I need to edit my review, even though the service was good. It’s a scam, I was lead to pay for them to accept my US insurance (which seemed weird to me, but I did), then they told ms to pay for my service being told that I would be refunded for it later. It has been over a year and a half and they have stopped answering my messages and my insurance tells me they just haven’t submitted the paperwork for me to get my refund. DO NOT go here if you’re thinking of using an American insurance in Mexico. Go somewhere where they will be honest with your service and money.

Dr.Ordaz has always provided excellent care, I’ve been seeing him for a few years now since he was doing clinicals before he graduated. The medical field is always changing and improving, and Dr. Ordaz is moving along with it, he’s very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest materials and technology. I recently had to get a root canal done and he recommended me to a specialist. Dr. Ordaz helped with the crown placement and went above and beyond always made sure I was comfortable with little to no pain. I usually have a tight schedule and he also made sure to accommodate my visits whether early or later in the afternoon. Everyone in the office is great, polite and welcoming, I highly recommend!

Since the first time i contact Dr. Luis he was very special and clear with the information i need, i didn’t doubt with schedule the appointment with him . Dr. Luis received me kindly and promptly proceeded with the job, always letting me know what he was doing and taking care of myself. We review the full plan for next jobs and im very happy with the work he do in me. I’m fully thankful for making me smile with confidence again.
