I have had my NICO removed (was the plan) from them. They advertise that they are experts, you don't meet the expert owner. But on the other hand, two others who are in no way top professional biological dental experts. Far too extensive to mention everything that was wrong. But one thing I can mention, I asked the dentist what I should remember to take after removing my NICO, I could see from him that he didn't know what to answer. He answered vitamin C. The expert on NICO is in Switzerland and is called Dr. Volz, and that is not correct. There is a very specific procedure on what and how much you should take daily after surgery on my NICO. The price was also completely wrong, the surgery was bad work. I had to work on removing infections myself after returning home. I never saw that the things they were going to operate on me with in my mouth were unpacked (sterile). So my warning to you is, why go to Tijuana when it's not better, second-rate work, and costs a lot. Tijuana alone is a dangerous city to be in.

The surgeon had the worse bedside manner I have ever received. There were four dental assistants standing around but not doing the job as simple as not letting the water and debris go down my throat. I kept gagging because of it. I had bone sticking out where the decavitation was done. A year after my visit and still having pain on the right side, after rubbing that area a peace of bone they had left behind came out. Everytime I called them, they assured me it was normal. So it was normal a peace for bone coming out after a year? They have great customer service but they lack quality work. They also ask for a review right after treatment which doesn't justify the results. They refuse to compensate for the wrong but demand I fly 8 hrs so they could take a look at the issues.stay away from this place.

Be careful. The place looks nice and clean but their work is hardly near decent.I have been to many dentists and I have had the worse experience ever. The surgeon has the worse bed side manner. There were 4 dental assistants around and every single one of the useless. I kept swollen the water and gagging and they couldn't even manage that. The surgeon screwed up and my face was swollen for weeks. A year after I still experience pain on the side he worked on. And just now after been rubbing that side where they did work on because if was odd to have pain still after so long, I was able toe take a piece of my tooth that they never cleaned up properly out! I tried to break it thinking maybe it was good sure enough it was touch to break. Piece of my tooth. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I spent over 10k in that office.

Double the quality at half the price of the US.

We've been coming here for over 5 years, and are so grateful to have found this place! From amalgam removal to oral surgery, we've had many procedures done and have always been deeply satisfied with the work. The staff are all attentive, kind, and considerate. They have always treated us with care and gave great attention to whatever needed to be addressed. The work is always very gentle, which helps with a swifter healing time. We are very thankful for Odonto and hope they continue to flourish!

I had 7 amalgam fillings removed 5 years ago and replaced with composite. Now every single filling fell out and 4 out of the 7 composite fillings still had mercury underneath the composite fillings they did. Very fraud service and now I'm searching for a new holistic dentist to get my teeth taken care of. The dentist that worked on me was a lady (I don't remember her name) but they're all in the fraud.

Been coming down to Odontomedik for over 10 years. The last time I went they examined my teeth gave me a quote and then it ended up costing around 7 or 8 hundred more than the quote. Ok I went with it. Well this last time, takes the cake, I had two crowns fall off, yes one was 2 months ago and I was busy with work and health and I could not get down there, then the second one fell out two weeks ago, the filling in the tooth fell out at the same time. I figured that I would be offered a free cleaning for being inconvenienced and having to come an hour and 1/2 down there to get it done. I had no condolence, but they wanted to charge me 120 for the work, when I refused they said to pay them for the Uber pick up, I again said no. I have never been treated like this before and am blown away. They have always picked me up at the border when I walk in and they did not even pay or offer to take me to the border at the end. In conclusion I am done with them, after the thousands I have spent over the years I expected to be treated better, may the the Lord judge between us. Thank you Jesus that you see all.

Too bad it’s a little far from me otherwise, I recommend this place, great work really professional I’ll say better than a lot of places in the USA

Excellent place, Raquel and odontomedik team did an excellent job with me. I was explained in detail step by step about my procedures. I had quite a few amalgams, so I decided to have all amalgams removed in a safe manner and cavities.

I highly recommend this biological dentistry office for amalgam removal and other dental work. I came here from Oregon, USA to get two amalgam fillings removed. I cannot be happier. What a great team is at Odontomedik! They are professional, knowledgeable and make the whole process easy. Their prices are less than in the US and the quality of work is great. They start with a comprehensive exam and consultation, take digital x-rays, the doctor sees your mouth and checks each tooth in detail, and then they go tooth by tooth explaining any work they recommend to be done. After you decide what you want to do, they create a treatment plan. They are certified by IAOMT and follow Huggins protocol. Their office is located in the Playas district of Tijuana, right by the beach. I got Airbnb closeby, 10 min walk, and walked along the beach every day in the morning or in the evening. There is also a nice small organic shop nearby where you can get organic vegetables, chicken and meat from a farm in Ensenada - Ecorganica Playas.

I have never seen such an easy dentist office in my life. Affordable, professional and saved 2 teeth I was told needed crowns. Amazing and kind staff. Very grateful for my experience here. Highly recommend

used Dr Lagos to remove all of my amalgams and replace them with composite fillings in 2008. The work came to around $3500. Today I replaced the last of his shoddy work. This time it was to crown a tooth where he had placed composite material over an existing amalgam (The amalgam had only been partially removed). The two crowns he placed also had to be redone. I was incapacitated for months and developed many health problems after so much Mercury was released into my system in 2008. This man is unethical and incompetent. Do not use him.

We were so pleased with the treatment we received at Odontomedik recently. The attention and care that was given my daughter during a week-long amalgam removal procedure, which was daunting, was made comfortable and positive. The Staff was genuinely caring and attentive. Hello, I recently had amalgam removal done at Odontomedik in Tijuana Mexico. I have to say it was the best service and advice I have ever received from a medical professional.The entire staff way friendly and informed. They use Dr Huggins amalgam removal protocol, the best protocol for mercury toxicity from dental amalgams. I must comment on two individuals that were over the top with their help.First was Elizabeth, their Dental Tourism Advocate, she answered or found answers for every single concern I had, she coordinated everything for me, including the perfect accommodations, Dali Suites, quiet, safe, clean and was just perfect for this type of procedure. She is warm, effervescent and dependable. The driver, Raoul, is awesome, bright, happy and helpful, a pleasure in an otherwise tiring experience. They made all the difference to me being an American.
