I didn't have a specific issue that brought me in. I figured i was just a middle aged woman who sits at a desk all day. After treating with Dr. Renieri for a few months I have noticeably more energy and less headaches. I was very nervous about seeing a Chiro but Dr. Renieri fully explained everything and made me feel at ease. Courtney's amazing personality and keeping the office running smoothly make it feel like I'm visiting friends. Highly recommend to anyone not feeling their best

Dr. Dominick is extremely knowledgeable regarding Chiropractic healthcare. I am a new patient at Coast to Coast and was so happy with my first impression and beyond. Dr. Dominick and his staff are pleasant and very welcoming! No surprises, they explain every step in the process so clearly, from the initial paperwork, preliminary exam and/or ex-ray, to the actual treatments. Dr Ranieri is the best chiropractor in Broward, he started our journey to a healthy lifestyle , I suffer from really bad back pains, headaches and stress, and his adjustments help our family so much, he has adjust my baby from the time she was born , having a chiropractor that really cares about your health is life changing.

I have been treated by Dr. Ranieri for the past 2 years. He is very knowledgeable and has the latest state of the art equipment for a proper health assessment and evaluation. He can determine where, along the spine has a "project" and adjusted me appropriately. I've always felt relief and overall well-being after my session. My headaches went away, and my overall energy and cognitive function improved.

I have never met a Dr that genuinely cares as much as Dr Ranieri does, he takes time to listen to the patient, and answer any and all questions and concerns. He made me feel comfortable immediately by explaining each adjustment and exactly what was going on in my neck and back in detail, which I appreciated very much! I wish I met Dr. Ranieri when I was a lot younger. Having led a very active life, I am convinced I would have a lot less aches and pains and arthritis if I’d had his kind of chiropractic wellness care. Now at 62 (and still very active) his approach of healing the nervous system through maximizing the communication of the brain to the body via by ensuring a healthy spine has helped me maximize my aging body. I was surprised to discover, through his mandatory X-rays, that I had the beginnings of scoliosis and a Dowager’s hump. The hump is significantly reduced and I look forward to seeing my improved scoliosis in the next set of X-rays due after a year of treatment. I’ve had chiropractic care on and off over the years but never stuck with it because I was getting temporary relief but with Dr. Ranieri, I feel and see it, both scientifically and physically.

I first met Dr Ranieri in passing and we immediately hit it off. I really liked his positive energy and passion to help others. The first time I walked into his office I required a cane to walk and was unable to step up from the street to the curb and had suffered several falls prior to coming in because I kept losing my balance . After just 2 weeks I no longer required my cane. I have regained my mobility and my balance has returned as well! Today was one of the first days that I can remember in years where I woke up and my neck didn't hurt!

Truly one of the best, when feeling stressed, I go distress with Dr. Renieri keeping my spine in line. He pays attention to detail and treats everyone like family.

Mr. Dom have been helping me for my crazy back pain since before I was pregnant until delivery and after delivery I have been seeing him for over 3 years. He really helped with my back. Always feels great after. my neck feel light my body especially my shoulder feels more leveled. because of my job that affects my left shoulder. he takes good care of me. it really gives me new life after getting adjusted. he also adjusted my boyfriend and our son who was 2 years at that time. my family loves him we are like family now. Dr. Ranieri has been the only chiropractor I am comfortable with seeing. He explains every adjustment he does for me and the reasons why he is doing it. He is very gentle as well, which was a big plus for someone new to chiropractic care like myself. Location was easy to get to and a really clean and trendy office! Cannot wait for my next appointment, I feel amazing results already!

Dr. Ranieri is a miracle worker. My wife has been suffering from back pain due to scoliosis. All the doctors were saying that surgery was our only option. I stopped by Coast to Coast chiropractic because it was close to work and am soo glad I did. Well, sort of... she is now pain free and her scoliosis is almost gone!!!! Our doctors were shocked! My only gripe is that she is now taller than me! I would give coast to coast 4.5 stars but my wife will kill me if she ever found out! Jokes aside Dr. Ranieri saved us a lot of money and prevented surgery. I’m so happy I got a second opinion and was open to try something different.
