I felt safe because there was a Japanese person at the reception.❣️I changed to this dentist from another dentist, but the equipment and machines are new and they are used to working with children, so I was able to take X-rays even at the age of 4. Even my husband, who is busy with work, is able to make reservations early in the morning, which is helpful. I would like to continue going there with my family in the future!

I found an amazing dentist here in the U.S. If I have any regrets, it’s that I didn’t meet them sooner! All of the staff members are warm and truly empathetic toward their patients. The doctor is both meticulous and efficient in treatment. I saw the staff carefully cleaning every corner of the room, which was very impressive. This is a dentist I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Talked me through each portion of my cleaning and offered helpful pointers for my dental home care. Melissa is gentle, caring & knowledgeable- by far, the best hygienist I have had. Plans are to stay on my 3 mth maintenance schedule with Melissa & of course, Dr Leedy. I must also give a shout out to the administrative staff. I visited Dr. Leedy’s office this morning for my first cleaning and check-up. The entire team, led by Dr. Leedy, was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The state-of-the-art equipments ensured my comfort throughout the process. Impressively, they identified concerns with a root canal treatment I had received years ago at another practice, which I wasn’t aware of. They took ample time to walk me through a comprehensive treatment plan until I fully understood it. Highly recommend!

I don’t think there are adequate words to express how highly I think of this practice. Every single person that works there is so kind, educated, and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable and supported and they treat you like family. After cracking my tooth and finding out that I needed a root canal and a crown, they helped calm me down and answer any and all questions I had. I was terrified for the root canal but it went better than I could have imagined. There was never a time I was uncomfortable or felt any pain, and Dr. Leedy made sure to consistently check in with me. They’ve also been extremely flexible in working with me to get appointments moved up, around, etc. to accommodate me and help me get back to normal quicker! Carol at the front desk has continued to preemptively check with my insurance on every thing I’ve needed, and has made the process so much easier for me (someone who is very confused by insurance requirements) to understand. Whitney, Cameron, and Alyssa (I hope I have all of their names right) have all made me feel so comfortable when they’ve worked on my teeth, and they made me want to be their best friend. I hope I never have to go to another dentist.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Leedy for a while and I can’t say enough good things about his practice and his team. Hubby had a tooth break in the evening and was in significant pain (7-8 on the pain scale) I called the office and left a message for Dr Leedy, in spite of it being after 8 pm Dr. Leedy returned my call immediately and agreed to see him the next day even though the office would be closed. Dr. Leedy examined his tooth and found the tooth was infected. Since the office was closed and there weren’t any assistants available he was only able to treat the infection.

Dr. Leedy is the most caring and trustworthy dentist I have ever met! I had a pain from the tooth that root canal was done by a different dentist 4 years ago. I went to see another dentist recently but could not find anything wrong…I was referred to Dr. Leedy and he found a file in my root that was accidentally left from the root canal treatment. It was causing the infection. I could get all shook up with the news but was able to stay calm because Dr. Leedy and Mai spent time to explain the situation and what he could do to help me. Mai followed up with me next day to help me understand the steps with timeline and maximize my insurance benefits for the treatment. Most importantly nobody in Dr. Leedy’s office pushed me to make an appointment or tried to sell me anything. We recently visited Dr. Leedy to get a second opinion for our children (6-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter). My son has a dental phobia due to previous treatment at another dentist's office. Dr. Leedy and his entire team made them feel deeply relaxed and comfortable throughout the consultation by talking to them and creating a positive environment where we could feel just being there. Dr. Leedy’s second opinion confirmed the first doctor’s diagnosis and treatment plan. We visited the office just to get a second opinion but ended up making an appointment for kids’ treatment. My son, in particular, felt very comfortable in the office, and he said Dr. Leedy’s office is better than the old one. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Leedy, especially if you have a dental phobia.

Dr. Nathaniel Leedy is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone who suffers from anxiety too visit this practice. He was extremely dismissive of my concerns and refused to take my anxiety seriously. Dr. Leddy treated me in an extremely condescending manner. Anyone with anxiety related to dental procedures should avoid unless they want to gaslit and talked down to.

I'm not good at dentists, but the staff here are all friendly and very helpful. He kindly cared for me when I was nervous and made me feel at ease. They also provided guidance and explanations in Japanese, which was very helpful. The hospital is very clean and comfortable. I thought the facilities were great as well. UPDATE: Recently completed extensive dental work resulting in a partial that feels very comfortable. Then, unexpectedly needed a root canal and crowns. I was in the chair for 4-1/2 hours (not sedated) and had only one "flinch" of pain (2 on a scale of 5) which was taken care of immediately. Amazing attentive/caring dentist and office staff. Just the best! Great office experience with ALL staff... plus if staff forgets ask for: headphones with choice of music, pillow, warm blanket!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Leedy for years, we followed him from his north Raleigh office to his new Cary location. It's now over a 30 minute drive but absolutely worth it. Over the years we have had a lot of dental work done by many different dentists, hands down Dr. Leedy is the best. He is so gentle you can't even feel him working. For years I didn't get numb for fillings, it just didn't work on me. Every dentist I saw either didn't believe me or didn't have any alternative suggestions. Dr. Leedy tried multiple combinations until he found one that worked, for the first time in almost 50 years I can have dental work done without pain. He is not 'filling happy' like some dentists we have seen who will drill into a tooth at the slightest questionable spot, he is more likely to watch that tooth for a few months than put a filling in when it might not be necessary. Dr. Leedy and his entire staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and provide the best care possible. No one likes going to the dentist, but I can honestly say each visit is a pleasant experience. I can't say enough good things about this office, if you are looking for a new dentist come here.

I highly recommend Dr. Leedy. He takes good care of my entire family. My oldest daughter (8) has a huge fear of needles and doctors usually take forever to get it done. I was amazed that Dr. Leedy and his team made her feel relaxed and she was able to get it done so quickly with no tears! I found out that I had more dental problems than my daughters but he took time to explain to me the problems and his treatment plan, and most importantly Dr. Leedy never pushed me to make another appointment. Dr. Leedy and his staff are amazing. Michelle is a joy and Nancy at the front is so kind! Definitely highly recommend this office! They get the job done and they do it well & effortlessly!

Dr. Leedy and his staff are terrific. I am slightly phobic about dental pain, and they provide excellent care with up-to-date treatments and tools, pain-free. From the blankets they offer to relax you to the options they provide for sedation, the warmth and delicate touch of the hygienists, and the kindness of the staff -- they are outstanding. And they are careful, thorough and extremely skilled. My genetics are really bad for oral health (my mother and grandparents all lost most of their teeth); Dr. Leedy's office is keeping me healthy and strong.

I'm very fortunate to have discovered Dr. Leedy's dental practice. I had always been very uncomfortable with dental procedures, and I never could have imagined that I could be so at ease and relaxed as I am whenever I come here. Dr. Leedy explains procedures and problems thoroughly, and he's always gentle, calm, and energized when working. His staff are not only sweet and loving, but also top-notch dental professionals. They are all some of the most non-judgmental health care workers I have met. I feel confident that they are advocates and partners in my overall health. I would recommend their practice to anyone reluctant to go to the dentist if you just need a little extra TLC to help you through.

Dr Leedy took over the practice from Dr Rushin and he is just as fantastic! The rest of the office’s staff is the same. I have a lot of dental anxiety and they always make me feel so comfortable. I won’t go anywhere else!
