Having lipoatrophy occur many years ago, I've had a long relationship with Dr. Casavantes, and in recent years with Dr. Morales. Both of these doctors listen very carefully, look at photos when helpful, and address my ongoing facial concerns. As I am now a youthful senior, the need for PMMA is ongoing. Their expertise is excellent, developed over a long time of helping many. In the rare instance of needing post procedure guidance, they provided advice and counseling. I hope to keep visiting Tijuana and continue working with Dr. Morales, and wish the best to Dr. C in retirement.

First time I went to an appointment in Tijuana and sadly they changed my appointment 4 times and when I went they told me that my 4:30 appointment was not available. They told me that because the Dr. was no longer available, he could not see me. The truth is that it is very clear that the Dr. was there, they just wanted to leave or they scheduled everything wrong. First, they said the Dr. couldn't be there and then he was not there. I never received a call from them. What they wanted was to go home early. There were like 5 girls there, one on the phone, another on the computer, and the rest on the gossip. Terrible service! I ask those in charge of the clinic that if they continue with those girls, they will lose many clients! ?Talk to them for the good of the clinic.

I've been going to this dermatology for about 6 months now and the results have been second to none. Reason for my visits were due to acne/acne scars, I've battled through acne for over 10 years. the staff is rude, I got fillers few years ago with them, I had to get 2 mastectomies to get the fillers out as they got lumpy and unattractive.
