I recently got my bottom teeth fixed. I got 9 teeth redone with 2 implants and 7 crowns. They save me a lot of money but I was still a little worried about the quality of the work they would do but I was very pleased. Great place! results were I came back to do my top teeth, they did 7 crowns and 7 implants and they look great and natural. My case was not an easy one. but they worked really hard to do a perfect job. Dr Claudia and her assistant Karen were very professional and kind. I could not recommend this clinic any more. Also the manager David worked with me to give me a great deal. They are the best!

I am in the process of getting both my upper and lower snap in denture. From the time they picked me up at the San Diego airport to the moment I woke up from surgery I was taken care of by these wonderful people. From the lovely receptionist to the medical staff everyone was professional and caring. I go back in 5 months for my final treatment. I look forward to this and I can't say I've ever looked forward to a dental appointment before. I had GREAT a experience. I received crowns and bridges (THAT I LOVE), and also, I had 2 root canals. I had absolutely no pain. I had Sara and Yvette, and they did an awesome job. My pain tolerance is low, and any discomfort was fixed immediately. Im waiting on my paperwork to file my insurance claim. oh, last thing. I was totally against staying in Tijuana, I personally stayed in San Diego. However, the hotel they booked for you is very nice and in an area with restaurants and businesses, so you will definitely feel safe. OK, I'm almost done. The driver, they only have one.. He's very nice and attentive. Lastly, pay in cash if possible, or there will be a 3% fee on your payment. Update: Paperwork wasn't sufficient and they haven't responded, also I feel that there is a gap in my bridge, it doesn't feel sealed like the other.

It was great!!! I was scared at first but Yvette is the real MVP!!! ?? she did a great job. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and a bridge placed. The bridge fell a little off but she made sure she fixed it. She didn't stop until my bite was 100% perfect. Everyone was so kind, patient and professional. I also got my teeth whitened and a root canal. All in all, it was a great experience. I will be coming back if I have any future issues and I absolutely recommend them.

If you are hurting, or have a dental mess, but the greedy US dentists make it impossible to resolve please read this: I chose Marietta Dental Care in Tijuana because they and their partner office in Los Algodones have sustained excellence throughout decades earning them a 5 star google rating, basically they are really good at what they do. Also Mexico is a welcoming kindhearted country and the city of Tijuana is a Mecca of health services. Their citizens are friendly and helpful to foreigners. Just take the same precautions that you would do while traveling. I was greeted by a professional staff that made me feel like I was a millionaire. They were attentive and prioritized my dental health throughout. In the span of 3 days they miraculously converted the mess I came with, into a mouth that I can actually chew well with and be proud to show my smile. 22 crowns, one sinus lift, 2 implants and one extraction, performed painlessly by friendly masters of dentistry. I want to apologize to them for having to reschedule one visit because of a bank delay releasing the funds. Thank you Marietta and Mexico for allowing me to pay the reasonable prices that your citizens pay. I do not have the $35,000 more that it would cost in the US, you have saved me from a lifetime of pain. My eternal gratitude to all. From start to finish I had such a good experience. From my driver Marcello who offered to pick me up and take me to my hotel for my appointments over two days, to my hygienist Leslie who gave me the most thorough cleaning EVER (I had gotten a cleaning 2 weeks before in the US and she couldn’t believe it), every step was great and everyone who worked on me was professional, good vibes and knew their stuff. Dr David preformed my root canal on my infected tooth in 40 minutes and we did the preparation for the crown the same day using a 3d imager (super cool). The next day Claudia and Leslie were very thorough with my crown’s aesthetic and I’m super happy with the results. Beat dental decision I’ve ever made, I was quoted close to $4000 usd in California for root canal and crown, for a 1/4 of that I paid for my entire 3 day trip and work done. If you’re on the fence about doing something like this, and from the USA, I highly recommend going for it.

Just want to thank the whole team for the great experience. From the moment I called to book an appointment they were very professional and had a quick turn around. I got a deep cleaning, two root canals, and three crowns. Dr Leslie was very professional and polite when preforming the deep cleaning and made sure that I had no discomfort. Then Dr David made sure that I had a painless root canal and any pain was token care of. He was very patient with me while preforming the root canals and never felt rushed. By this time my mouth was very sore due to a lot of work getting done at once but Dr Valeria never rushed while doing my crowns. She was very understanding that I was having trouble keeping my mouth open and gave me adequate breaks in between never once did I feel rushed or pressured. Very satisfied with the overall experience and pleased with how professional everything was. Will definitely be coming back for braces in the future. Thank you once again to the whole team.

First of all, I want people to know that I was not pressured or offered anything in exchange for this review. I also did a lot of research before deciding on a dentist and I recommend calling and asking for a zoom consultation before you book an appointment. The reason I chose this office was because they were so helpful over the phone, Dr. Sara came highly recommended for cosmetic dentistry and when I met her I knew that she was the perfect dentist for me. I had to do a full mouth restoration and I was so nervous, so having an office full of caring women made this experience so much better for me. Ivette was Dr. Sara’s dental assistant and that woman’s hand probably hurt by the time I was out of there because she held my hand every time I had to get numbed. I really felt supported and taken care of by both of them. Also, billing was super straightforward. During the procedure they ran into a couple of root canals I needed, David would come in and discuss the cost and options with me before moving forward. No surprises. They also agreed to a five year “warranty,” which speaks volumes. Another major perk was that they covered my hotel stay (the hotel was beautiful!) and had someone drive me from the hotel to my appointments daily. I really can’t recommend this place more. I know it’s scary driving to Tiajuana and trying something new and outside your comfort zone but it’s totally worth it. They even escorted me to the border crossing when I was nervous I was going to get lost lol. Overall, amazing experience! I still get emotional when I look at my new smile. The team at Marietta gave me my smile back and for that I’m so grateful.

I found this establishment through a very quick google search and was bought because of all of the great reviews. Everyone in the office is super kind and it’s a clean, professional space. I went in my first time and got 3 root canals done which were exceptionally done. That same day I got prepped for crowns which they then said would take 3 days (I went in with the idea that they could make them that same day). Although I was a little upset that I’d have to make an extra trip for my final crowns, I counted my blessings and left home happy that I was finally pain-free. I went back two weeks later to get my final crowns that I was so ready and excited for. Unfortunately, the crowns were too tall and my bite wouldn’t align. I noticed once I was already in line to cross the border so I crossed and turned back around for them to fix this. They accommodated my request and filed down the crowns. It helped a little but I still feel like I could’ve used a little more filing on my right side because I can still feel a clash and my bite not closing all the way on my right side is causing a lisp when I speak and I can’t properly bite down food with my front teeth anymore. The crowns that were filed down enough weren’t polished and feel sandy against my other teeth and because all of the ridges were practically removed I feel like I’m mashing my food on my left side instead of actually chewing it. I’m saddened by the situation but ultimately will also recognize the parts they did well. I give the endodontist five stars ⭐️. I had no pain through the procedure and very minimal pain after which was expected due to the infection I had. Everything has healed properly and I recommend this establishment.

Up and transported to their offices, which are clean and ultra modern. The staff is friendly and professional especially Dr. Claudia. Light touch and pain free with great results through quite a few different procedures. And the cost estimate way beyond reasonable compared to U.S. dentists. We arrived on Friday morning and I was able to get a full mouth reconstruction completed by Monday at 11am. My bite is weird so they had hoped to do it by Saturday but wanted to do it right, not fast. I got two four tooth bridges, an entire mouth of crowns, two root canals, and surprise two less wisdom teeth all for the price I was quoted for two root canals in the states. Office was clean and friendly, English speakers. I am apparently a huge dental pain wimp and felt very little pain or discomfort. This experience was life changing. Had I known about Marietta earlier in my life I would have jumped at the chance to have a normal healthy smile.

Sarai and Ivette where absolutely amazing. They where so great to work with and I will definitely be back. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Drs Sarai and David and Ivette did a great job. Quick and painless, ask for sedation, I did and didn’t regret it at all. As someone who hates, hates, hates going to the dentist and the sound of drilling - they were able to sedate me last minute, I recall nothing regarding the extraction, drilling, and placing of 2 implants. I would suggest asking for sedation in advance. In addition, they were clear about pricing and open to discussing various options to fit your needs both personal and financial. They did a great job color matching my existing teeth when restored my bottom teeth. They look amazing / cant wait to have the tops restored. Cant happen soon enough. Hotel + breakfast, airport pick up and return, plus hotel to dentist office trip all is included for no additional cost. Very impressed with how quickly they are able to get services done. Flew in on a Tuesday AM and back home on Thursday. Thanks Marietta Team

If you have any tooth issues or have issues with dentistry, please give Marietta Dental a chance. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. My wife and I don not speak Spanish, but they made us feel so taken care of. Letting us know where to eat and picking us up for appointments. The dental process was seem-less and easy. I am getting full implants so this was my first visit for extractions and I will be back in 5 months for the permanent implants. They have done what they said they would and more. I highly recommend, and I will be back and my wife has her appointment in 5 months also for fillings and cleanings.

Overall a great experience. I appreciated the dentist's honesty, thorough exam and diligence. I thought I might have had a dental issue but the dentist told me everything was fine. They could have easily sold me anything but didn't. I got a regular cleaning at a reasonable price, along with the exam, x-rays and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend. I was in at 9 am and out before 10 am. Clean and modern office. Paid by tap and pay from my phone.

It was nerve-racking to take the leap to go to Mexico thru Dental Departures! I was definitely prayed up asking for GOD'S guidance. I want to praise the beautiful people of Tijuana Mexico ?? all of which showed more love and care than imaginable. The Marietta Dental Clinic in Tijuana went above and beyond. Without reservation I would recommend anyone to come here. They honored the deal I selected. Even though my upper jaw wasn't suitable for crowns they gave me several options to choose from so I could get exactly what I wanted with the budget I had to work with. They were proactive about preventing pain not just treating it and in every stage of treatment I knew they were committed to it's successful outcome NOT just commitment to getting my business!!! My daughter will be back with me when I come for stage 2 of my treatment to hopefully get her needs met. Whenever possible my husband Robert will get a permanent solution for his dental need too. I was referred by a family member, because my usual dentist in US wanted so much more than I could afford for lower mouth bridge. I flew out to San Diego from Northern California. Get flight tickets at least a week or more earlier, cheaper) My daughter in law picked me up at San Diego airport, we parked on US/Tijuana border parking lot, we walked over the border and was picked up by Dental office shuttle. (They pick you up and return you from pharmacy near the bridge) We literally sat for like 2 minutes in the dental lobby and were brought in right away to be seen by Dr. David and his assistant. It helped emailing my x-rays prior to arrival. I arrived Friday early morning for 3 teeth extractions and returned early Saturday morning the next day and had my permanent bridge put in. I was able to make it to my return trip from San Diego by 2:30 pm that same day! I would recommend to pay the $10 per person to go to US border via bus, took us about 2 1/2 hours to get to the US side. Or ask the dentist office if they can cross you to the border. (We we were not able to do that, but heard sometimes they can) Thank you to you Dr. David, Jesus and everyone in your office! My bridge came out beautiful! Very little soreness! I have already recommended you guys to people I know! I really wish I knew about you guys years ago! But do know that you guys is where I will go for any future dental needs. Again thank you all so much! Oh btw, I was able to eat a potato street taco on my way back home!

The experience with Marietta Dental and Dr. David, my surgeon, exceeded all of my expectations. They make it super easy from the start, with airport transportation to and from the clinic, and to and from the very nice hotel they provide. The surgery could not have been easier, with IV sedation and little pain after the procedure easily controlled with the medication prescribed. Highly recommended for any dental care you may need.

I just returned from having two implants inserted at the Marietta Clinic. My first appointment was in February (Los Algondonas) followed by the neccessary 3-month waiting-period before returning for the crowns to be inserted in Tijuana. Both procedures were completed flawlessly with care and consideration for my feeling comfortable and pain-free. The staff in both locations are capable, kind and endearing professionals. Sometimes the start of your appointment may be late because of lab work being delayed or other inconsequential events but, considering the thousands of dollars saved and the excellence of the procedures completed, a little patience is a small price to pay. I would recommend bringing the amenities one would take to an airport for a possibly delayed flight to your appointment such as reading materials, cell phone, & listening devices. I had a great experience at Marietta Dental Care. The team of dentists, dental assistants, and receptionists were awesome. They are super high tech, super nice, very informative, detailed, thorough in my dental plans/work, and I can't say enough good things about them. I went unaccompanied and felt completely at ease. From the time I arrived on the Mexico side, they had a shuttle that picked me up, to the time I left the office and had either a shuttle driver, or someone else from the office drop me off, I was in good hands for the two days I spent going back and forth for dental work. Isaac, one of the dental assistants, was extremely helpful in making sure everything went smoothly for transportation, including going out of his way to get me to the store in Tijuana. It was not at all scary, there was a really good vibe through Tijuana, including musicians playing drums in the middle divide of a blvd downtown, way cool. So glad I found this place! Got my 8 top crowns re done because my dentist in CO messed them up twice. Also got 8 bottom veneers done. Such great work and every single one of the staff is awesome! Jesus is very easy to get a hold of and makes things easier for you like booking your hotel and have a driver lined up to pick you up to and from the dentist, airport, etc. Highly recommend! my dentist in Hawaii told me I had some major problems with my teeth. he did an emergency $1100 crown. took 4 weeks. my friend who had some implants from Marietta recommended them to me. took a red eye and had ten crowns, a root canal and a night guard. saved at least $7000. The technology was way advanced from what I was used to. they did a digital blueprint of my mouth using a wand. it took another day to get my new teeth. Their hotel was brand new with better workmanship than we get in the States?? They will deliver me to the San Diego airport tomorrow. This is not the same Mexico I knew 30 years ago. by the way, the lady who did the root canal spent hours on my compromised tooth, so I wouldn't lose it.

I really wanted to give this place a chance, unfortunately my experience here was not great. First off their entire advertisement on the website is for the Mexicali location and not the location in Tijuana. Pictures of the clinic, credentialed staff and pricing are not for the TJ location. After speaking with someone via email about the procedures I needed, my xrays were requested and I was given a quote for my services. I agreed on the price and traveled from Southern California to get the treatment. The day that I arrived to the office I was told that the quote and the person that I spoke with was from the other office however they would "try" and match my quote. FYI the prices on their website, the prices at the Mexicali location and the prices in TJ are ALL different. After getting the price figured out I was taken to the room for my procedures, my appointment was at 10am. After sitting in the room for 10mins I was told that the dentist that is going to do my procedure was late and if I can go back to the lobby and wait. I was initially told it would be around 45 mins. The dentist showed up at 12pm, 2 hrs later . I was given no apology no explanation nor did I have any credentials on the person that was going to provide my services as none of the credentialed dentist advertised are at the TJ office. Because the dentist was late and the office closes at 3 I was only able go get 1 procedure done out of 4.One of the procedures was a root canal and crown however as soon as I left the office the crown fell out not even 10 mins after. I was asked to come back the following day( the day Im leaving) at 12 when the office closes at 2pm to place my permanent crown and get the rest of my procedures. I never saw the xrays I sent nor were they being used and I found it odd that they were going to provide dental services without xrays. I then decided that I would not move forward with the other procedures and just get my dental crown. Because I was asked to pay upfront on the first day I paid for all services even though all had not been completed. I was overcharged but also not given the price I was quoted . After disputing the issue I was given the difference back in cash. The next day when I went back to get a refund for the services I was first told I could get Zelle but takes two days (odd) I was then told my card could be refunded, I was then told maybe I could get cash, then finally the office manager comes out and claims they cant give me a refund until 3 days after I leave TJ. After going back and fourth I asked that everything be put in writing before I leave the office and Mexico. I would not recommend Marietta Dental as their customer service is horrible and their website is very misleading with pricing, staff and even forms of payment they take. I learned a valuable lesson that looks can definitely be deceiving, do with this information as you will.

We came to Tijuana the first time for putting dentures on the bottom half. We are very pleased with the service we received in the office. From front desk to chauffeur to X-ray office, finally to Dr David, we were all treated nicely to any question.When office manager David learned we would travel across board to LA one night, he offered to get Medical service permit for us. Dr David performed two implants for upper part and put denture on. We are very pleased with the final result. Marietta dental care is highly recommended.

Was a wonderful experience I am happy I would do it again

I just returned from Marietta Dental in Tijuana and David and the team were awesome. I couldn't be happier with my dental work. I've never done this type of thing before, (Traveling to Mexico by myself for dental care), but it was easy to walk across the border and be treated in a very clean and efficient clinic with all the latest equipment and techniques you would find in any quality American dental clinic all for a quarter of the cost. Downtown Tijuana was nice too and not at all scary like you might think from the news stories of things happening in other parts of Mexico. The team at Marietta will guide you on the best places to eat and stay if you're there overnight and help you get around. If you've been thinking about going to Mexico for dental care, I can't recommend Marietta enough.

Came here by myself nervously cos this is my first time crossing the border. Initially got lost but David the clinic personnel was so kind to came down to meet me and took me to the clinic. Staffs here were extremely friendly. Though many look young but they were more professional than those expensive seniors looking dentist assistant and surgeon back home, Los Angeles. Spent 2 days and one night here for root canals and implant. Just finished last treatment and heading back to LA. Will be back 4 months later to put on the crown for my implant. Dr José the surgeon was wonderful. Will give a more detailed follow up later since just finished treatment. So far on the surface, this is a wonderful place to go. After 4 months when full completed my treatment will give a follow up review for the whole experience. Till then so far so good, no complaints but full of compliments! P/S: Hope I won’t change my opinion after my 4 months later follow up review? For the time being ?????

Excellent service, with way better prices than the US for the exact same work. We parked state side, walked over the border and were driven to the clinic & then driven back to the border after all the work was done. Jesus and all the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Just visited this office for the first time and was very happy with the services rendered. They were very friendly and accommodating. They picked us up at a Pharmacy right next to the pedestrian border crossing and afterwards dropped us back off at the same place so we were able to cross right back fairly quickly. We were recommended by a family member that has also had work done and who was also happy. We will be returning here for other dental needs as they come up.

Am currently having a treatment there , was just there yesterday for a general check up and fine tuning my temporaries ! Had a full mouth restoration 5 on all Zirconia implants deal ! Great deal and am excited can’t wait to get the final implants in 4 months after healing . The staff are very friendly and professional. Very helpful ! They pick you up from airport or border and make sure to ensure a very comfortable and successful experience. They check on you after your visit to make sure everything is ok . I highly recommend them . I did a research about a few places in Tijuana because came from Santa Barbara and found only great reviews , talked with people and they were happy about the clinic, it’s staff and the amazing work they perform . Highly recommend their branches . By the way ! Didn’t feel any pain was very smooth .

I had an implant completed this weekend and I can't believe how easy they made it for me. I was able to walk in on Saturday to get my dimensions taken and I had the finished crown installed on Monday! There were no billing surprises and everything was clean and professional. I am definitely coming back to get the rest of my work done here.

I would like to take this opportunity to describe my experience at Marietta Dental . If you guys have a couple minutes or a couple hours prepare yourself because i've been known to write quite extensively when I am pleased with my experience. I was always known for my big smile. That's what my friends told me when I was in high school and subsequently when I was in college. Johnny has such a big smile well about 12 years or so though I lost my smile. I was diagnosed with stage for a: cancer and was told that I would be fortunate if I lived another 13 or 14 months that was 12. Years ago.. I lost my smile I didn't have any reason to smile the grim reaper was at my door. Why smile whats the point? Well 2 months ago my principal and colleges told me that I have reached a rare level in the world of cancer diagnosis. I have become part of a 5% group of people that have outlived their grim prognosis somehow I began to feel that there's a reason to. Smile again however due to the numerous experiences with radiation and various chemicals to eradicate the cancer that weaken my bone structure. So I lost my teeth quite quickly so much so that by 2023 it seemed as if I had a total 4 teeth total that weren't in need of immediate attention. Well i can tell you the God Lord works his best when things seem to be at there very worse. Due to the expensive cost of dental implants and needing crowns and sinus lifts placed in me. It became clear that as an average American hard working person like myself I would find it difficult to pay for these medical necessities out of pocket plus the insurance companies stateside told me that they could not help me with insurance becuase i had a "prior excisting medical condition ... ay ya ya ...So i decided i was going to call around and ask for help . I chose to seek help outside of the American dental clinics becuase either they charge you your first born child as collateral or a second mortgage. Knowing that this is a problem i called numerous clinics from Canada to Cuba and of course our family across the border.... Mexico . As I did what everyone does I googled it. one by one I read the various opportunities available and one in particular Marietta Dental stood out. I read their reviews and. I chose them because of the kindness and compassion they made me feel like family over the phone. They took all my calls they knew I was a little nervous about going to another country but they made me feel like I could trust them considering I've never been to another country for dental care. . Well in a matter of a week I now smile again 9 crowns later and God knows how many root canals I was in dire straits I had to have a " all hands on board approach towards bringing back my smile and thats exactly what happened one by one each specialist tended to my needs. So in the next 4 months I will graciously return to Marietta Dental and very happy to travel across the entire United States to do so . And when those 4 months are here I will once again hear my closes friends say "where's Johnny with that big smile I" I can't wait until that day comes. So if you are in need of deintal care I implore you to reach out to Marietta dental or speak to any one who like me is a patient of theirs and I promise you are entering the land of no regrets. ....With a great "big smIle." The care I received was excellent. My US dentist said the implants were done perfectly and I’m very happy with the end result after placement of the crowns. Service to and from the airport was excellent and the included hotel was very nice with a good restaurant on site. I’m very happy to be enjoying my favorite foods again. I highly recommend this clinic for prices and service.
