I've been coming here for over 10 years. Have had an implant, several root canals, and many crowns. This place is amazing. Great prices and Dr. Diana is my favorite dentist of all time. Very gentle and listens to my concerns. Dr. Enrique is amazingly quick and does root canals with great skill. The atmosphere here is always fun (although I don't always know what is fun). Seems to be a well run business. Jacqueline always greets us with sincere hospitality. It might be weird but I sometimes look forward to getting dental work done, because I know I get to go to Baja Dental!!

Over the last severalnyeara, my entire family has been cared for by this dental team. This wouldn't be possible if it weren't for their high standard care they show. From having 8am appointments/providing cold water/giving suggestions of where or what to eat locally-to explaining in English or Spanish your procedure, costs break down or after-care instructions. They aren't there to try to swindle you or rush you out! You are NOT losing out by searching for more cost effective care here! You ARE gaining peace of mind and better oral health.

I thought I need to share an experience I had while getting a tooth pulled at BC dental. I would up getting transferred from Algodones across border in ambulance to Yuma regional Went in with molar pain. Lady dentist took xrays of area,diagnosed wrong molar. Said I need root canal, gave me 3 injections into that molar. Specialist came in, said she diagnosed wrong. Specialist said its the back lower molar, prepare it , by removing crown which is cracked. So she gave me 3 more anthesia injections on that back molar, removed crown. Different Specialist a young man arrived , said molar needs to be pulled. Apparently the anthesia didn't work, so he gave me 3 or 4 more injections. The woman dentist didn't tell him she had already given me 6 injections. She had left to attend to another patient. After tooth was pulled, I passed out shortly afterwards. They took me in wheel chair through streets to dr who checked my heart, they called ambulance. Mexican ambulance never showed up, they pushed me to border crossing. American ambulance took me to Yuma Regional. 16000 in costs to me. The Mendeville family who owns BC dental clinics and pharmacy refused to pay anything

I've been researching and Googling for a few months trying to figure out which dental business to choose in this area. There are so many and it is quite overwhelming. Received a personal referral and went with it. It turned out to be the right choice. Had X-rays, 3 extractions, impressions made and a partial fitted and inserted for a most reasonable price. And all in one day! Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They all worked their behinds off every minute I was there, which was the entire day. They answered my questions and treated me like family. It's incredible what they accomplish every day working in such a tiny place. We’re sorry to read about your wrongful impressions about our service.
To clarify, as soon you came into our premises, we treated you with the highest welcoming attitude, respect, and courtesy, as we usually do for all of our patients.
Your appointment was set originally for 10:00 am and you showed five minutes before 9 am. We politely clarified for your awareness, however for your convenience we reschedule it for 9:00 am, immediately you aggressively threatened us verbally and pointing your finger at us stating in your own words that we are not the only clinic in Los Algodones. You continued to complain and argue when we politely asked you to fill out your medical history, which is a universal practice in all medical offices.
During your brief presence in the waiting area, you showed yourself very impatient while only waiting 3 minutes before the doctor called you in.
You decided to walk out our premises, we never denied any type of service to you.
As we walked outside the clinic to look for you, you offensively raised your middle finger to our receptionist. Everything is taped on our inside and outside cameras, as well, have many witnesses of your misconduct.
We do not deserve either this type of treatment from any person. It was a very undeserving way for us as service providers to have been treated unfairly for something we did not even did.

I have been to several dentist in the past 25 years for pain in the upper left quatrant. Had a tooth pulled , a bridge put in, several root canals. My husband was getting implants so I decided to have Dr. Diane at Baja Dental check me and within a few minutes she was done. She adjusted my bite by taking off just a little of the top of 2 teeth on the bottom.. I told her it felt better and within a few days the pain was gone. It has been at least 6 months now and no pain at all. Dr Diane is my angel! My husband's implants look great.
