During the 2 months that I have been coming to this dentist I have learnt more about taking care of my teeth and gums than in all my 70 years. I never thought of going to the dentist was a fun experience, but this place, Doctor Pamela MacPherson, every single person in her team, have revolutionized my concepts of this matter. I came with multiple problems in my mouth, and now, only after 2 months, I feel my teeth and gums are already much healthier. The whole team is super professional, communicative and attentive. They make sure every problem is addressed and taken care of 100%. I highly recommend this place for any type of dental care. Honestly, the best you’ll get.

I've been going to Dr MacPherson for several years now. For Dr MacPherson and her associates, the patient always comes first. And the caliber of care and technology is state of the art. From Dr MacPherson herself, to the hygienists (love Valeria!) and the staff, this is an outstanding dental office. Having had a bad experience 25 years ago with another dentist, I was a nervous nelly when I first came to Dr MacPherson... However she goes above board to make sure you are comfortable and pain-free. Have always experienced the highest quality of dental care and their office staff is probably the best medical/dental staff I've ever encountered: unfailingly polite, cheerful responsive and attentive. Great overall experience! The whole team was extremely nice and personable. They remained very clear with all of their communication to make me feel comfortable and well informed. Finding a new dentist can be challenging but after just one visit it’s clear that they are the right fit for me.

This is a great dental office - very kind and accommodating. I switched to Center for Dental Restorations after my own dentist wouldn't help after I broke a partial. Imagine this, broken false front tooth (at work) and your regular dentist's staff doesn't fit you in, is short about it, and doesn't give you any recommendation or referral. It was such a disappointment; however, I'm thankful it happened or I would still be going there. I found the Center through Yelp. Victoria was so helpful and got me in right away. Its been a few years since that and I've been going ever since. Valeria is an amazing hygienist, really gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable. I literally fall asleep with her. Not kidding. ? Ask her, "does Doni fall asleep in your chair?". Dr. McPherson has led the way for a healthier me. She told me she would be like the Quarterback between the Orthodontist and Periodontist and she's totally right. Her team has referred me to amazing specialists and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. They coordinate things so well and are just great about scheduling and taking care of the insurance/billing side of it. I finally got healthy enough for braces and couldn't have done it without them. What an outstanding experience I've had at this practice. If you're concerned at all about going to a dentist during Covid, don't worry if you're going there. They are taking absolutely every single precaution imaginable. I felt more than safe. I just had the best cleaning that I've ever had in my 46 years by Valeria and my examination by Dr. Pamela McPherson was outstanding. She was compassionate, calm, thorough and helped me put a plan together. I am so very grateful for this practice.

I had to pay thousands of dollars upfront. Results are extremely poor with complications causing me pain and suffering every minute. Doctor is not giving money back so I can have job redone. I was referred for unnecessary expensive outside consultations only to learn what I already had known because the doctor would refuse to provide services if I won't see the specialist. Ended up with more problems that I had before the treatment.

Dr. MacPherson and her wonderful staff are fantastic. Friendly, professional, experts in their area. Everything anyone would want from a dentist/dental professional. Everyone is the office goes above and beyond the expected. I live out of state but make a point of trying to scheduling appointment with Dr. MacPherson any time I’m back in San Diego. I have yet to meet another dental professional as good as she is.

My 25 plus years dentist has retired and sold his practice. I am so grateful to my MD DDS Oral Surgeon for introducing me to Dr. Pamela MacPherson. She has since, become my primary dentist. I am now truly in good hands to have been receiving excellent patient care and customer service by Dr. MacPherson and all her staff. Parking is a little challenging for appointments but I was able to work it out to continue my service with Dr. Mac Pherson because she is very worthwhile .

Dr. MacPherson is a great dentist! She really listens to your concerns and takes her time to make sure she does a good job. She is also very gentle. I have always had a hard time getting numb and she is the only dentist that figured out that my nerve runs a different direction than most people & she is able to get me numb. She has relieved a lot of stress for me & she is the only dentist I will go to now. I highly recomend her! Everyone that works with her is great as well!

She is also the best dentist at giving shots that you will ever meet. Painless and fast. If you have ever had a problem getting numb in the past she will fix that problem also. Very rude to my wife and unprofessional I have been in the galss business for a very long time I would have been tremnated immediately have I ever talked to a customer in this manner Victoria spoke to my lovely wifein a disrespectful waymy wife is very kind. This is about the staff. I called this prosthodontist office at the end of the day because I followed the advice of Victoria to try to make an appointment with the oral surgeon the doctor works with in order try to get some teeth. My case is very complicated because I have a craniofacial birth defect and getting teeth has been a challenge as well as where surgery can be done on me cause it cannot be done in a office. So i was trying to put something together and simply left a message for Victoria to call me back and to my surprise she told me I was rude when I left my message which doesn't make sense because both my husband and daughter were here and heard everything and I said nothing bad or mean or wrong. I just explained what happened and could she please call me. So when I was able to get a hold of Victoria instead of helping me first thing she said I'm rude and apparantly I exhausted them for being a patient that needed their help to make this work. So if you have crappy insurance or not enough money I wouldn't go here though that's sad because I like the doctor. If your case is complicated and you need help getting the work done and its not easy I would not recommend coming here because that was extremely unprofessional and I am sad to say this cause I like Dr. Macpherson but the staff does represent her establishment. I never talked to anyone like that and I was office manager for 7 years and dealt with the public. I was also in medical and you shouldn't treat people like that especially when someone is having problems with their insurance. What happened to our society? My husband and daughter heard Victoria cause she was talking so loud while I was on the phone, maybe she was having a bad day or didn't want to be bothered but that's not okay. She also kept cutting me off. Perhaps she is nice most of the time idk I'm saying what I experienced and it was shocking to say the least. I remember when medical were there to make it good for the person and didn't make you feel bad cause they did something extra for you that's why your in medical. BTW my name as it appears is different because that's what I go by on internet. I have two witnesses to this and they can write what they heard as well.

I always have a good experience in this dental office. The teeth cleanings are excellent. And I have been very happy with work done on my teeth. Personnel are pleasant and helpful. I travel and hour driving to get to this office and an hour back--time I consider well spent.
