Analysis good. Fine details not. Dentist refused to polish tooth after I said it was not fine enough. Doctor did not want to close the gap between the teeth of the cavity he did after I said it was not close enough. He said it could not be done without opening the cavity which is false, as I understand. Im afraid the gap, which wasn’t there before, will now get bigger as food hits it. The doctor was fine but it felt like he did a rushed job.

I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Navarro Dental. I chose Navarro because after reading many reviews, my impression was that Navarro was the best in town. And I got to witness that first hand. Our driver, Arnold, was great at entertaining all our curious questions. The receptionists, Jackie and Karla, were informative and helpful. Dra. Monica Gomez and her assistant Silvia were very considerate and patient. Dra. Gomez's singing was very calming, even during a wisdom tooth extraction. She communicated effectively, addressing every concern I had and ensuring I left satisfied. She's an excellent dentist and I couldn't recommend her more. My work was completed over two days. However, I sat in the lobby for two more days as my spouse had her work finished by Dr. Luis. Even though my work was done, the staff, most notably Dra. Karla, Jackie, Jesus, and Pablo remained hospitable, offering water and checking to see if I needed anything. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Navarro Dental. They treat you like family here.

Choosing Navarro Dental was ABSOLUTELY the best decision I have ever made regarding my dental health! I have been coming to Navarro for 18 months now. What started as a fix for botched dental work done in U.S. has turned into a natural, but million-dollar smile! I was able to repair/replace the bad implants, get three root canals, a sinus lift (bone graft), two more implants, a 3-on-1 zirconia bridge, and the remaining 21 zirconia crowns at Navarro Dental. My total out-of-pocket cost (travel expenses included) was barely more than the cost of just two implants/crowns in U.S. The price isn’t even the best part. The quality, service, and personal care were what sold me on Navarro Dental. The equipment is top-notch, the technology is up to date, and the results are phenomenal. But, it still gets better…. From what I’ve witnessed, everybody has been welcomed as if they are a friend or family member, not just as a “work order” and “bill of sale.” Personally, I dealt with Dr. Rodrigo Gonzalez, his assistant Erika, and two receptionists (Karla and Jacqui), all of who made me feel like part of their inner circle. They anticipated every potential problem, communicated clearly and thoroughly, and accommodated every need. Per a sign in the waiting area: DENTIST—Doctor, ENgineer, arTIST! Dr. Rodrigo was also a genius and an artisan! His knowledge and practical skills were impeccable. He was also very personable and made me feel like much more than a patient. He advised, he listened, he cared about my results as much as I did. I put my faith in Dr. Rodrigo and he didn’t disappoint. He was very compassionate and shared the joy upon completion of my work. You could sense the compassion in his eyes and in his voice. I made the right choice! My new smile brought me to tears, not just because it looks amazing, but because I realized it was a bittersweet moment. I no longer have the need to return to Los Algodones. That is saddening. But, if I am ever in the San Diego or Phoenix areas, I will make it a point to scribe the 2 1:2 hours just to say hello to some good new friends that feel like old friends. I can’t say that your experience would be as life changing, but I can guarantee that you are in the best of care if you choose Navarro Dental!

I needed a implant and investigated Mexican dentist based on Google reviews (because you can count on these reviews as "real", and negative reviews are not deleted by the business owner). I live in southern California so any boarder town is only a 2 hour drive. I chose Navarro dental for my procedure based on 72 reviews and a 5-star rating. I requested implant specialist Dr Andros Rodriguez based on Google reviews. I put off getting this implant for several years due to the cost I was quoted by my dentists in the USA. My tooth had a crown that broke off leaving only the roots. The roots needed to be surgically removed. There was also infection around the roots that needed to be cleaned out. I had the procedure done on 9/30/22 by Dr Andros. I had to get CT scan when I arrived then the procedure to extract the roots and infection. The implant was installed with bone graft around it. To finish the job a membrane was place over the area, and my gums were stitched up. Now I need to wait 4.5 months before returning to get the crown installed. I am overly pleased with the work that I had done. If your looking to have any dental work done I recommend Navarro dental. Don't worry about going to Mexico. This place is clean and only 100-yard walk once you cross into Mexico. I will update this review after the crown is installed. Update: It's been 2 years now since I received the implant. I am happy to say that all is good with no issues whatsoever.

My husband needed implants , bridges and bone grafts and after a referral and a great deal of research we decided on Navarro Dental. We are very pleased with the work of Dr Luis Biebrich Ortiz, dental surgeon . The complete explanation of procedures , the professionalism and the kindness and concern for patient care was exceptional. The office was well run and efficient. Karla booked us and was our contact person . Arnold picked us up at our hotel in Yuma and got us to the clinic in Los Algodones . He took care of transportation as we crossed the border and booked into our hotel in Los Algodones and traveled back and forth to the clinic . Arnold was great . The in person consultation by Dr Luis revealed that Charles needed work that would require anesthesia . Due to medication and health concerns a medical doctor was scheduled to be performing the administration of the sedation .we arrived the next day and the procedures were completed in 2 hours with Dr Luis and the anesthesiologist present and taking care of Charles the entire time . We returned the next morning for bridges and temporary crowns to be affixed . We are scheduled to be back in approximately 4 months when the grafts are healed to complete the process . Navarro Dental has gone beyond what we expected. The clinic is listed as one of the best in Los Algodones and it is easy to see why .

I had severe acid erosion to the enamel on all of my teeth and was told by several dentists that I would need a full mouth restoration or end up losing them over time. I had been putting it off due to the outrageous dental prices in the United States. I recently learned about Los Algodones and began to research reviews in an effort to find a quality or trustworthy dentist. After reading through many local dentist reviews, I felt confident and reached out to Navarro Dental and their treatment and staff greatly exceeded my expectations. Karla was great! She quickly returned my messages, answering all of my questions, and provided me with an initial treatment plan and price quote. She went above and beyond, helping me schedule transportation, hotel stays, and troubleshoot issues with one of the local hotels. Dr. Luis and his assistant Dani were very careful and attentive to my comfort and needs. Dr. Luis took time out to provide detailed explanations of the procedures and services needed and would check with me regularly throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. At one point, he escorted me to a different location for another procedure and talked to me about Los Algodones and dentists in the area. I can't imagine many dentists or doctors in the U.S. that would take time with their patients in this manner. Also, I would like to thank my driver Arnold! He provided transport to and from my dental appointments and also back to Yuma when finished. Arnold gave me some great information on the area and hotels. The services at Navarro Dental are exceptional. I received 28 zirconia crowns and 2 root canals at less than a quarter of the price in the U.S. I highly recommend Navarro Dental! Have no hesitation to book at this OUTSTANDING dental practice! Was impeccably clean, state-of-art equipment and highly skilled dentists with advanced degrees. Cost is 70-80% cheaper than US and, in our opinion, a higher quality of workmanship. Root canals and crowns are two days. Plan to stay over. I expected a painful evening after root canals and to sleep afternoon and evening after initial work. NOT the case! Numbing wore off rather quickly and surprisingly no pain whatsoever. Today I get two, new crowns inserted and post for an implant. Cost was $2,600! We stayed at Hotel California, 3 short blocks from the practice. Cost between $50-75. The practice will pick you up at border (if you park in secure lot and walk through an easy Mexican Customs Entry) or hotel will pick you up to check into your room. It is SAFE! Locals support the dental industry that provides such high tourism. Everyone helps you find where you’re going and is extremely friendly and helpful. Most speak English! Bring cash! I bought MANY “Coach” purses for my girlfriends! People fly from everywhere in the World to Los Alagodones. We’ll be happy to return for future work at Navarro Dental.

i had totally 3 implants done at this dental office. one was good from the get go, the other two on the far back didn't grab the jaw well in the past two sessions and soon they lost out. a doctor in this office re-implanted the roots 9 months ago and told me to let it grow for 6 months. i waited for 8 months so two weeks ago i went back. a new doctor, named dr gonzalez, treated me. he was young, but very professional; he took time step by step to make sure the crowns seated well and in perfect height/shape. now after two weeks, i feel great, these two teeth are just like my own. i am so glad having dr gonzalez fix my problem. kudos to dr gonzalez!!

I went to see Dr Karla to have teeth removed and get a denture for my top teeth and a partial for the bottom. The extractions went great. She is amazingly thoughtful and gentle, so my anxiety was kept in check the whole time... she even talked me down from a panic attack at one point. The dentures and partial were a different story... the partial didn't fit right, and she wouldn't listen to what I was saying, so she never got it to fit right... I finally just decided if I can't make these fit, I'll have to replace them anyway, so I finally managed to bend it in the right direction and now it fits comfortably with a few minor adjustments I made myself with a small handheld grinder I got from amazon... As for the temporary dentures, I have come back twice asking for the temporary lining to be redone because it is too thick. The first time, it came out about the same, but this time, she just added the gel stuff ON TOP of what was there - when my request was to have a THINNER lining... then said that's all she can do when I asked why she made the lining thicker when I asked for the opposite... she chose to make it worse while I thought she was making it better, and now I'm stuck with dentures that make me want to gag... So now, I will remove that lining myself before going to a different dentist to hopefully get it right... it really is too bad; she was so gentle and thoughtful before I had issues with the fit of my dentures... maybe her perfect teeth make it impossible for her to have empathy for a denture wearer? Who knows. 3 stars because I'm sure she's amazing if you're not getting dentures... ***EDIT*** Taken down to one star because they insist on saying they care about my comfort when Dr Karla ADDED to the existing lining as a result of me asking for it to be thinner... then sent me an email saying I didn't give them a chance when I had already wasted 2 days of travel back and forth for results that got worse instead of better. Dr Karla KNEW I asked for the lining to be thinner. She KNEW she made the lining THICKER, but she wants to blame me for not telling her that is not what I asked for... is it too much to ask for a doctor that will give you what you are asking for without having to fight for it? If I could give zero stars, I would.

Update: Beware – They Admitted It in Text, Then Claimed It’s Normal Procedure in Their Clinic I deeply regret choosing Navarro Dental for my treatment. When I returned to Canada and began recovering, I realized that after my extractions, they made me do dental impressions—but in the process, they left impression material inside my gums and stitched over it. This left me in worse pain than when I had broken teeth. I have been in constant pain since, and fixing their mistakes will now cost me thousands of dollars. When I consulted my dentist in Canada, I was told that what Navarro Dental did was malpractice. Worse, I discovered that they had to redo my impressions because the first one they took was too large. Instead of correcting their mistake properly, they shaved down my upper jaw just to make a $500 denture fit—without my consent. This has left me unable to properly close my jaw. My Canadian dentist confirmed that Navarro Dental caused more damage than I originally had. Before my procedure, I specifically requested bone grafting, and they assured me I wouldn’t need it. Now, I’m suffering the consequences of their poor judgment. On top of the pain and financial burden, I am currently unable to work because of the damage they caused. I am forced to live in constant suffering, with every dollar I earn going toward fixing their mistakes—while they take no responsibility for what they’ve done. Even worse, they admitted their actions in text messages—yet still claim it’s a normal procedure in their clinic. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice before trusting them with their care. And yes, I am reporting them to all relevant authorities to seek justice for their gross negligence and medical malpractice.

Like Florida, Michigan, Colorado Oregon and other states. A few have shared why they make such a long trip. They have done meticulous searches on dentists and they found Navarro Denrtal had some of the highest reviews in regards to quality and pricing. Another gentleman shared that he had a full set of implants and he was extremely happy of the outcome, so he decided to bring his son and have his dental work done here too. We went to a Los Algodones, MX dentist for the first time last week, Navarro Dental. Had our truck parked on US side of boarder at a Native American RV place with security guard 24/7. Then we walked to the nearby boarder crossing & into Mexico. I went with my husband because he has angst about dental work he's planning to get. Google ratings/reviews gave us some confidence in several dental practices. We ended up choosing Navarro Dental as one of our top. They were able to get my husband in for an exam, cleaning, whitening, x-rays and preliminary CT scan. Now he's got his estimate and a sense of what their service is like. The staff aren't pushy and their suggestions make sense without overselling you. This dry run helped. I had not done a quick whitening procedure & wanted to try it since it's so common these days. I got my teeth cleaned and whitened spur of the moment to assess the experience. I've had my teeth cleaned consistently over my lifetime in the US via many dental practices, and everything at Navarro felt just as normal as could be with their process, precautionary gear, and methodology. They were professional and sanitary. Getting your teeth cleaned generally leaves them sensitive, so I used a little sensodyne toothpaste the first 2 days which helped. So far I like the results, it's day 5. We were told not to drink coffee, red wine, acidic juices, or eat dark chocolate for several days to help maintain the color. So far so good! We were picked up at the boarder by Pablo and he took us to the hotel California and was very friendly. Then picked up at the hotel again for our appointment the next morning. Everyone has been very friendly and wait time was very little to get in for appointment. The dentist was amazing and their technology is top notch. My husband was in the chair for 4 hours but he had 3 crowns, and a root canal. Lots of work on his mouth. The wait in the lobby wasn’t too bad and close to shops for me to wonder. Navarro Dental is absolutely the best dental facility that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. 1 1/2 years ago my dreams was getting veneers for my teeth. With my first visit it was determined by Dt Luis that my gums had recided so much. He did a CT scan that showed that my nerves were exposed. Dr Pamela came to my rescue & before gum graphs surgery. It took 4 months until my gums had recovered enough that I was ready for my veneers. Today I am for the same gum graph surgery. Once my gums have healed I can complete my dear of veneers on all my teeth!!

Dr Karla Navarro is the best dentist!! She cleans my teeth better than the many hygienists that my dentist of 25 years in the states did. She guided me to use a night guard to save my 70 year old teeth that are suffering from receding gums and bone. Her staff are all kind, courteous, and speak excellent English. We had a very good experience at Navarro Dental. Spouse had 7 teeth extracted and got a temporary partial. We both did cleaning and whitening. The offices are very clean. The staff is awesome. Especially our care coordinator Karla. The dentists are excellent. After the extractions he had minimum pain or discomfort. We paid the $600 extra for anesthesia. The whitening worked well for both of us. The partial was great and it was ready in 24 hours. We drove to Yuma from Vegas. Most of the drive is on a single lane road. It took around 4 1/2 hours. We chose to stay in Yuma at a Holiday Inn which was fine. In May it was easy to drive to and from the border. We walked across the first time. No problems. After extractions Navarro provided a driver to take us back. They will pick you up from your hotel or the airport and bring you back. Our care coordinator Karla met us at the border and walked us to their office. She walked us to and from restaurants and more. It was great. We would return to Navarro!!

My wife and I flew into San Diego from New Jersey. They picked us up from the air port and drove us to our hotel in Los Algodones. They fixed my teeth and gums for a fraction of the cost of what I was quoted by my American dentist. The caps I have now are nicer and more realistic than the ones I had before. They also did an excellent root canal on my wife, she was impressed by how quick and thorough it was. Definitely a trustworthy and efficient dental experience, I will never be wasting money on an American dentist again. All in all the trip paid for itself and still saved me about $8,000. The food in Los Algodones was also quite good and clean. A very unique experience that I would do again in a heartbeat.

Very impressive. Karla the receptionist did amazing job. She went above and beyond anything that could be expected. Arnold the shuttle drive was very helpful when I needed anything. 3 root canals done . 2 crowns didn't fit right they sent them back and had them remade to insure everything fit perfectly. They close at 4 they stayed open longer just to make sure everything was finished and correct. I'd highly recommend them to friends and family easily.

First visit awesome! Second visit, not so much and reason for not recommending. First visit: Day 1 getting my teeth fixed in Los Algodones. Dental team was nice, professional, and it was clean. Got 1 root canal today, got two teeth prepped for my crowns tomorrow. They will pull two teeth, implant two, and install a temporary bridge over the 2 implants and temporary crown the other teeth. It will be interesting to see how it all goes. Going across the border from the US to Mexico is just a walk through turn table gate. Coming back to the US with my enhanced driver's license was fast! The people there are pretty nice but will try and sell the world lol. So far so good I'll let you know tomorrow what the whole thing was like. Well here is the update! Overall experience for dental work in Mexico 10/10! I got my teeth back! So Dr. Andros Rodriguez was my dentist at Navarro Dental, he was very fast, very good, and took the time to get it right! Got two implants and 4 temporary crowns. The implants are made in Pennsylvania btw not china! $2900 out the door and i really don't even hurt lol will go back in 6 months Second visit: Got impressions done, and put my temporary back on. Went back the next day was told it would take longer than that (mind you I called in advance and asked how many days and they said 2 thank goodness I planned for three) came in on the 3rd day first thing in the morning they told me they needed more time, I realistically didn't have more time. Long story short it was rushed cuss they screwed up. Barely made my flight. 6 weeks later, my crown fell off my abutment. Had another dentist do a temporary fix but I'll have to come back in October. We shall see

I was hoping to get dental implants to correct the damage teeth that I had. The offices were very comforting and the little town was quite nice. After seeing Dr. Luis he recommended I do a different treatment because of the issues I have. He sat me down and it’s explained everything. He could’ve done dental implants and I would’ve had to come back and spend more money but instead he gave me a solution to my immediate issue. Finally, I can smile again and not be self-conscious about my teeth. Everyone was very nice but one of the best people that they have is definitely the driver Arnold. I’ve never been outside the USA. Arnold came and picked me up from the hotel in the US. He talked to me reassured some of my concerns and was very helpful. Helped me navigating the town, and recommended some amazing food. He even helped me pick out some souvenirs, as well as answered any questions I had. And got me too and from the dentist office safely. I really appreciate everything everyone did.

I decided on Navarro dental based on other reviews and I couldn't be happier with my decision. First I flew into San Diego and their driver Arnold was in constant contact with me and on time to pick me. This is a service that they provide to their patients at no charge (but please tip the driver). You can stay at the Hotel California in Mexico or stay in Yuma which is a short 10 minute drive, and YES Arnold will be there to pick you up for your appointment and take you back afterwards. My first appointment was a 3 day event (dental implants) and then back again in 6 months after the healing. My second visit was also 3 days and wow, do I LOVE my smile. Dr. Louis was my implant specialist and so kind and gentle and his assistant Daniella is a perfect match being so attentive. I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist and they took all my fears away. But Arnold is the reason I will always come back. I am a 67 year old female and I traveled alone without a care in the world because of Arnold. Even when I was groggy after my first session he made sure I was safely in my hotel room and had everything I needed for the evening before he would leave. When I was ready to head back to South Carolina, Arnold took me back to the San Diego airport. Navarro dental took care of everything. I didn't need to rent a car, I didn't need to navigate thru Los Algodones, I didn't need to worry about anything except being a patient. Thanks to everyone at Navarro Dental, I love my smile.

I originally went to Los Algodones because I read many great things about the quality of work and the cost savings. I was looking for consultations for full replacement uppers and lowers. I had no idea what the difference between a 6 on or a 4 on was, and what was going to be my best option. I set appointments for a total of 4 consultations my first trip and was then going to decide, and make appointments to return for the work. I found some differences in the offices. Some cater to making it as painless and easy as possible for you. One of them included twilight sedation for some of the work and full anesthesia for some. Of course that added to the cost and risk. By the end of my consultations I had already decided I liked the quote from Dr Andros Rodriguez. After discussing my options I decided to go forward with just the bottoms to start. When they told me they could start the work the next day with the extractions and have that part complete by the time I had already planned on leaving, it solidified my choice. Not only could I get things started but it would save another trip down. I went ahead and started with Dr Andros Rodriguez the next day! The only negative I had was that I was not prepared for the pain of doing all the bottom extractions at once, then leaving immediately to spend one night in Phoenix before I flew home to Florida the following day. The pain management medications provided only gave minimum control ,but I did make it home. I had questions while allowing everything to heal and the office was great about answering all of them by phone and pictures. I made my next appointment to come back and have the lower permanent completed last month. They provided the time frame needed so I made my reservations and headed back. The procedure turned out to be more challenging than originally anticipated but Dr Andros Rodriguez worked his magic and had to complete some procedures that were not anticipated. He kept to the original quote and I could not be happier! I will be heading back next year to take care of the uppers and I know I will be in the most capable hands possible! Thanks so much to the Navarro Dental team for such great service! I would recommend them to anyone.

Hi Jim, we do apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience, we would like to explain the situation. When you contacted us about the implant price and brand we provided you with the correct price for one implant which is $800 and also gave you different options on implant prices such as Noble BioCare and MIS. We did not talk about the procedure details and what it involved. Also, we did not set an appointment but you showed up as a walk-in and the doctor made time to see you and explained the procedure. He evaluated you for free and his diagnosis was that you needed an extraction, implant, plus the temporary you requested. A CT Scan is also needed to place the implant. Therefore, this is why the price was higher than $800, it included more than just the implant. You are more than welcome to come back anytime.

Wow wow wow!!! Truly The best! Do not bother looking elsewhere, this is my new dental home and should be yours too! 3 root canals and 9 crowns and 2 implants and 4 veneers. Dr Luis is a perfectionist and made sure I had a perfect smile (for me). I wanted my veneers to look natural and I think they do! I walked out beaming from tooth to tooth. Everything is sparkling clean and everyone is friendly. The endodontist was quick and thorough and painless! I didn’t even feel the novacaine injections. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go to Navarro Dental! For the record it came with a lot of nervousness and apprehension, but ended with actually being excited to come back after 6 months to finish my implants! AND This dental group is high tech! 3D laser scanning and digital x rays! Many places in the US don’t even have that!

I’m very picky, I was debating between a 4 or a 5 star but reality is that they are good and out of other dentists I visited in Los Algodones, the Navarro team were the best plus competitive prices! I got quite a few procedures done, including root canals and braces and I had good experience with most of my procedures and doctors. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with was with my crowns, they ended up looking like donkey tooth, a bit too flat for my liking but if you get them done with Dr. Karla Navarro, she did my last one and she was great! I also had gum graft surgery and the doctor they bring in to do this was perfection, very happy with the results. I have to say thank you to Dr. Palmas for being so patient with me, he’s the orthodontist, therefore I kept having to come in and see him every month, I can be a pain but he managed lol. I’ve only had my braces on for about 6 months and I can already see a difference. Unfortunately I had to move, I hope I can come back for adjustments but I’m not sure. I also have to mention Frank, the receptionist, he is very attentive and has great customer service skills. Overall, great team.

I brought my whole family down on Labor Day and Navarro Dental was not our first choice. We never heard of it but Pablo asked us to try it and if we did not like it then we could go elsewhere. He was persistent and when the first office did not want to work with our insurance he came to us and said he spoke to his boss and the second office would help. At the second office Dr. Monica was the best. She saw all of us and was very nice. Never made us feel rushed or bad. I arrived in Mexico after office hours and Doctor Rodriguez returned and began my work that same day. 2 months ago I went to Los Algadonas for dental work. I got talked into going to Lopez Dental Care (a bad dentist office) by the owner and I regret it. They had messed up my teeth/bridge so bad leaving me with bad work and bad infections. I returned to Los Algadonas to find a NEW dentist to help me. I went to Navarro Dental to check them out and after meeting with Dr Andros Rodriguez I felt at ease. The quoted price was better than I expected. Dr Rodriguez X-rayed my teeth and showed me how bad the infection was... Long story short he corrected all the mistakes made by the previous dental office. The staff are nice and friendly. These are the most professional, caring group that I’ve ever worked with. I had implants done in the Dominican Republic but I was not confident in the doctor to continue the treatment. I came here and they did an excellent job of providing upper and lower permanent teeth. I can chew properly and the teeth are absolutely natural looking and works perfectly. And there was absolutely no pain. They prescribed pain medication which I ended up throwing away because I didn’t need it. My first experience with Navarro Dental was in 2020 for a cleaning and exam. Friends had already recommended this office so I felt comfortable. I was so impressed with the staff, the cleanliness and results that I returned in 2021 for what I thought would be a crown replacement. It turned out I needed an extraction! Yikes! I was given my options and chose to have an implant. I had no pain during the extraction and returned 3 1/2 months later to complete the implant with a crown. I am so very pleased with this Dental group and their entire staff! Dr. Andros Rodriguez Lopez is my dentist and I will visit again next season. I fly out of Seattle so really appreciate Navarro’s friendly shuttle service between Yuma airport, the clinic and my hotel in Algodones Navarro Dental is owned by a local family that cares for their patients and takes pride in the quality of their work. It reflects in their employees who are professional, very qualified and friendly. Karla was on time to pick me up at Yuma airport to drive me to the border. Kenia, who handles the front desk, was efficient and such a pleasure to work with. Oswaldo drove me to my hotel and helped me to the border with all my luggage. Daniella, Dr. Andros’ assistant, put cream on my lips to prevent cracking. Sergio drove me from the US side of the border to Yuma Airport. Super nice to go to a clinic where the employees are friendly and care about their patient’s wellbeing. Dr. Andros is so very gentle, his Novocain shots for the front tooth crown were painless!! The cleaning was also painless. My teeth are clean and without that “raw hamburger” mouth afterwards. I’m so grateful for Dr. Andros and his amazing eye for colors. My new front tooth crown looks just like it was before it had to be replaced, same color, same size. Both new crowns fit in beautifully with the surrounding teeth. I’ve learned over the years that not all Labs make good products. Navarro works with a great Lab. I’m thrilled with my 2 new crowns. My new nightguard fits beautifully. I’m super happy. Navarro’s pricing is compatible with the other clinics. They’re fast. They got it all done in 26 hours. I made it back across the border to the border before 2 pm with 30 minutes to spare. If you’re looking for excellent quality dental care, I can highly recommend Navarro Dental and Dr. Andros.

My first time getting dental work done in Mexico, and I was blown away with the service, process, staff, price and results. I struggled finding a place because there's so many to choose from, but I'm so pleased I found Navarro. I can't express how much I hate getting dental work done, this experience changed the game for me. This was the first time I've ever had a doctor sit down with me and explain everything I needed done in detail so I could understand. Dr. Eliaz was so incredibly patient with me, really took his time, answered all of my questions, helped me feel comfortable (I have so much anxiety when it comes to dental work), and made sure I wasn't in pain. I had one extraction & and implant, and 5 root canals w/ crowns .It has been 6 months now since I had all my work done, and I'm so happy with the results. The location was great, I think a two or three minute walk over the border. I think I'm done with dental work in the states, why pay more here when I had such a great experience at Navarro?? I will definitely be going back in the future.

It's a shame I can only give 5 stars!!! There are so many things my sister and I both appreciated. 2.The Dental Experience was Pain Free.We both initially were a little concerned that there may not be adequate pain relief but to our surprise it wasn't needed... The Drs. and staff worked seamlessly to provide excellent care. 3.The quality, attention to details, workmanship and personal attention are bar none by far the best dental care we have both received. 4. Last but not least the price!!! 1/3 of what it would cost in the U.S. with or without ins....collectively we had at least 10 root canals, 25 crowns, 2 fillings, 1 seamless partial, braces put on, and teeth whitening ..with the whitest brightest smiles ever!...so were not talking about a few little tweeks here and there! 5. I recommend not hesitating contacting Navarro Dental in considering having dentistry work abroad. You will not be disappointed! Also appropriate sanitation, sterilization, State of the Art Equipment & additional precautions were in place due to Covid Virus ( masks, sanitizers, temperature checks etc.) Many Thanks !!? for such a pleasurable experience.

They deserve more than 5 stars!!! I had been suffering from a bad procedure (root-canal and crown) done by another dentist and had given up hope. Luckily I met Dr. Andros Rodriguez López and Dr. Fernando, they fixed the horrendous job the other dentist did and the icing on the cake was, it was quick, but meticulously done, they were professional and friendly, affordable, and best of all PAINLESS! YAY! They were my miracle workers. I am not in pain anymore and my crown fits perfectly (actually, it doesn't even look like I have a crown). I highly, highly recommend Dr. Andros Rodriguez López!

This dental office is fantastic. My son and I had our check-up there, driving from Phoenix, special trip). For $25.00 cash (each), they thoroughly examined teeth (including x-rays), and cleaned them. Dr. Karla Diaz is very qualified and provided service as good, if not better, than in the US. That price is FAR LESS than even insured dental services in the US. Period. Yes, you have to drivej/fly there, but we made a 2-night stay into a mini-vacation at the "Q" casino and basically spent what we would pay for 12 months of insurance premiums in the US. No contest! Will go again, every 6-12 months... and Los Algodones is clearly the more fun and interesting side of the Wall!

My husband and I came here just last week and all we had to say was GREAT JOB!!! they have the best dentists and specialists. They took really good care of us and their price is unbeatable! The clinic is so clean and safe! They did deep cleaning for me and Dr. Andros was very thorough! It was amazing. My husband had 2 root canals and 2 zirconian crowns and he's freakin ecstatic he finally got it done. The recovery was so fast we didn't really even felt pain after both our procedures. They were fast and efficient. Like youll get your crowns the following day after the root canal! And they were impeccable. I highly recommend Navarro Dental! Their staff is very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Kenia for being so informative on the phone and patient with us while we're doing our research before coming there. We had a blast!!! I was there 5 days and had to have alot of work done I went in without an appointment and was greeted by the reception Kenia she was so nice right away and spoke excellent English! I got seen right away Dr.Eli was the one to give me my consolation he was very nice and very careful. I was also taken care of by Dr Fernando who did all 11 of my root canals he was amazing made it fast easy and painless!! I can't say enough good things about Navarro Dental and Dra. Karla. After 20 years of wishing for pretty teeth, a beautiful smile, and confidence in showing happiness - she gave it to me in the form of professional, affordable, and compassionate dentistry. I received lazy dental work as a child, and as a result, my front teeth were badly discolored and mis-aligned. I suffered deep embarrassment and constant shame regarding my smile. I never felt I could display my joy fully, or laugh with sincerity, because I was always self-conscious about how ugly my teeth looked. Navarro Dental is right over the border, extremely clean, high-quality, and reputable. Unlike in the States where you spend most of your appointment with a hygienist and then see the dentist for 10 seconds, Dra. Karla was with me start to finish. Well where do i begain!! I started communication with Dr navarro office well over a year ago! Every phone call was answered! Every email was answered!! They arranged my stay and esxoreted me over the border. My work was emaculate to say the least! And heres the kicker they took careof me during corona cirus 2020!!! Mrskenia gutieerrez was with me every step of the way. I wont go into to much detail but i will say if u need your moneys worth go with Navarro Dental!!!! I felt like a celebrity??? my smile was a hard case but they got it done!! So the man himself name is Dr Rodrigues!!!! He saved my life i cried from pre joy before during and after my fitting! I was very scared of dentists do to past experiences. Dr. Adolfo was able to put me at ease he saw that I was terrified and offered me a pill to help relax in order for the anesthetic to take affect. I was recommended to go to Dr Karla Navarro by some friends that had been there. I had 3 broken teeth that needed to be fixed. Im a nervous patient as I've had many bad experiences as a kid and as an adult with dentists. I made an appointment for Monday the 2nd of March and was greeted by friendly staff who got me right in on time. The office was bright and spotlessly clean. The staff had crisp fresh uniforms on. All the tools necessary for "mouth invasion" were removed from sealed baggies. The big equipment looked as modern as anything you'd see in the 48 states. Dr Karla did some x-rays and informed me of what needed to be done and what the cost would be. I authorized the 2 root canals and 3 crowns. Dr Karla walked me through the 2 different types of Crowns. I chose the Zirconium type for longer lasting/wearing and there would be no extra metal in my mouth. She noted my apprehension and offered me a sedative which I took. The dentist that performed the root canals was careful and patient to let the Novocaine do its job. This is what almost all the other dentists I've seen in the USA and Ireland failed to do. I have a very high tolerance to medication in general. I had heard family and friends tell me of the horrors of a root canal. The 2 root canals were virtually painless. The staff checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable and in no pain. They prepped the 3 teeth that were going to be crowned and told me to return next morning at 10;00 am. I was anticipating pain or discomfort overnight but I had none to speak of. I returned the next morning as instructed. I was again greeted by friendly staff and seated immediately. All 3 crowns were installed by Dr Karla in about an hour and I was on my way. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience in my life and I'm in my late 50's. I paid $1400 for work that would have been $5000+ in the States. The crowns have a 5 year warranty as long as I return for office visits once per year. BTW. We drove into Los Algodones and stayed in a very clean recently remodeled hotel in town. Having the car made for a faster border exit than walking. If you've ever had a bad experience with a dentist anywhere and you can get to Los Algodones, Go see Dr Karla and friends at Navarro Dental. Tell 'em, Mark sent ya. They'll treat you right. P.S. I almost forgot, They cleaned my wife's teeth at no charge. She was impressed with the way they did them.

I had a great experience treating a cavity at Navarro Dental. The dentist who attended me was Monica Gomez. She is knowledgable and attentive. She explained her every step, listened to all my questions and gave me answers patiently. She noticed if I was uncomfortable and addressed it right away with tact. After the work was done, she asked me how my tooth feels and whether I needed extra filing so that my bite feels comfortable. My only concern is that the filling was close to another tooth and the doctor filed in between the teeth afterwards, so that floss goes through, but it goes through too easily compared to how it used to be. I understand it being their practice but worried food will be getting stuck there.
