Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the noise of the office, as it gets busy and we have no control over people’s right to speak. Upon further investigation, we see that your appointment was at 11:15, which is around the time you arrived. Since you were a new patient to the office, we had asked you to fill out demographic forms which may take additional time, therefore why you were not seen exactly at 11:15. Our doctors strive to provide quality service for each and every patient, thus the wait sometimes. You chose to leave right after you handed in your demographic forms and we tried to accommodate you by scheduling you for a later time which you agreed to. I will be making a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in receiving my blood test results, the unprofessional behavior of the reception staff and the significant financial loss I have suffered as a result of their actions. I had a full blood test on August 27, 2024 in preparation for an upcoming surgery, which I partially paid for. Despite several attempts to get results, as of September 23, 2024, I have not yet received them. About two weeks ago I contacted the clinic and they told me my results were ready but I needed to speak to my doctor to confirm everything was ok before they could give me the results. The doctor said that the result was normal! However, the results were never provided after this message. I have made several attempts to contact the office over the past week, including ten phone calls on September 23, 2024. During these calls I was disconnected seven times, three times I was told that my results would be sent immediately. Unfortunately, I still have not received the results of my tests. As a result of this delay, I lost a significant amount of money because I was unable to proceed with the surgery without these blood test results. In addition to the delay in receiving my medical information, I experienced rude and unhelpful behavior from the front desk staff, which added to my frustration. This delay in providing important medical information and the resulting financial loss is unacceptable and potentially harmful to my health. I will be asking the New York State Department of Health to investigate this matter to ensure that this clinic meets appropriate standards of patient care, communication, and timely delivery of medical results.

I had an appointment with dr Kozak on Sunday (since he has only Sundays available) and when i came on time i found out the wait usually 2-3 hours at least and at 6pm he was still seing someone with 4pm appointments. I have a toddler and im a single mom and she couldn't wait that long, after hour of being crazy at the office we had to leave without taking care of my health issue and i disappointed and angry that it was never mentioned, wait time, i wasted hour to get there and back and hour at the office, that's just unprofessional and sad.
We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable wait time you experienced with Dr. Khasak on Sunday. We understand the challenges a long wait poses, especially for a single mom with a toddler. It's unprofessional that the extended wait time wasn't communicated beforehand. Horrible when serving people of color. Called spoke to the director miriam because i had a pain related issue and was told that she'll call me back in an hour. I wind up going to the er and i had to call her back the following day after waiting 30 mins on hold to speal to her telling her all of that could have been avoided had my pcp dr. Marina oks send my pain medication to my pharmacy. I was told no by her assistant that she wouldnt give me any pain meds.this is the second issue ive had with then in less than 2 months.. Dr. Mikhail Fukshansky (pain management) was sent from heaven. He is kind, caring and extremely patient with a great sense of humor. When I visited the office I didn't have to wait long hours. The office was clean and the front desk ladies were helpful. I came with an unbearable pain on my hip. He took his time to help me figure exactly what the issue was. ive been coming here to go to physical therapy for some years, always been great. recently they switched assistants and now theres a young guy who works in PT, friendly but talks way too much and loudly too. I recently heard him talking about gays and laughing w/ anther patient & i found it inappropriate. my sessions are now ruined. i come there for my exercises and massage, now i cant even enjoy my massage anymore because all he wants to do is talk. Thinking about finding another place to do my PT at altho i dont really want to since its so close to home, but i am dreading having to deal with him. I'm gonna go for 1 more session and see how it goes then will make up my mind if i need to find a new place. i can even see on Stellas face that she gets uncomfortable and annoyed with him. im so bumbed about this

My doctor is doctor is Dr. Vinokurova who is an excellent physician..however they are working her to death over scheduling patients ! I had a 2 hour wait to see her on monday After original review the office mgr called to explain that there had been an emergency in the morning and ever got backed up. There was no communication of any issues to waiting patients…and I think that communication would have helped. Additionally the manager offered assistance with an authorization issue I seemed to be having. This was helpful. Given that I was contacted for follow up…and there seemed to be concern over the impact the day had on me I’ve upgraded this review with the hope that they will continue to improve.

Receptionist was friendly. The major issue was the ridiculous wait time. I got there early to fill out paperwork as my appointment was scheduled for 6:30 PM. I ended up waiting close to two hours and the doctor still has not attended me. The receptionist was friendly enough to update me without asking as she didn’t know why the doctor was taking so long either. Mind you, it was not busy as there was a handful of patients ahead of me. I ended up getting a refund and left without getting any care.

Doctors are extremely negligible especially old completely incompetent physician-internist, primary care specialist-Tamara Kramskiy who NEVER even bothers to look at the patient’s test results and because of her negligence, now I am practically immobile, she even missed a presence of CANCER CELLS in my blood test which she haven’t reviewed until I had to call the office, request copies from the receptionist and when I showed these blood & urine results to a specialist, that person said-forget about the professional medical ethics between the doctors, your internist literally put your life in danger and needs to be prosecuted for that‼️Another old extremely unprofessional, incompetent and negligible witch who is over 80 years old and should’ve retired 20 years ago-Dr. Inna Markhasina psychiatrist. It boggles my mind how she got an MD because she’s ill-mannered, discourteous, ignorant, obtuse, doesn’t do anything to help the patient, she could easily curse you out, me personally she insulted, belittled and because of her extreme unprofessionalism and negligence, I ended up in the hospital ‼️ Front desk personnel especially the younger ladies are unpleasant, sometimes rude and very arrogant. So once again warning-STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I am filling an official complaint against them with American Medical Association and all other coordinating organizations because they put my life in danger!!!

I can not be happier with such a service. Dr. Sztukowski was very nice to me and took good care of me. She is very professional. My primary gynecologist is Dr. Mikheyeva, and she is amazing, too. But seeing another doctor today proves that this clinic has very professional doctors, nurses, and assistants. The clinic is very clean, and you can see that all employees follow the hygienic rules. Got here at 12:05 and been here waiting for almost an hour now. Their excuse is an accident that happened this morning but she's here Dr Nidhery and because of the accident she's backed up but us patients shouldn't have to wait hours at a time for something we didn't cause. I as well as other patients should have been informed and rescheduled for a later time so that we wouldn't have to wait here for all of this time. It's now 12:57. Terrible first impression. The whole reason I amdean early appointment is so that I won't be late getting my child. I was told 10 more minutes over 20 minutes ago. Keep long waiting patients updated on the wait time and what's going on without being approached. I don't recommend already. This sucks. When I was finally seen she face me ohone nunbers and addressed to a place closest to me which is cool and all but if she didn't write these prescriptions I would've been upset because waiting so long just to be told that I need to go to a place near me would've made me feel like this was a waste of a trip and day. I ended up being late picking up my son smh ?

Every time I arrive at the appointed time I have to wait 1-1.5 hours. This is just some kind of mockery!! This time I was finally finished off by the situation with the test results: they were not in the system, although the tests were taken a month ago. But this is not critical: you can request them at the clinic where I took the tests. The only thing I don’t understand is why the assistant asks me for the phone number of this clinic???? Don’t you have a list of your institutions with which you cooperate? I found the clinic where I took the tests, told the assistant what floor I was on, the day of the test, I found the phone number on Google that was there, and gave it to the assistant. She called and told me that they couldn't find me there. And that's kind of my problem. She can’t spend half a day here looking for my tests... excuse me??????? What kind of relationship is this anyway? I've been waiting a month for an appointment, waiting 1.5 hours in the waiting room. And now they are already telling me to go to the clinic and take the tests there myself!!!! If they had told me right away that you should take the test results yourself and bring them to the appointment, there would be no question. But when you are admitted wildly late, they don’t know the contact details of the clinic where the patient was tested, they don’t find the results and say “this is not our problem, we don’t have time to look for your results for half a day” - this is simply the last straw!

This place is so horrible I wish I could give negative stars!!! Made an appointment a month ahead to get my son checked up for allergies. We had an appointment at 3:30pm with doctor Anna Kochin which we came 15 minutes earlier to. Typical rude russian front desk girl told us that we had to wait 20 minutes before we see the doctor. 30minutes wait after I see people who walked in the waiting area being called before us. When I inquired I was told their appointment was before mine tho they came way after their appointment time. After waiting an hour my 3 year old child starts to get impatient. I ask again whats taking so long. The rude receptionist tells me that its not her fault Dr. Anna Kochin came in late and there’s nothing she could do! I have never dealt with such a irresponsible and unprofessional doctor that has no consideration for patient’s time! Taking patients that was scheduled before me on my time of the appointment is a slap on the face. Beware before you set up an appointment here unless you want to wait 2 hours to get checked. I wouldn’t be surprised if this office gets out of business due to their inconsiderate, disrespectful way of treating patients that come in here for help!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment at 11 am for Sonogram and waited more than an hour to see the doctor. Instead of apologizing, she told me that it’s winter and people need more time to take clothes off. You would think that it could take 10-15 more minutes than usual and even then, they should not make patients wait and just increase the appointment time. But you can forget about reasonableness and common sense when dealing with this place. I still cannot believe that there are people who can be so disrespectful of your time and don’t even bother to say I’m sorry.

Not sure if this is a medical office or a used car dealer. Was told $175 over the phone for a covid test. I come and theres an issue with insurance. After agreeing to pay $175 and handing over my card…they say its $275. ?

I went there for a covid test before the holidays. It took a half hour before I saw a doctor. The next day I called to ask about the test results and I was simply told, "You have covid". I tried to ask more questions, but was hung up on. I called again to ask if I could have a document emailed to me. They emailed me the wrong person's results (HIPAA violation! Luckily it was my girlfriend who lives with me). I called a third time and was put on hold for a while before I was finally sent the right file. Rediculous that so many mistakes were made when dealing with a highly contagious virus. Not only that, but several people at the office were unmasked, including doctors.

Good afternoon,I have an appointment at 10:30pm, She asked me, Is this your first time? I answered ,Yes. Then she ask me to submit insurance ID and state ID just give me a minute, she said. After that she gave forms to be filled. Submitted the forms and my name was called. An interview was done well too with soft spoken lady staff which I failed to get her name; yet Thank you so much.She even lead me to Room,which I met Dr.Gurmenek. She ask me what was my problem?How can I help you? I showed her my right foot which was slightly black in color,swollen and slightly painful. Immediately she clean,sanitized the area injured..Her skills, expertise in her profession which I witness with my own eye,which took her only. 5minutes and we are done.No more pain in my right foot.That I highly recommend Dr.Gurmenek of Century Medical and Dental Center,. Also you will meet,the staffs of this Center accommodating and polite. Again, thank you so much Century Medical and Dental Center Gravesend, Center for accommodating me,.I am now feeling comfortable walking. I had a hard time calling numerous centers, but I was not entertained; but Century Medical and Dental Center Gravesend accommodated me,Thank you so much. I am a Medicaid insurance beneficiary. My next will be after Holiday, I am sure I will come because I feel at home. .

There is always a ridiculous wait at this office! Why give me an appointment time and have we wait almost three hours?! Every single time! This is insane and I’ve worked at medical offices and that kind of wait would be completely out of the question. It’s a shame because I actually really like the doctors here.

I was not only impressed by the cleanliness, airiness and politeness of Century Medical Center but also found Dr. Dawn (Yamashita) - podiatrist, to be a very patient and kind physician. This was my first visit to Century Medical, and I was scared and nervous. Dr. Dawn was both comforting and cautious. She heard my story with patience. Doctors don't often express humility, but Dr. Dawn did and for that I was grateful. She carefully examined my condition and explained that a different specialist would be more appropriate for my care. I don’t recommend Dentistry, this is a terrible place. The workers sitting on the front desk make an appointment at 3:40 and they give you an appointment at 5:30, or they will say sorry, we can’t take you, the doctor is late, the lady is why we can’t take you, and I just lost 2 hours waiting Doctors. For the second session I was 13 minutes late, they told me we can’t see you, you’re late. This is a terrible place where I’ve been in my life, I don’t recommend it at all Out of 10 points I will give 0 points

Spend your money somewhere else. Worst place I've ever been to. It's disorganized, you never get the feeling anyone cares you're even there, the front looks more like a Russian hair salon with the female staff more interested in having a typically Russian outfit on than making sure you're not waiting 40 minutes for your doctor while everyone walks by with no mask on. Waste of money and in the end, you get a shrug when you ask for the reason for your symptoms. Thanks, very helpful.

Cant speak for the doctors but I can speak for the beyond rude and completely disrespectful, unhelping front desk staff. Such unprofessionalism and disrespect from all of them keeps the office in disarray. The staff is beyond careless and dont want to do anything other than book an appointment (most likely because of laziness). If you love your family members send them anywhere else. On a side note I have witnessed a couple of incidents where a face mask just needs to be present and not fully worn in the office. Considering how dangerous that it is that in the pandemics epicenter in an waiting room for covid testing people aren't asked to cover their nose is beyond me

Century Medical and Dental Center charged me $200 for a COVID-19 test. Per the new laws that were enacted last March - it should have been free. I spent 3 weeks fighting with the office on the phone when I was told 5 different times that the manager was not in or the billing department was not in before I showed up in person, demanded to speak with the manager. I got my $200 back because the test, co-pay, deducible did not apply. How many people did they scam? They acted like a law enacted 3/2020 covering all COVID-19 testing was new to them. If you have health insurance, ANY HEALTH INSURANCE it should be free. Information below: The Families First and Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA), as amended by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, provides that testing for the detection of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, and the associated office, urgent care, or emergency room visit shall be free to the patient, so long as the federally-declared public health emergency is in effect. This protection applies to virtually every form of health coverage, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance (other than some forms of coverage, such as short-term plans, that are exempt from much insurance regulation). Federal law also establishes a fund that will pay for tests delivered to uninsured patients if a provider chooses to seek reimbursement

Visited this place about a week ago for podiatrist visit. It was easy to schedule an appointment over the website. Even the same day appointment. Everything was great, starting from the girls' work on the front desk, following with the medical assistants' job, and I was satisfied with overall experience with the doctor. Doctor took her time to explain everything and did a great job to ease my pain. I have no complaints and no problems with the visit.

I came here to get a rapid Covid test after scheduling an appt online which was super easy. I was able to fill out the forms on my phone and send all my documents. They made it very easy. When I got there the process was very seamless and the Dr and the assistant were very nice and welcoming. I had a very pleasant experience and recommended two other people to go there for Rapid tests also. Dr Oks was very sweet and genuinely listened to anything I had to say.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a disaster and the doctors and manager are very rude and unaccommodating. I made an appt 3 days ago to come and get a rapid Covid test. I was scheduled with Marina Oks- I didn’t request her -this is the doctor that was given to me. After waiting an hour and a half for the doctor to come in- the minute she walks in she throws my file onto the table (I used to go there years ago) and was questioning why I came to her and not my primary doctor since I haven’t been at that office since 2017. After telling her that I couldn’t get an appt with my regular dr, she told me how she’s not Urgent Care and how she’s a real doctor and not just there for Covid testing. She kept scolding me and questioning my motives meanwhile I paid for the test and paid a copay. She’s very nasty, highly unprofessional, and rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to see her. Why is this place promoting Covid testing if their doctors get offended when patients go there for such testing?

Absolutely unprofessional and very disturbing that mental health issues are taken lightly. I have lost friends and family from covid and just wanted help to deal with everything. DO NOT GO THERE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. I saw Dr. Mikheeva a couple of times: 1) You need to take a day off when you go there, they make you wait 2-3 hours to see the doctor and you DO have an appointment. 2) The doctor told me to do the blood work which was unnecessary ( i learned that from the other doctor i saw later) 3) They refusing to give you your test results unless you make an appointment with them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Dr Mira Sherer the Neurologist was great . I feel like I’m in good hands .. but after 10 min of my arrival they called out my first name and led me to one of the rooms where a young lady asked me the same exact questions that I had just completed on several documents when I arrived. She then brought me in a room where a gentleman asked me when my last colonoscopy was and I told him but said I Was there for neurology today. He went on for a bit and I was very confused. I then discovered that they had the wrong patient. They should have confirmed my name and DOB immediately before starting to speak with me but like I said after that everything was fine. I just wish that the front staff spoke better English because it was hard for me to understand them at times

A health care facility where most staff do not wear mask and majority of people coming in is either not wearing a mask of have it below their chins. They do not practice the COVID-19 protocol. Office always have too many people sitting in the waiting room and distancing is zero. If you care about your health, please do not go to this place, as I am almost sure it's a Covid hot bed.

I went to this office once and only once to see Dr. Nidhiry. She prescribed me medication that my insurance didn’t cover. Nidhiry prescribed me two medications, one was close to $1500 and the other $150. I can’t afford that. I called the office and was on hold for an hour. I called back again and was hung up on. And when I called a third time, I finally got through to her assistant who said she was in a session and she would call me back. When I inquired if Nidhiry can possibly look into other alternatives for me, her assistant says that Nidhiry wouldn’t know any that my insurance would cover. How can you claim to have 30+ years of experience and you don’t know the medication that the insurance SHE TAKES will cover? To my surprise, Nidhiry called back. She didn’t even offer to call my insurance to see if it could be waived or if there could be an appeal. She was also very dismissive. Nidhiry also said that she “couldn’t help me” because she didn’t want to put in the work of an actual psychiatrist but called me back and said she could prescribe me something else. I promptly told her that it was okay because she stated that she couldn’t help me and I told her to cancel my upcoming appointment because I won’t be returning. I had my first appointment with her on June 27th. It’s it currently July 7th. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t started treatment because of her and her games. I, fortunately, found someone else that will hopefully treat me better than Nidhiry did. How can you tell a patient of yours, a new patient at that, that you can’t help them? What if I was suicidal (and I disclosed that I was before) and her words would’ve triggered something and I could’ve harmed myself? Whoever reads my review, do not go to Nidhiry. She gave me the impression that she genuinely doesn’t care about her patients well beings. I can’t even call her a doctor.

I went to this office once and only once. I was treated terribly from the moment I walked in. I spent an hour just confirming that my insurance was actually valid. No other doctors office has taken that long. The staff was rude and very busy and it took almost 4 hours to get through the staff, see the doctor and get out. Dr. Arnoff ordered an insane amount of tests for a healthy person and told me basically everything I was doing was killing me. I eat organic, work out regularly, drink a ton of water, etc. Her manner leaves a lot to be desired as when I tried to explain why I was there I was cut off multiple times and my concerns were ignored. She did however push all the services that her clinic offered and tried to get me to see multiple doctors at the center even if I already had specialists I liked to work with. I have never been treated worse by a doctors office and the staff as was told to come back in three weeks and my concerns would be addressed. Milking insurance for money much? I later received a bill for all the services I received and the office explained my insurance rejected their bill. When I contacted my insurance, they said they never received anything and that I was covered for most services. The WORST!!!

So, Honestly, I went with my father cause the office consists only of Russian community, and we just moved to the US we gotta do our stuff in Russian, first of. The staff was impatient and rude even for Russian clients. That’s very weird! Moreover, my dad got the approval for treatment from insurance company? And this Dental Had Several issues with insurance. And we were waiting for so long to get the response from them. Never go there! Dishonest and Rude staff!

came here to see derm, one time for initial visit and once for a follow up. i had to wait over 3 hours each time, despite having an appointment. i think the experience may be different depending on which doctor you are there to see. this derm guy, he has assistants, none of them introduced themselves to me. he prescribed me 5 things right off the bat and didn't even bother to tell me the names of the creams...btw i don't use any of the creams he prescribed; just one medication he prescribed is working quite well. one cream i have a drug allergy to, and he prescribed it anyway (i did not use it). i left messages with the staff, but they don't get to him. he is only there on sundays. and i've been trying to reach the office for a refill...5 calls now within 2 days, and no answer. oh yea at first they scheduled my initial appointment for a day when the derm guy is not even there. time to rename themselves to "last century medical" - addendum, just saw the reply from Century Medical, saying that in order to fix the problem I need to follow up with the doctor, and that there are no "cures." The medical issue is under control with one of the 5 things I was prescribed. I am fully aware that this is how things are done, seeing that I am a 4th year medical student. What is still a problem, is that it is difficult for me to get a hold of anyone at the office to communicate with my doctor, or to set up an appointment, as no one answers the phone. They are quick to reply to a negative google review, but won't actually staff the phones or do their job in order to provide service for their patients. This morning I made an appointment with another provider, so I wish Century Medical well.
Dear Katya, in order for something to work you need to follow up with the Doctor. There is no Doctor that can "cure" the problem within one visit.

Charged my insurance company 4 times for the same visit and charges me $125 cash for the ver same visit. I am going to sue them in small claims court and write a review on every website possible. I am reporting them to the AMA. I won’t stop until they are out of business! Their response to my review is a complete lie! Just look at their ratings. As I said, they charged FOUR times under four different codes and got paid every time. They did NOT reimburse me for the money they took the day of my visit. SCAM. I know how this works. Dear Cheryl, you have come in on a day, when all insurances are closed. As per our office policy, we charge all patients a security amount that we refund once the payment is received from your insurance. (unless you have an In-Network deductibles). Plus, even if we would charge any insurance 10 times for the same visit, we would get only get paid once and the rest would be denied as a duplicate submission/request. I am sorry that you feel that what we do is a scam. I hope you would have a better understanding of what was done after you do speak with your insurance company.

Worst place ever that I have been to. This is total BS. Do NOT go here if you want professional services. This place is beyond unprofessional. They have very rude staff and it’s highly unorganized. I just needed a copy of a form from my parents files for another doctor and faxed over the required documents to retrieve it. This was on Monday. Century Medical said okay and I was told to come in later or tomorrow. The following day, Tuesday, the front desk staff told me to contact Inga (the short Russian woman with short black hair who had liposuction) tomorrow who will be in the office from 9am-1pm because she was gone for the day and for some reason none of the receptionists could do it even though they’re just sitting there surfing the web, on their phones or chatting amongst themselves (they couldn’t care less about patients). You literally just have to get the file from downstairs, go through it and make a copy of a SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER and hand it to me. But nope. Apparently they aren’t equipped to do that. So I call the next day, Wednesday, and speak to Inga (pronounced Ee-na) who says it will take her 3 weeks because she can’t send a file over to another doctor alone and I tell her I just need a COPY OF A SINGLE PAPER from each file and she puts me on hold FOR OVER A HOUR. It’s then past 1pm and I’m still on hold and I suspect she may have left the office and just had me waiting aimlessly so I go in and she’s still there even though “she leave at 1pm” and is on the phone but sees me and hangs up and starts walking away. I ask the receptionist if I could speak to her and she calls her over and what does Inga tell me? That she doesn’t deal with this and I must speak to a medical assistant! SHE COULDVE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE AND NOT HAVE HAD ME WAIT OVER A HOUR ON THE PHONE. So I ask her who is the medical assistant and she walks away and then I ask the receptionist who had such an attitude for no reason whatsoever and was busy with her overfilled fake eyelashes, and she tells me that whoever is in a scrub is a medical assistant. OBVIOUSLY. My question is, can I have a name of one to assist me or can you contact one. Nope. Receptionist with overfilled fake eyelashes told me to go wait by the door and enter when a patient walks out (because she didn’t want to have someone just open it for me) and then go search for one. I literally waited around and searched the office for one. It’s ridiculous to say the least. These people have had me on a wild goose chase with their unprofessionalism and pointless attitude. I find a medical assistant who assists me after finishing with a patient but she couldn’t find my mothers file. This clinic misplaced my mother’s entire medical file! I finally got a copy of my fathers form though so thank you so much Natasha, God bless you. All in all, this place sucks. I agree with the other reviews about this place being racist unless you’re Russian. I’ve witnessed it myself. Honestly, only some of the doctors are good at this place (Smuglin is good, Lebovitz is useless and a moron) some of the medical assistants are good (about 5max) and the front desk has only 2-3good ones. This clinic should get closed down or get new management and replace 90% of the staff.

I have been trying to make an appointment to see a doctor and the receptionist refused to even listen to me, before forcing me to take a date and time that didn't work. She wouldn't even let me speak when I told her politely that didn't work. She proceeded to call me crazy then insult me in Russian. I speak Russian so I understood everything she said. I am this close to cancelling my appointment just because of the receptionist.

The front desk staff is very rude especially if you are American. Myself and my kids have been going there for many years because we like PA Stella Challouh who recently left the practice without notice. At the time is was waiting on test results which the staff refused to release to me without seeing another doctor and paying another deductible. Beside being rude they tend to double bill and it is my opinion they manipulate the insurance. The managers are incompetent and not helpful. Going to the doctor is stressful enough without the added aggravation of long wait times and nasty attitudes if there was a zero star option I would of selected it.

2 1/2hours wait for Dr Ivan Lebovits. Doesnt matter how sick you are you could be dying on the floor and theyll tell you to be patient. My mother was sick and the doctor prescribed her regular over the counter motrin which only supresses the temp doesnt treat. when my mother called to ask about antibiotics the front desk girls put her on speakerphone and laughed at her. They connected her to the manager who hung up her call. Its all a money and scam game here. Medical assistant need to be responsible for patients even if doctor is not present since front desk is obviously useless.

Front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Never go there if you respect yourself. They rescheduled appointment for my father without letting him know. When he came to his appointment he was yelled that he should call to make sure his appointment is not cancelled before coming. I tried to call, but they spoke to me in a very rude manner and then hang up on me. Office Supervisor was trying to resolve the situation, but they should change staff. Writing responses to bad reviews is not solving the situation.

Despite sometimes having to wait long to be seen, I give this facility 5 Stars. I based this on the physician's knowledge, skills and care I received throughout the years. Whenever I had a problem, this facility was able to give me a proper diagnosis unlike other facilities that I wandered off to because it was reputable and they took people at their scheduled time. I have read the reviews and the comments, which were basically management issues. The doctors here are excellent. If you are looking for a good doctor, I highly recommend this facility. When you book your appointment be prepared to wait. In the long run you will see it was worth the wait. I learned the hard way.

I had the most and worst experience with dr. STELLA who takes a blood test, who had very rude and unprofessional approach toward me being sarcastic that I should've known im my age already to come with empty stomach to give a blood test like I do it often to remember this kind of stuff. Beside that, the front desk ladies had told me the day before to eat 4 hour before the test which I exactly did. People go there and wait forever to see a doctor, even if you go in, you should wait another 40 min to to see a dr. The most ridiculous and unprofessional place ever, save your time and search better, nice and professional doctors, otherwise you in this place you will feel like they do a favor for you. I wish i could give ZERO, coz you come out of this place very stressed and terrible.

I rate this place a whopping ZERO. From personal experiences in 3 visits with my 94 year old disabled AMERICAN born Father the staff and front desk cater to the Russian community. First visit we were there three hours. We though it was the norm for the facility. Second visit I noticed four patients went in to see our Dr. before my Dad. I saw the sign in sheet and mentioned it to the Dr.....who confirmed we were passed over. She said she would speak to the staff and told us to mention the next visit that she said get us in when we are scheduled. Third and LAST visit....I get Dad to the apt. go to the desk to sign in. I ask several times where the Dr. sign in sheet is and It's like I am speaking another language that no on understands. My next request was very loud stating I better not get a ticket in the meantime. Then I was told, "It's not there because your Dr is on vacation". Well, this is where I lost it. No one called to cancel. I was told they did call my cell. I call BS. I never got a message, had no missed calls...so I said no one called no one spoke to me and no one left a message. I get a blank. I am asked if I want to reschedule...No I want my Father seen today. My Dad is on antibiotics for the rest of his life that need blood tests to monitor. I wanted the test done by another Dr. so I asked the receptionist to tell me the name of the test. She had the nerve to tell me I had to fill out papers with my request. ARE YOU KIDDING ME....Just open the file and tell me the test. I am told she can't do that because the Dr. might change the tests. Again it is one specific blood test. She just did not care to help. So bottom line I will never go back to this place where women sit and sell jewelry from their bags and pocketbooks. I also advise anyone that is not Russian to find a place that will treat you fairly. This place treats American born people like they do not exist. SHAME ON THEM. When I complained to our primary Dr.s office I was told they get a loi of complaints from other pt.s that were told of this facility...I asked were they Americans that complained...The answer was yes, one waited 6 hours. Every time I come here I have to wait at least an hour until I see a doctor even though I made appointment at a specific time. It was even cruel few times because I was not supposed to eat before the blood test and sonogram. So I was starving till like 2pm until I gave up and left rescheduling appointment on next week. I think I should look for the other primary physician.

do not go here. period! i have gone twice and the second time against my own better judgement and only because the doctor herself (Dadamova) was great. the front desk women are beyond unorganized and have no respect for anyone's time whatsoever. it's always the doctor's fault, or they are super busy or whatever. they talk about everyone in russian as if we don't ALL understand it and treat everyone, especially most of their elderly patients like idiots. as i write this i am on hold for the 6th time today and it's up to 29 minutes. i am calling just to see if my blood test results from last week have arrived into the office. i have been getting attitude each time and i can hear the women talking to one another about me in russian. so sad. i will miss this doctor but look for her to move to another practice.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The front staff and manager are so unprofessional and extremely rude. You wait 2-3 hours to see the doctor (any doctor) regardless of what time your appointment. They double and triple book each appointment then get nasty when you ask how much longer your wait is. They refused to see me when I couldn't pay a co-payment balance that I didn't even know I had until I showed up for my appointment (I asked for a bill to be sent to my home). They scheduled my appointment for a different day but confirmed that date I asked for then told me I was a walk-in when I arrived for my appointment. They sent my blood samples to a lab that was out of my network and then sent me a bill for almost $3000. I came here because it was closer to my house but I will NEVER make that mistake again.

I should have read these other reviews before I went there. I can't remember the worse place than this one. The staff that doesn't care about patients, and they don't even pretend to care. The I felt even more sick than when I came in. Will never go there again and recommend everyone to avoid this place. It only exits to make money and not for health care.

Went there twice. I honestly believe the place must be shut down by whatever authorities. Well, doctors are fine - no complaints. Alas, reception is nasty. And I mean it - not lightly too. That, however, is not the reason to shut honest business down. However, this business is simply dishonest and fraudulent. They don't shy away from charging double deductibles and threaten with cancelling your appointment if refuse to pay it. Shut the business down and put them in jail for fraud!

Needed to speak to the doctor, they transferred me to the billing department, and some elderly woman with Russian accent started telling me: "Doctor is not gonna come on the phone". When I asked why not, she started explaining her self with "Let me educate you" Very rude and unprofessional. Don't go there!

The worst reception in the dental department I've seen in my life. Rude, unprofessional, disgusting! They think patients are stupid and can't read English to understand letters from insurance companies in regard to coverage. Billed me for more expensive product and instead offered me something much cheaper, and in addition to that wanted me to pay for stuff my insurance covered! Can't say much about the doctor, her job was done fine, but she wasn't very nice and polite to her patients.

By the way I took my 3 years old daughter to see the dentist and when they saw that she needed a specialist tell me they can not give me a referral because they only cater to children 7 years and up
