Novadent Dental Clinic is awesome! They clearly communicated from start to finish with complete transparency through email, telephone calls, website services listed costs, and in person. All the Dentists that worked on me seemed to focus on their specialties. Throughout the procedures, there was a translator if I had extensive questions. Everyone was extremely professional: Front desk, dentists, assistants, translator! Now the good stuff, my 2 dental implants in January healed extremely well, with little inflammation after the procedure. It was a far better experience than I received than another one I had elsewhere over 10 yrs ago! The dentists at Novadent were extremely gentle performing the work, with checking in on my well being and comfort throughout the procedures. When I returned earlier this month to complete, I also had decided to have a smile makeover on my front teeth with Zirconia crowns. Once again, the Dentist was efficient, gentle and communicated throughout the procedure. I had a day to rest, and returned for the placement of my new smile and abutments on implants. This practice was tremendously helpful from beginning to end. From answering all my questions and getting direct answers and setting everything up for us to make an easy transition, to even providing transportation from and to the airport. They were most accommodating with any request we had and any question asked was answered fully. The doctors were amazing. We unfortunately were surprised by some extra charges for additional work that needed to be done, but I myself was confident that the work needed to be done in order to get the best outcome. The clinic is clean and all equipment is up to date with the latest technology which is very comforting. Most of all I commend Mary Valencia. She made this process seamless from the first call to our last ride to the airport. She is very knowledgeable of all the procedures and was always able to answer my many, many questions openly, honestly, intelligently with no hesitation. Seeing nearly all 5 star reviews on Google made me a bit leery, but believe me they are real and justified. All of the dentists and support staff were absolutely wonderful. Very courteous, listened to my concerns, had state-of-the-art equipment, and seemed genuinely interested in my dumb ‘old man’ stories. A pretty young dentist picked me up in Yuma and drove me across the border to their office every day. The work was top-notch and very reasonably priced. I had 3 crowns, a bridge, a root canal, and a partial denture done for the price of what my dentist in Spokane Washington wanted for 1 root canal and 1 crown. Would absolutely recommend Novadent to anyone.

I have only good things to say about my experience with Novadent. They respond quickly to both phone calls and emails. All of my questions were answered before I arrived and that's one of the main reason I chose them. After my initial consultation Dr Sergio clearly communicated what my options were. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being "sold" on the plan. He recommended treatment that was in my best interest. I'm very happy with the results. I had a tooth pulled, a sinus lift, two implants and 4 crowns replaced. The rest of the staff were all friendly and efficient. They had someone pick me up at my hotel in Yuma and take me back every day. I really felt like they were looking after me.

My wife and I needed a lot of dental work, like implants, bone grafts, root canals, and fillings. We live in Nevada, and all of the quotes we got were ridiculously high and to be honest many of the reviews were horrible, that shows you how much the medical system is failing us in the US, so we started looking for alternatives, so googling stuff, looking on Reddit and Tripadvisor and stuff like that. After weeks of research and reading reviews, we’ve picked NovaDent. We’ve now been to Novadent three times over the past year, and I can confidently say this has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The team at NovaDent is incredibly professional, caring, and honest. One thing that really stood out to me is that they are not salesy, there’s no pressure to get unnecessary procedures. They take pride in their work, and it shows. For example, during one of our visits, they noticed a small gap between the crown of the implant and the gum. Without me asking, they decided to remake it because they wanted it to look and fit perfectly, that would’ve never happened in the US lol, the issue wasn’t even their fault; it was the lab’s mistake. That kind of commitment to quality and patient care is rare, and my experience nonexistent in the US. The clinic is very clean, and they accept credit cards, which is great. It’s also a family-owned business, which I appreciate because they take real responsibility for their work. If something ever goes wrong, you’re dealing with people who genuinely care—not a faceless corporation. During my visits, I met many other patients from the U.S., some of them flew in all the way from the Northeast just to get their dental work done here. It’s not just about lower prices (though the savings are great). The quality is top-notch. For example, the implant I received was done with the same brand and model they use in the U.S., all of their fillings as well, but with more care and attention. The lower price comes down to factors like fewer middlemen, their education is not as expensive, but it is as good if not better, no insurance company taken a cut and lower operational costs—not a drop in quality. We were searching for a dental office we could trust long-term, and Novadent is exactly that. If you’re considering going, I highly recommend it. You’ll get excellent care, honest treatment, and great value. My wife and I had a fantastic experience, and I’ve already recommended Novadent to several people. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to go for it—you won’t regret it!

My trip to Novadent was great. They picked us up right after we walked across the border and brought us to the office. The office is clean and cozy and they made me feel welcome. We showed up an hour early and they still saw me immediately after I finished my intake paperwork. I had been told by a US dentist that I NEEDED a deep clean and that itd be a 2 day process and cost $900. I told my dentist Dr. Aranza, that I was considering a clean or a deep clean depending on the price. (It's $75-$150 per quadrant) She inspected my mouth and determined I only needed a regular cleaning and I went with that. She spent about 50 minutes on me and I was only charged $50. I had a great experience at Novadent and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had upper implants. The Doctors and staff where fantastic. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. The equipment they use is state of the art. And there prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this Dentist.

I went to Novadent clinic with my husband that needed major work and I found that the doctors and staff were very professional, welcoming and attentive. After the first visit, seeing the wonderful work they did with my husband , the next day I decided to schedule myself an appointment. As I am scared of dentists, Maria at the front desk accommodated me right away and was very nice about answering all the questions and concerned I had. She is also very funny ? which put me at ease and gave me courage to sit in the chair . I am from NW Canada and had two front teeth break. Needing implants I started the journey of implants in my hometown but found that earliest to get CONSULTATION was Aug 27 from multiple clinics (and a $2-400 fee to start). Started asking around and found multiple acquaintances who had gone to Algodones for work. After much review of websites I inquired of 3 and after fabulous customer service interaction with Novadent I took them up on their offer. I am SO HAPPY I did that as from the moment I arrived at the border they made me feel welcome and appreciated. Walking in the clinic I was happily welcomed with state of art equipment, caring and competent people and a spotless clinic. 4 hours later with a dental cat scan, a 3d scan, an exam, a cleaning, a filling, and 2 implants and a temporary crown I walked back to my hotel and had supper! No pain killers required. Went back following morning to adjust temporary crown and drove back to phoenix to go home. Gotta go back for final crowns in 4 months to finish this off. I would recommend them highly as I chatted with some of the other clients in the waiting area who were as impressed and satisfied as I was.

They also have an excellent root canal specialist on call as well - that team was literally as good as the McLaren PitStop Crew! I visited this clinic on January 6th, 2024. I STRONGLY recommend this company! I was having a toothache and called this company because I had seen that they had good reviews and they were open Saturday afternoon. They agreed to see me the same day and I was able to get my wisdom tooth removed! The price was very reasonable and they even offered to pick me up from the border in case I had any issues getting to the dental clinic because I was commuting from Yuma,AZ. I couldn't recommend this place more. Dr. Mejia and his staff are the friendliest people in dentistry, and will gladly help calm your nerves. They are all gentle and caring, and Dr Mejia work is fantastic. They will accommodate your needs, and listen to what you have to say. They keep me extra numb and calm. I've had 3 crowns and 4 fillings from them and don't have a single complaint.

I can not say enough positive things about having my dental work done with Novadent. I did the search online and made the best choice and am so happy.i had been told from my US dentist I needed to have my 4front lower teeth pulled and a bridge made. So with this information I expected to hear the same but was happily surprised. I was asked if I wanted to save my teeth and opt for a tissue graft. I definitely wanted to keep my teeth but didn't know it was an option. So I had the procedure done and yes painful but so worth it!!!
