This is my first review of a business ever, but I felt compelled for months to write one for this particular office. The bedside manner of the dentists were atrocious- and I never saw the same dentist twice, perhaps a big turn around? The dental hygienists and front office ladies were fine. I had an enlay done on a molar, and days after it was done I knew it wasn't right- never saw that dentist again after the procedure was done, really not sure what happened to the guy and the overall experience sucked. I take extreme care of my teeth, get my cleaning done as much as the dentist office suggests! I always get an A+ review, never have cavities, so imagine my surprise when the dentist (again a new doctor I've never seen) tries to tell me I have 3 cavities and tries to sell me on some teeth guard for grinding. lol like what??- mind you I am 42 years old, see the dentist regularly my whole life and never have been told i grind my teeth- because I don't! . This same doctor also tried to get me to get braces! Folks, I can't toot my own horn on a lot of things...but naturally straight teeth is one thing I was blessed with! At this point I have had enough of this circus office and was embarrassed I had entertained this office for 2 years! I switch dentists, and guess what -on that first cleaning, no cavities, I pass with flying colors, my teeth are freaking perfect except for one thing.... a shotty job on an enlay! When looking up this office as of today, not a lot of good headline news for them, big yikes. Enter at your own risk!

Dreamtime Dentistry has always been wonderful with my daughter! Dr. Ryan Watkins takes extra special care of his patients and it shows through all of his works, book included. My daughter has never had an issue for any of her procedures during or after. They are always able to calm her down by being forthcoming with every bit of information and I especially love how they follow up over the phone to see how she's doing after every procedure and has done so for years. DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY TOLD HER SHE NEEDED SO MuCH WORK DONE WITH A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH PLUS INSURANCE, TOOK HER TO ANOTHER DENTIST AND THEY TOLD HER SHE DIDN'T NEED ALL THAT WORK AND SHE DIDN'T HAVE A GUM DISEASE LIKE THEY HAVE TOLD HER HERE. THEY said SHE WAS GETTING A CLEANING DONE AND CHARGED HER $470+ DOLLARS plus whatever they billed the INSURANCE. They are just going to rip you off.

I have been going to Dreamtime Dentistry for approximately 18 months and have been completely satisfied with their services. I have had everything from X-rays to deep cleaning to crowns to dental implants done in the preceding 18 months and have certainly noticed an improvement in the health / appearance of my teeth. A few weeks back I went in for a 3 month check-up. Dr. Sarah and Marta cleaned and polished my teeth and Dr. Sarah showed me in detail another issue I had and a potential treatment to address it. They were both great and enjoyable to talk with. Dr. Sarah has a very easy going manner and took the time to address my questions and any concerns I had. The front office is fantastic as well, as afterwards Maggie and Marysol took me through my insurance charges and set up my next follow on appointment. This dental practice has fantastic people working there. I would highly recommend to anyone. I went for a cleaning this week 1-24-2023, and had another great experience, always find this office very efficient , professional, friendly , and helpful. Time for another cleaning and X-rays, Feb 2024. As always great service and professional care, Rosa at front desk was very helpful with billing and insurance info.

The staff was very nice. But..my son and I were told he needed a CAT scan, so I paid for it. I feel they didn't base the diagnosis on the scan but the little camera they put in his mouth. They also said he needed 2 teeth pulled, bone grafting, which would be $450. I left that office upset and feeling like a failure to my child. Due to not having a ton of money to shell out for his procedure. Which he only needed one tooth pulled and no extensive surgery and bone grafting

My kids have been going to dreamtime dentist for 10+ years. Staff is always friendly and dentists are knowledgeable and quickly pointed out that my 12 year old didn't have enough room for his adult teeth. Thanks to their quick attention we where able to have an expander put in place and his teeth came in perfectly. No braces needed. Definitely recommend

Excellent teamwork in office and with lab, good communication so I could make decisions about my care, loving the end result after 12 months and: a temporary bridge made, a bone graft, an implant & gum graft (completed somewhere else by an oral surgeon), and finally the new permanent solution: 3 new caps.
