I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Chase and her staff. My son was designated as a failure to thrive because he could not gain weight. I suspected that he might be tongue tied, but after being referred to an ENT who look at my son for approximately 14 seconds and very confidently said, “no tie,” I dropped the issue. Fast forward six months and my son was struggling to eat finger foods. We went to a speech therapist and she said he was tongue tied. I called Mid Bay Dental and explained his situation and they amazingly squeezed him into the schedule for and evaluation. Dr. Chase discovered both a lip tie and a tongue tie and released both. My son is already showing improvement with his eating. I guess my advice for anyone suspecting ties would be to always get a second opinion, even if the ENT says no tie. Thank you Dr. Chase and the entire Mid Bay Dental staff for helping my son!

Dr Justine Chase has been my dentist for more than 17 years and there is a reason why I never sought another dentist or clinic. Mid Bay Dental Clinic is outstanding in their patient care and that care is ALWAYS exceptional! Dr Chase is one of the most compassionate dentists I've ever known as she has ALWAYS responded to my problems, no matter how inconvenient my call. She responds immediately and compassionately! I had the unfortunate problem of a tooth going from bad to worse that I tolerated until Christmas day when I felt I had to call for help. I got a voicemail and told her about it but felt there was very little chance she would respond on this day. I didn't even know if she was in town. Less than 10 minutes later, she called me, told me what to do, and solved the problem. I was amazed and very, very grateful for her help! First thing I noticed when I walked in was the nice smell and how clean the office was!! The office staff is amazing & they were able to answer any questions I had. Being a military spouse, I brought my son in today and so many staff members came by to see him and even the front desk lady took him so I could finish my appointment. Both of our children (ages 2 years & 3 weeks) have received tongue & lip tie releases from Dr. Chase and Lee Rountree as well. They were phenomenal for the evaluations, procedure, and post-op. Dr. Hughes and Betty have been amazing with me! They are so patient, kind, and caring, and they truly take the time to explain to me what dental work needs to be done and why. After having a bit of a rough time with a previous dentist in a different state, it has been amazing to come to Mid Bay and feel zero anxiety over getting in the chair. They spent the time with me correcting my bite after a crown and some fillings left it way off, and were patient enough to get it right! I would highly recommend both Dr. Hughes and Betty!

Ari is the most gentle hygienist I have ever encountered. I have very good teeth and not super sensitive, but you would have thought I was the most sensitive patient in the office. The billing staff was awesome. Dr. Hughes is so cool. Highly recommend! Great communicators!

LOVE this dentist office! They are very kind people and they just take care of you. Our favorite hygienist is Lee (or Leigh) but they are all amazing. Dr. Harper is a fantastic dentist! I almost always bring my kids ( 5 and 1) to my apts and everyone treats them so well. My 5 year old gets excited to go to the dentist and my shy 1 year old is comfortable here.
