The doctors and cosmetologists at Dermatológica are the only ones I would trust with my skin and face. I have had several facial treatments at Dermatológica and they have helped me so much to completely eliminate my acne, also to hydrate my skin and remove blemishes. I recently had the Endolift procedure with Dr. Dinorah, which is a non-surgical chin liposuction, and the results are amazing. The procedure and recovery time were painless. Dr. Izabal's care is extremely professional since he has a lot of experience, as does all the doctors who work there. I have had different procedures with each one because even if my doctor is not available on the exact date I need, the follow-up of my appointments with the other doctors is just as wonderful. ? Also, the AKN Sensitive Wash that they prescribed me from Dr.miz Lab at the pharmacy has done wonders for my skin. I no longer get pimples, so I wouldn't let go of this brand or change it for anything! A huge thank you to the reception staff who always answer my questions about the procedures and follow up on my appointments. They're so kind! Excellent clinic and staff service. I had to change plans at the last second, due to a different surgery I was having the next day, and they were so kind and understanding, not just out to get your money. I am planning on getting a procedure done there next time I am in the area.

I was told that the Dr. was delayed, but that he could see me in 20 minutes, possibly less. I accepted. After 35 minutes I asked the receptionist and she told me that the Dr was still busy and that there was also another patient missing before me, estimated waiting time for another hour. They didn't respect my appointment, they didn't respect my time, they don't give you any explanation: if you think so, you wait and put up with it. I didn't want to wait another hour and a half and decided to leave. There is no point in making an appointment if they are not respected. Lousy or no professionalism at the clinic. I cannot comment on the doctor because he did not receive me at the agreed time. Apparently this doctor is in high demand and that is why they have the luxury of treating patients with disdain. I'm not coming back. There are options. A setback can always arise, but there are ways to deal with these unforeseen events and above all, common courtesy and education should not be left aside.

I have to wait 30 minutes without a receptionist to let me know that my doctor is running late. Obviously, one always reserves more time because of this issue. But customer service always makes the difference in any type of medical or dental care. I'd be happy to train receptionists to be more attentive. Aside from that, I decided to wait because of Dr. Marisela Valencia's care during my last visit.

I am a returning patient from 10+ years, just recently went back & when making my appointment I asked the price for the consultation which was 1,400 pesos about $88 US dollars. When I went to pay they charged me $125! I asked why this price if I was told it was $88 over the phone. She said oh it must’ve been last month prices went up. I didn’t fight it & paid. When I came back home I had five people call different days & times just to ask for the price and they were all told it was around $88 so I felt that I got overcharged. Just called right now asked the same question was told $88 and I said why did I get charged $125 when she looked up my file she said oh because the doctor did a procedure on you which the procedure was injecting a pimple I had in my jaw which I paid for the injection medication Around $47 and I have an upcoming appointment. I asked if I’m going to be getting charged $125 every time I go she said it depends… they shouldn’t charge additional since I’m already paying for the consultation and I paid for the medication that was given to me and he prescribe pills and face wash which I paid around $97 for both which is fine. I just don’t like that I might be paying $125 even more every time I go for just a consultation treatment I’m getting robbed. If I end up getting a procedure (peel, laser) I would have to pay for that price plus the consultation and for the doctor/ assistant to do the procedure total robbery!! I will be going to my next appointment in about 1 week and updating on the charges, if it’s going to be like this, I am definitely not coming back to this place. Gave 3 stars as I did like the dr & the treatment plan for me.

I didn't have bags. He only had crow's feet. And she charged me as if she had undergone surgery... I will never go back to her and I do not recommend her at all.

I’m leaving one star because the address they have posted on their Apple Maps site took us to the wrong place like three times and we tried to call them for help but gave me unnecessary lip talking about how “other customers haven’t gotten lost” like really? I guess I woke up and chose to be lost. Anyway, after finally arriving I realized it’s in the middle of the most touristy place, all they had to do is give me another building for reference and my phone would have taken us directly there, but again, the lip! After what felt like pulling teeth we finally arrive and I went in for dermatitis which I’ve had on my face for other 4 months, and I’ve stopped applying everything on my face, but it was like the doc didn’t hear me because she still believes it’s from contact, although I’ve literally stopped applying EVERYTHING on my face for about 3 weeks now. It’s dry! The consult was close to 80 dollars and she didn’t swap my face, she looked at it under a light and a magnifying glass…. I feel robbed honestly. I’m just hoping the products I purchased (another 100 dollars) are going to actually help, my face had finally stopped itching and after applying the stuff it burns again. In total, I think the dermatologist is really young, and she wasn’t through with the information, like I wanted to know everything possible that I could about the condition and see what I could add to what I was already trying to do, but it felt like an American doctors visit, 5 mins and your done. I’m disappointed, but I’ll come back here after 3 weeks to check in if the products actually worked or not. I will not be coming back as a patient again though, as I was very unsatisfied with the kind of patient care they provide.

Totally recommended. I had severe acne, and Dr. Rodrigo Madrigal treated me and helped a lot. It really did wonders. Provides care and prescribes medications and other dermatological products depending on the level of acne one has. It is true that medications and skin products are not cheap at all, but they are seriously worth using because scars can affect one's self-esteem. Dr. Madrigal truly works miracles. I don't know if Dr. Madrigal is still in Dermatology, but he is an excellent doctor.

At the first consultation, she prescribed medication and made another appointment for six weeks later. The treatment hadn't been successful, and when I went back for the follow-up appointment, they charged me again. And I told her it didn't seem fair to me that they were charging me again. When she just said, "Continue with the treatment." And when I told her I wasn't going to pay, she even raised her voice at me. And I preferred to pay, but only to avoid problems. It's better to go somewhere else where they don't charge you for the follow-up appointment.
