her and the guy says the hold up is my insurance fault because she was on hold very long. I honestly don’t know if I believe that. I never have a problem. I sit back down and she calls me over to say my kids can’t be seen because the insurance wasn’t assigned to ismile. I was livid told her that it didn’t have to be assigned and thanked her for wasting my time. I had another appointment to get to. Before leaving another lady was having conflict and telling them how unprofessional they were. Then they immediately sat her in a room. I called my insurance from the car and they stated it didn’t need to be assigned. I called back to speak to Dr. Habeeb so he would know how the staff is losing business for him but some girl who answered the phone stating she has only been there 3 days didn’t give him the message I’m sure. Go at your own risk. The goal is to get past the front desk.

If you feel like waiting an hour or so to see the doctor this place is for you. If you feel like waiting on the phone for 15 minutes to schedule an appointment this place is for you. I got a cleaning via Saturday schedule and waited for like an hour only to get half my mouth cleaned for 15 minutes and was told to come back to clean the other half a week later. This is how they charge you twice. Other than that the doctor was good and knowledgeable. Staff seems to be all over the place and careless when it comes to patient care. I have been going here for a few years and I am done.

I love the results of my teeth! Precedure is a bit expensive but is worth the money! They do offer payment plan mailing it easier to pay. Also after the procedure you have to purchase your retainers which is also expensive about $600 for 4 or 300 per retainer. This doesn’t come with payment plan. I gave them a 4 star because my doctor was only available Tuesdays and Thursday limiting the days I could schedule my appointments. Also I wish they told me about the retainer earlier so I can prepare myself financially before my last appointment. Other than that they were great.

I think Dr. Habib is great! I have been going to him for years. He is funny, communicative, and is always proud of his work. However, the office is always packed to the brim with people it seems--leading to very long wait times. I found myself having to spend a whole morning or afternoon at the office and a majority of that time was waiting. Also, whenever I call to make appointments, it seems I can't get one for another 2-3 weeks due to constraints in my schedule and their availability considering they are 9 to 5 only.

To be honest, I initially chose this particular practice because it was an easy commute from my house. I am SO happy with my entire experience - Nelsy scheduled my visit and remember who i was when i walked in, the Doctor was professional, and made me feel at ease about everything from the procedure I would be undergoing. Everything was succinctly explained to me by Nelsy and the Doctor, she broke everything down by steps and set me up with a payment plan. I was ready to go with my treatment plan and a follow up appointment just a few minutes after finishing up. A+ staff and facility. Will be back for my follow up and future care.

The first and last time I went here was January 2019. I wanted to get a routine cleaning and address other issues I was having. They did my cleaning and told me I had gingivitis and would need to get a $1400 laser treatment done that my insurance at the time didn't cover. I was also told at that point that if I didn't get that process done, I'd start losing my teeth within 3 YEARS. I just saw a new dentist last week who told me my dental health is fine as long as I do routine check ups and what I'm doing at home. Park Avenue Smiles put FEAR into me for a year and I do not like them. They are money hungry people and I'd never go there again. Do not go here for your dental health!

Obvious reason why periodontist was so unprofessional , because so was the head doctor when he threatened me by saying I wouldn’t like it if he were to get disrespectful, and said then we would have a problem . I am writing a review in particular with the services provided by Dr. Habib. I have been attending this office for dental care ever since I was a child. I have tried a couple of other offices and alway come back to their care. Many people complain about the wait time and yes, I can partially agree the wait time can be quite extensive. Which is why I schedule my appointments on Saturdays when I have nothing else to do. People need to understand this is a doctors office. It is a very limited amount of doctors' office where one can arrive and be seen 10 min after arrival. They are extremely busy and lenient here. Back to Doctor Habib, I am currently getting dental implants and he has done an amazing job. The implants have not been a bother and Im excited the process is almost over. If you are considering getting dental implants you should definitely consider his services.

It was my first visit so I showed up earlier because I knew that I had to fill out some forms, but I was a little surprised as to how quickly I was seen. Josiah was great. The X-ray were done quickly and painless. Margie was very pleasant and explained what I needed for my first visit. The cleanup was painless. Dr. Farzin, was very informative and explained in details the work I will need done in the next couple of visits. Alexandra, Yarima and Gladys, were very friendly and explained my co-pays and follow-up appointments. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Place: Clean, modern, friendly, updated equipment, nice waiting area and bathroom Staff: friendly, knowledgeable, my dentist tried to sell me on the Visiline tooth straightener and no other Dentist has ever mentioned I need straightening, but otherwise he was knowledgeable, efficient, nice and didn't push me to do anything I didn't want to. He gave me options and let me decide, encouraging the more expensive option, which I expected any dentist to do, so I can't knock him for that. Their office is located upstairs. Not sure if it's wheelchair accessible is my only concern for future patients. Front door is also about 6 stairs up into the building. Upstairs office girls were nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I've had to go back twice for a problem with a temporary and then a crown that was temporarily glued in and then both falling out days later. When trying to have each fixed immediately I was told I can come back the next week and they don't do emergencies on Saturdays, which is the main reason for the 3 stars.

Went in today for complete extractions of about 22 teeth for dentures. Was supposed to put under completely but instead they did enough to get me feeling dizzy then numbed me up with 8 viles of novocain. The Dr proceeded to start pulling and I had to be told several times to stop moving and have 2 assistants holding my head down. Yes people, I felt that crap the whole way through and not to mention left 5 teeth in so I got to go back in about 2 weeks. They started the work and if it wasn't for me wanting my smile back I'd go somewhere else. Very unprofessional in the extraction department. Park Ave smiles has a great staff but some areas that need some work.

Very good dental office/oral surgeon. Had 4 teeth extracted at once, painlessly and quickly when the process began. The only minor complaint I had was waiting in the office for 3 hours, which really shouldn't have happened but at the end of it all it was absolutely worth it. Staff was courteous and friendly.
