Don’t let yourself be deceived by this poor business professionalism and misleading social media ads about Invisalign. They promise to charge you around $3000 for a treatment. As you start to inquire, it goes to about $4250 and then they say retainers are not included and they’ll explain in the appointment. They rescheduled the appointment they have chosen the time for (the previous day). I went a week later and as I was 5-10 mins late, driving 1 hour from San Francisco + 1 hour back, they refused to see me. They made me waste my time filling up forms, spending money on gas and making me drive for 1 hour each way. Run away from them. It’s a SCAM.

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a decade before going in to Dr. Mahsa’s office, and it was the most wonderful experience! She and her staff were all super kind and welcoming. I ended up having two small cavities and recently got them filled here as well. I hadn’t had a cavity before in my life so it was a little daunting; however, the staff made it easy for me. The first one I couldn’t feel at all, and when I felt some discomfort on the second one, she immediately stopped and made sure I had a little more local anesthesia so that I wasn’t in pain or discomfort again. 10/10 all around!

I love how they explain every step of the way to him and show him the 'fun' tools they use. Very bad experience with administrative staff. Doctor and Hygienist were really good. Took my wife (28w expecting) for minor tooth discomfort. There is small parking spot near the office, if it is full you have to park on neighbouring street (white oaks) and walk to the office. Wife had trouble walking due to pregnancy , while walking received a call that our appointment was cancelled because we were 2mins late and have to come back later. On top of that, they wont open door to discuss it with you. I called them again and told about the situation and they said there is nothing they can do and have to come back later. I was not happy about the way situation was handled. I have removed my family from this dentistry due this experience.

Went to have a bridge done by Dr. Masha Esfandiari. She had to send a impression of my teeth to have the bridge molded and sized. It took a month to receive the permanent bridge and when I came in to my appointment excited to get the temporary off and receive the permanent it came as a surprise the color of the permanent bridge was popcorn yellow and significantly different than my off white natural teeth. Sadly I had to refuse to accept the permanent and had them send it back for a better color match. Waited another three weeks for the new bridge to arrive with it's color match and again disappointed and since it was still very yellow and did not match the surrounding teeth. Unfortunately I had been wearing the temporary now for 2 months so I took the loss paid $3,000 for this bridge and have been wearing a permanent bridge with a mismatched cc colored bridge. The dentist got paid her full amount she charges yet I got a ugly bridge I probably should have just went to Western dental I've had better experiences with them and that's a sad comparison be considered getting the quality of dental work.

The actual visit was equally easy and the good vibes around the office was passed from staff to Doctor to patient and all the way back again. Very unprofessional. The RDA was unprepared for the appointment. She did not review the patient file to know what needed to be done. She became very frustrated with us as a result and I believe that is where the issues began. After that, the RDA was extremely rude and broke HIPAA protocol. My daughter's needs were never considered. She was never asked what her needs were yet she was told that because she was 18, she shouldn't need her mother. The RDA, who is cold and gruff in demeanor told my daughter that she knows what is best for my daughter and that I do not. My daughter took that as an insult to us both. My daughter felt disrespected and too embarrassed to speak. My daughter was in tears when we got to the car. They also recommended a $7k, pre-benefits, 6-month, solution which was in turn achieved in 5 weeks by an orthodontist for $800, pre-benefits. My daughter simply wanted to remove a slight gap between her two front teeth. The Dentist was recommending a solution to move multiple teeth with little to no focus on the gap. When asked about the gap, the Dentist seemed to have forgotten and then said that it probably wouldn't be fixed. Up to that day, our entire family went to this practice for dental care. We were always happy with the regular routine cleanings. It is very unfortunate that the practice refuses to take responsibility for for what transpired. I would not recommend this dental practice.

All I want is a "GENERAL CLEANING", I called to make a appoitment for general cleaning, after X-ray and evaluation, Dr. Mahsa proposed to have the "deep cleaning", and it's like routine advice from every dentist, I used to it and not even supprised. but when I replied I don't want 'deep cleaning' this time, can I just have the general cleaning today? she refused. I was so shocked that I never saw a dentist like this. All the dentist I saw before would suggested you to do the deep cleaning, but when you say no, they will still do the general cleaning. In here, I feel so treaten and uncomfortable for people to push me doing something I don't like. Besides, general cleaning is not conflict with deep cleaning, it doesn't mean if I did the general cleaning this time, then it will hurt my teeth/gum, or I can't do the deep cleaning ever after. What I feel right now is someone is so greedy and unrespected people.

I’m brand new to this dental office and I have been impressed from the day I inquired through my insurance. Setting up and enrollment was real fast and easy and done through an online form from my phone. The staff is incredibly nice and comforting at every visit. They are up to date with technology not only for the dental equipment but their follow up and communication. I love this office! I commute over the hill to come here. The staff here are always warm and welcoming, and acknowledge that you’re a human and allow for breaks during fillings and cleanings. It also feels super nice that they seem to recognize me when I call or arrive for an appointment. The prices are fair, even when I didn’t have dental insurance, Dr. Mahsa had one of the better pricing systems. (I started coming here after a dental emergency, and found Dr. Mahsa was a much lower cost than Western Dental.)They also offer plans that you can buy into monthly which is great if you don’t have good insurance. I also really liked the eco-friendly wooden toothbrush provided in my goodie bag. Overall highly recommend this office for your dental care!

I highly recommend Dr.Mahsa and her team. From the front desk, to dental hygienist everyone is efficient. From scheduling to my experience at the appointment was amazing. Dr. Mahsa is very hands on and doesn’t shy away from taking your temperature at the reception (as part of Covid protocol) as her front desk was attending to a call. She welcomed me with a smile and stepped in to help the front desk. I found that very endearing and I have never seen that at any other doctor’s/dentist appointment :). She explained the process at the onset of the appointment. They did not keep me waiting. My time was effectively utilized and my whole experience was satisfying. During the process and at the end, the hygienist and the Dr. Mahsa explained the next steps and set the expectations which made the whole process a breeze. At the end my expenses, insurance coverage and future appointments all were explained well by her office staff. Taking appointments is also very easy. As I said earlier, I highly recommend this establishment.

I feel that the lady on the phone was abrupt and cuts me off when speaking. The hygenest needs to not have the patient hold tools suction wand she needs an assistant for this. I had many very traumatic experiences at dental offices. It got to the point where I developed a severe anxiety and phobia of the dentist to the point where I can’t physically drive myself to the dentist. But because it’s been about a year since my last dental check up which was not a good experience for me at all. I decided to do my homework this time and not just look up the closest contracted dentist with my dental insurance. I was really tired of looking. I honestly forgot how I actually found her but I saw an ad that she was an Invisalign dentist so I looked her up on yelp and even searched a little into her background (at least what I could find online) so I decided to send a request for a consult. Haidee (hope that’s how she spells her name sorry if it’s not) contacted me and was very understanding of my past dental traumas. She explained that the office was pretty much staffed with friends. Everyone was friend in and out of the office and that the dentist and everyone I would need to see would explain everything before they do anything and they would move at whatever pace I feel comfortable with going in. So today I had my first appointment and I’m definitely impressed. I was still very nervous and had a ton of anxiety but I think with time and more visits it will get easier and easier. I would definitely recommend Dr Esfandiari to my friends and family. All of her staff are super friendly and have tons of patience and even Dr Esfandiari herself.

My temporary crown became loose and they were able to get me in quickly and around my schedule. When I called, they knew who I was and were very personable. I like that they take extra COVID-19 precautions, such as having me answer a questionnaire prior to arriving, taking my temperature before I enter the building, sanitizing everything I've been in contact with, in room air purifier, mouth rinse, and hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving. I felt comfortable knowing that they've done this for patients prior to my visit. Dr. Esfandiari and her staff are great. If I have any questions regarding my treatment, they answer it during the time of my visit. If I have any questions regarding my insurance coverage, they answer it completely. She also lets me know which treatment options, if any, are available. All in all, I really like them. Dr. E does quality work and explains ahead of time what she will be doing. She and her staff makes me feel comfortable, as they know that I feel anxious and a visit to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do.

I am new to the area and this was my first time meeting Dr. Esfandiari and group. I chose this group because of their high quality Yelp reviews, and I felt comfortable with my choice after interacting with the excellent staff over the phone making my appointment and answering my questions. Today at the office everyone was very warm and welcoming, and Dr. Esfiandiari and her aid were very gentle, explained to me what she was going to do at each step, and checked in with me often as I was nervous/anxious. Additionally, they used a specialized hand-held X ray that delivered a smaller beam with 1/4 the standard radiation exposure. I will be returning in the future, will be recommending to friends and family, and do give the whole group a 5/5 rating.

I scheduled an appointment with Doctor Mahsa because I've had some tooth pain. The receptionist was genuinely so kind and sympathetic and made an appointment for me right away. I had my appointment this morning and I explained some of my fear of dental work to Doctor Mahsa. She was incredibly kind and gentle with me. She went over everything that she found and explained why I was having the issues that I was. I am so relived, and have a follow up appointment to get my tooth taken care of. I also want to note that they took extreme precautions to make the office Covid safe. Each room had an air purifier, everything was completely sanitized, they provided a mask for me before I even went in, and asked that I stay in my car until my appointment time, avoiding hanging out in the waiting room. I felt completely safe. Her entire team and staff were dressed and masked, and they took all of the appropriate precautions. I am so grateful to have found Doctor Mahsa and her whole team!

Really positive experience as far as dental experiences go! My tech was thorough and asked me not just about my teeth but about my jaw comfort as well. She’s actually the first person to mention to me that my tonsils might need to be looked at, which I appreciate and I’m going to follow up on with a GP. Dr. Mahsa was very pleasant and informative. Everyone went out of their way to offer me tricks and deals for affording my dental care (broke college kid). All around good care!

I have recently moved to this area and finally could get round to do the teeth cleaning. I called quite a few places, but either I had to leave a message or none picked up the phone. When I called Soothing Dental, Heidi, the front desk, talked to me and scheduled me an appointment right away. When I showed up at the office, I filled out the forms and got seen almost immediately. Sonia was my hygienist, who was gentle, kind, and communicative. Dr Jaquery complimented me on my well taken care of teeth and helped me with my gum recession treatment. So I am going to do more treatment here. The whole experience was rather pleasant and smooth.

Check in was a breeze and I was brought to the exam room in a timely manner. Julio, the DA, was very friendly and worked efficiently. I hate the dentist, and so even though I know it's easier and better to just go get a cleaning every 6 months, I wait and wait. This time I waited until my molars on one side started feeling uncomfortable. I got the routine x-rays and was told I needed the dreaded deep cleaning. Since it had been a while since my last one, I went ahead and got it done. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience at all. I liked that they went over the cost with me before my procedure. I hate when you get work done, and later you get a huge bill. I also appreciated that I was told what was being done to my teeth each step of the way. I have to go back tomorrow for deep cleaning on my other side, and I am less afraid now.

Dr May has been my primary dentist for over 30 years and I have always received the best of care. I am happy to say that the level of patient care has continued with Dr Ganji of Soothing Dental. Dr Ganji and the staff are always professional and treat me with the utmost of respect. I highly recommend Dr. Greg Ganji. I was absolutely amazed how he handle my 6 year old daughter Harper. My child is very nervous and scared of getting a shot. So we had to encourage her and tell her you won't be getting any shots the dentist is just going to clean your teeth. So when we realized she had a cavity on the surface of her permanent molar, we were nervous to move forward. At first thought we were going to make an appointment with a pediatric dentist because of all the toys, iPads, fun distractions, and laughing gas they do before giving a child a shot. Dr. Greg Ganji was so sweet and calm with Harper that she had complete trust in him. Dr. Ganji mentioned to us privately that he could take care of Harper's cavity. I responded, "I'm apprehensive about her getting a shot and traumatizing her. I thought maybe we should take her to a pediatric dentist so they could give her laughing gas. Will you be giving her laughing gas or a shot? Dr. Greg Ganji said, no I won't be needing it. Bring her back to the room and you could be there with her. Oh my gosh, I was so scared for her but He was so confident and professional it was comforting, so we followed. Dr. Ganji explained to Harper ever step before he proceeded. He spoke to her in a simple way that she actually gave him permission to proceed to the next step. It was absolute brilliance! He told her, oh you have sugar bugs on your teeth can I remove them for you? Each step Harper said yes. And it was amazing to watch him file her teeth without a shot or laughing gas. She had no idea what he was doing. Dr. Ganji was so gentle and smooth it was a perfect symphony. A short 20 minutes later her cavity was removed and filled. I can't express enough how patient and professional he was. In all fairness, Dr. Ganji said, because Harper's cavity was a surface cavity I was able to take care of it, If it had been something more serious I would have referred you out to a pediatric dentist. I am very pleased, everyone was amazing and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Greg Ganji and his staff at Soothing Dental.

I took my daughter to Soothing Dental in Los Gatos due to the excruciating pain she felt when all 4 of her wisdom teeth began growing; they took her right in after filling out all the paper work and they helped her with the pain and we were able to book an appointment to remove them soon after! Did you know a pizza burn on the roof of your mouth can get infected and cause half of it to swell up? I didn't! I tried to schedule an emergency dental appointment with the Sunnyvale office that I normally go to, they told me they were booked up and couldn't see me until two days later. They referred me to this office, where I was able to get appointment immediately. I rushed to the office and was immediately seen by Dr. Ganji and his excellent assistant Julio. Dr. Gangi was amazing. He was patient, thorough, and explained the different possibilities and options to me as we move forward. He was a professional on every level and really made me feel informed. Extra shout-out to Heidi at the desk! She was very nice and good at her job. :) Everything I could ask for from a visit to the dentist, really.

Dr. May's exam was the most thorough dental exam I've ever had. He assessed tooth health and mobility, gum health, bone health, past dental work and current life information that may affect my needs and goals for treatment. He uses state of the art digital xrays that reveal detailed imagery unlike any usual dental xrays I've ever seen. His dental assistant was knowledgeable, very positive and patient with me. She was also rigorous in obtaining the clearest images for Dr. May to read. They both shared information with me very clearly. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling well cared for and respected.
