I had a good experience at this clinic. I wanted to come in for a consultation regarding two cosmetic concerns. At the consult itself, Dr Boris saw me right away. I’ve been doing different consults around the area to get some different opinions, and what stood out from this appt. is that without me even needing to say what I was in for, the Dr. immediately called it out following a quick examination. I found it reassuring to get such a confident assessment. One of my concerns has been that if I go somewhere and say, I’m looking to do “X procedure”, Someone might just say sure let’s go for it. But in this case I got a true outside opinion, without the bias of me having said it first. I felt comfortable with his assessment, and his confidence that it was the right move for my specific concern. There was no effort to upsell or suggest unnecessary additional treatments. Just, straight to the point, the minimum intervention necessary. Following the consult, I was quoted a fair price relative to other offices I’ve consulted with. The admin office took the time to walk me through different financing options which make the cost pretty manageable, with, in my case, no interest. You are able to walk out with something in the books right away. For me, after months (if not years) of thinking about addressing my cosmetic concerns, this was especially great. Now that i’ve decided on going for it, I’m eager to put things in motion. That is made easy here. Something else I liked is that the surgeries are performed right there, which inspires a certain confidence that this clinic runs a tight ship. Some other places I consulted with would see me at one office but would then require me to do the surgery elsewhere. Leaving me with doubts about what aftercare might look like in case I need some attention. In contrast, this clinic has a legitimate *medical* feel that I found reassuring. Overall I can say that everyone I interacted with was genuinely pleasant and helpful. Happy to have found this place.

Completely botched me. Such a disappointment as I told the surgeon exactly what I wanted but he said we needed to do something different…. So, I trusted him because well, he is the surgeon & now I don’t even think what has been done can be fixed. They said the reason it looked like it did was because it needed time to heal & to give it a year. Well, over year & a half later I REALLY wish I could go back in time & never got my surgery here & took my money elsewhere. Just so disappointing. To respond to your response below: What isn’t fair is that you are literally lying because you never said this as well as the fact I would legit pay you another 5k to just have you make me look like before. The surgeon even said himself that you couldn’t even tell I had surgery before. Well, that’s because he did a great job & all I asked was for a little more off. You completely did your own little project & botched me so now not only do I look like I got surgery but now it looks terrible. Stop lying & take accountability.

I came in for consultation and left with my breast augmentation scheduled. Everyone was so nice and they explained everything to me. The day of the surgery everyone was super helpful and the nurse and anesthesiologist took very good care of me. They explained the after care both to me and my husband. I am not pleased with the aftercare. I had surgery in 2020/ 2021. When I went for my post op appointment, an assistant removed my stitches however, a couple years later I would heal, and then my wounds would reopen and would hurt with puss coming out. My surgery area felt tender off and on for a few years. It had been a couple of years and, my body pushed stitches out I guess, but I removed myself with tweezers, fast forward to 2024. I kept feeling tenderness often and irritability, and another blue suture started to poke out in 2024. This blue suture was longer than the last just unsatisfactory aftercare.
First are you sure this was the office that you are writing about. Please give us your name to find a file. I am happy your aftercare was good. We always use dissolvable suture for skin and subcutaneous tissue. Only non absorbable for deep tissue so this really never happens. Also we are always available to take care of of our patients,and don’t leave you to pull sutures out on your own. We take care of all our patients and don’t abandon them to take care of themselves. We are always available if there are ever problems again,we need first to see whether you came to this office and had surgery with us. We do not know of a C Blue

Horrible experience! dr. Boris was my surgeon and he did not take the time to talk to me, to see what I wanted to get done, the day of the surgery he made me wait more than 4hrs because he was on the phone with some dealership talking about his car? meanwhile I was waiting and waiting, he never came into the room to check what procedure I was gonna be getting, nurse took me to surgery room and put me to sleep. I’m very unhappy with my procedure and the way my case was handled, I guess he only pays attention to you if you are “famous” I’ve been trying to make an appointment to speak to him about my situation but nothing, at this point I’m just giving up and I would never recommend this place, so unprofessional

I had follow up check up the day after the surgery, after 2 weeks, after a month after 6 months and they teach me how to massage my breast and is very helpful whenever I have questions. The time that you had saline silicone implants for silicone was not allowed by government to be used for primary augmentation. Wow what a nightmare. The doctors here are so grumpy and rude. Unclear and misleading pricing and complete lack of professionalism. Absolutely horrible experience.
I really hurts when we do 4-6 hour surgeries. Perfect results and we get a 5 star review,then you get someone coming in for a few minutes gets a treatment with a perfect result but haggles over a price,gets a reduction in the price,but still leaves a 1 star review. She only saw one doctor not “the doctors”. She got to see a doctor who was nominated as the 4th best plastic surgeon in the world and got great treatment but was haggling over the price with him. That is what her concern was meanwhile she got a price reduction and incredibly good treatment. What a shame to write a 1 star review based upon a few minutes at the office Also,she was here many times before for the identical treatment for the same price So she knew the price before coming to the office but this time wanted a big discount

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had rhinoplasty there. Worst experience. Even worse results. They only care about money and get you to agree to the surgery by saying they’ll give you a “deal” but only if you agree to move forward with the procedure at your consultation appointment. Day of surgery I got there at 8 AM for my surgery and hadn’t eaten since before midnight, they didn’t take me back till around 12 by then I was starving and dehydrated and had the worst headache. My results were nothing like the picture I had brought in. I even had to go back a year later because there was a bump on my nose so I had to have another small surgery but they wouldn’t put me to sleep said I had to pay $500 which I didn’t have so had to have local anesthetic and I was really scared, but sucked it up and went through with it. To this day I still have a small bump on my nose that they didn’t fix even from the 2nd surgery and now cold air bothers my nose so badly that it’s very painful. Also Dr. Boris said I didn’t have a deviated septum but 2 precious doctors and X-rays proved I did. I have a pretty significant deviated septum and asked in my consultation. Said something about turbines and I wanted to get the rhinoplasty asap.
We do not have an Ash in our file at our center there is a name similar that had a rhinoplasty and got a great result except in healing got another little bump that was filed down at no charge. We have pics of that patient,but obviously if it wasn’t you we will not post them. The results were amazing. Also, most people have some degree of a deviated nasal septum on CT scan but only if patients have symptoms or it is significant would we operate upon it I am also a American snd Canadian Board Certified Ear Nose Throat specialist and fix deviated septums when necessary and with a signed surgical consent

I was extremely nervous about going through with my operation but the surgeons ,nurses , and staff are so nice and so helpful, I felt safe here with them. My procedure ended up going smoothly and I am more than satisfied with the outcomes.
I hear patients being nervous on their consultation but as they learn about thei procedure and their doctor the nervousness typically disappears and after the surgery, they are on a pink cloud with their great results

FYI Dr. Boris if you or your team were going to respond don’t wait 3 years later to do it. Still will never return even if it is free. No thank you! UPDATE!! About 2 weeks ago I received a call from the office manager stating that he had "called me back" from our last call back in Septemeber, which I found hard to believe when I never had a missed call or voicemail from the office. The office manager Adam then went on to say that they would like to offer me a "complimentary" session of votiva on the condition that I change my yelp review. Can you believe that! Well that just did it for me, I definitely will not be returning back! Women beware!! Please do your research before jumping into a treatment like Votiva here or anywhere. I feel I was misled and rushed into treatment especially when the office manager is trying to cut you a deal if you pay same day. I started my treatment same day of my consult and paid (not financed) all 3 sessions of Votiva. After all 3 sessions there was never no follow up appointments or calls to see how my treatment went or to see if I had any questions/concerns regarding the treatment. I called the office 3 weeks after my last session and the front office person said the office manager would call me back. I waited another week, and called the office for a second time and again they said the office manager would call me back. The next day Adam the office manager did call me back, and I expressed my concerns and shared what their office lacked in doing for me as a patient. He said he would let the doctor know and return my call the following day. This was last Tuesday and today is Monday and I am still waiting for the call.
Yes we offered further treatment with an FDA approved treatment for Vaginal tightening.This is not surgery. We keep up to date on all cosmetic fronts. While most people love this technology there are a few who may need other treatments. Adam first was to give you further treatments for no cost,if I wasn’t right for you there are alternatives. We are here to make our patients happy you did not allow us to proceed. You never requested to speak with myself ,Dr Boris. We have hundreds of 5 star reviews. You could have been one as well if you didn’t close the door. Unfortunately few do not respond quickly to this new non surgical technology, we were very happy to work with with other treatments as well as free additional treatments also Votiva gives excellent results in tightening the Vagina. If it didn’t meet your satisfaction we offered additional treatment at no charge or then recommend a surgical procedure. Just understand it is not Dr Boris nor his surgery. It was a well recognized technology for non surgical vaginal tightening you should have probably given a one star to the Votiva company to best deal with your resentments

today i got my chin lipo today with dr stone. i went under anesthesia so i remember only bits and pieces but wow. the nurses were AMAZING. blanca was a total sweetheart had me smiling the entire time i was waiting for surgery. they were all so loving and kind. after surgery i had two other sweet nurses but i was so out of it i forgot their names. the anesthesiologist also made me feel very comfortable as well. having moved out to LA alone I’m used to my family taking care of me when i go through surgeries or being in the waiting room for me. while i had a friend take me, it really wasnt the same haha, i was still a bit nervous being alone. but wow the nurses being so kind and attentive took away any of the nervousness i felt. truly an amazing staff and would reccomend boris cosmetics to anyone looking to get work done.

I love my results and knowing that I’m just going to look better after all the swollen goes down gets me more excited. The nurses are helpful and really nice my doctor was amazing all the work he did on me I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and results I totally recommend this clinic.

my mother received a tummy tuck and neck lift of august 2020 and got completely botched. her scars/wounds were still open after 3 months post op on her tummy tuck line and this has to be every girls nightmare. the aftercare these people recommended to my mother is absolutely terrifying. for her tummy tuck, they recommended a “faha” and that’s not the proper aftercare. 1.5 years later she’s crying while she looks at herself in the mirror because of the improper care for their patients. i honestly have no idea how this place is still operating. i would insert pics of her injury but don’t want to put her business out there. she’s went back to this place and the surgeon his self was very shocked and provided steroids and to “rub it out” for her neck lift but nothing compared to the scares she’s now living with. she legit had hole looking scares. anyways, things are only getting worse and she’s comfortable enough to start talking to lawyers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!PLEASE AVOID!!!!!

The first time was so nice I did it twice! Had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation back in 2006 and came back to get my breast implants replaced after the mammogram ruptured one. While here I got my double chin liposuction and I could not be happier with the results. I first used them in 2016, came back due to an implant rupture. The staff was lost and unorganized. They said my medical records were gone and they treated me as a new patient. They gave me a higher quote and no credit for the insurance on my implants. The financial staff was rude, both of them although the female was worse than the male staff member. They have a "Name" so the quality of care doesn't matter to them, they see you as a transaction not a human coming to them for help. Cosmetic surgery is not always for pleasure, sometimes is a necessity that helps your overall being. But they don't seem to understand that. I wouldn't recommend them, and I wish I had never used them to begin with.
You had saline implants 6 years ago and came to us. You needed a mastopexy snd wanted silicone implants. We DO NOT take insurance and we gave you a greatly discounted price for gummy bear implants. You Never had this surgery. So why a 1 star review? Because we don’t take insurance? Why were we lost? Dr.Stone did a very thorough examination no charge plus he spent a lot of time with you

Great staff! Dr. Kinal is Amazing I recently had a tummy tuck and lipo and he went above and beyond my expectations! He really knows what looks good on your body. I asked for him to give me a smaller waist and a flat tummy and to top it off without me having to ask he gave me a lil butt lift with no need for fat transfer I love my results! Even though I’m still a lil swollen I still look 10 times better thanks to Dr. Kinal. And he is so sweet as well.

This is an amazing place. My first consultation went great, the doctor explain to me throughly about the different procedures available and advice me about the best procedure for me. I ended up choosing saline becuase the incision is thru the belly and is not noticeable. It's been 5 years since I got them and there has been no issues or ruptures with my implants.

Before I came to Boris cosmetics both my older sisters were patients of Dr. Boris and all three of us couldn’t be happier with our results. We all had rhinoplasties with Dr. Boris (some strong nose genes in our family), both my sisters had flawless nose jobs but I can’t say my path was as smooth however I’m grateful to have gone through the struggle with Boris cosmetics. I had a severe scar tissue growth after surgery which in an area such as the nose causes the after surgery results to be altered. The team at Boris cosmetics made the experience very comforting. Dr. Boris himself assured me that he wouldn’t let me leave an unhappy patient and that was the truth, he didn’t give up on my nose and after quite a bit of time and effort I finally have a nose I’m not shy of anymore. His team of amazing nurses like Olga, who is the sweetest woman you will ever meet, and their front office employees like Katie who always greet you so kindly make you feel like you’re part of the Boris Cosmetics family from the minute you walk through the door. After surgery you will have 1-2 follow ups because they want to make sure that all their patients are happy patients and you are healing correctly, and if you’re not like I wasn’t then the team actually does something about it and they don’t just leave you unhappy. Several other people in my family have had rhinoplasties with other doctors and I can assure you that their experiences were not as pleasant as mine. I highly recommend coming to Boris Cosmetics for any procedure be it big or small because their team is not only sweet but also highly experienced.

There is always a chance saline implants deflate. Can also be 30 years later. The company provides 2,not one free implant. Is this 1 star because of a defective implant? That problem has Nothing to do with the surgeon or the office

I had my tummy done in this clinic of the famous Boris, and they left me horrible, my navel was left bad, a horrible, thick scar on one side, they cut a lot of skin and the wound did not close for more than 3 months, my experience was unpleasant, they promised to fix it and they did nothing, they just left me waiting, emotionally I am bad, because I was worse than before the surgery, my stretch marks looked prettier. ???????????? BAD CLINIC, BAD EXPERIENCE, MY TUMMY ORRIBLE SURGERY, THE BELLY TOO UGLY, MY SCAR VERY BIG, THEY PROMISED TO FIX IT BUT JUST PLAYED WITH MY EMOTIONAL FEELINGS,THEY LET ME WAITING TWO TIMES!!

As a guy, it's a little intimidating to go into an office where there's nothing but ladies but the office made me feel really welcome and made me validate me coming in. I had some botox and juvederm done to help with the lines where I smile and my forehead too. Being a rookie at this, I really didn't know how to go about it and the girls who helped me explained every stage and what I would expect.
