We had an amazing experience at this dental office! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They made my 4-year-old daughter feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire visit. The personal was gentle, caring, and took the time to explain everything in a way that my daughter could understand. Yesterday was the first time I had been to Infinity Dental. I was so impressed with the whole team. Brandi, the hygienist, was so thorough. Dr. Sobin was excellent. I had a chipped tooth New Year’s Day and sent an email to infinity. They responded the very next morning and had me in the office at 11:30 AM. I was impressed with how quickly they Were able to get me in and get my teeth taken care of, and I was even more surprised at the great prices when compared to many other dental offices and I will continue with Infinity as long as the current owners remain the same

Today I visited dental arts for dental care, and while the dentist provided excellent treatment, I was disappointed by the hygiene practices of the assistant. Her extremely long nails seemed unhygienic in a medical setting, which made me very uncomfortable during the visit. I kept on wondering how can she possibly wear gloves??? What if she just went to the restroom and I’m her next patient??? I believe this is an important area for improvement to ensure patients feel confident about cleanliness and safety.

Friendly professional staff at front with great hygienist and dentist second to none I have been too I was able to get a crown fitted and finished while there in one trip. Short notice call in for a chipped molar. They gave me an appointment next day that turned into that afternoon, due to a cancellation. The Heathers at reception did a great job communicating and explaining the whole time. This place gave me some much-needed information about the overall health of my teeth. My dental hygienist was so informative while cleaning my teeth with so much care .. She talked to me so genuinely.. It felt like I've been going there for years. I over heard my dentist and her talking about the route they would like to go for my treatment plan and it made me feel like I was in the best hands. They were very accommodating due to emergency my husband had with his broken tooth and took him immediately the same day when I called for an appointment for new patient . They were also able to fit me in for xrays and deep cleaning for me same time while taking care of my husband’s appointment which is rare for dental establishments. Do not offer anxiety medication, nor do they offer gas. Had a bonded tooth rebonded it looks worse than it did before. Now I have to have a different dentistry fix something which not only I shouldn't need, but am absolutely afraid of any dental work.

Horrible experience and would NOT recommend Infinity Dental Arts. Provided all previous dental records & X-rays weeks prior to initial appt. Went to first appt. and reminded reception not to take X-rays as it was too soon for insurance to cover. They did it anyway and tried to charge me! Told me my son had three cavities and needed them filled asap. Went to a different dentist because I felt uneasy about their practice. Turns out my son did NOT have any cavities. Thank goodness I went with my gut and got a second opinion or my son would have had 3 unnecessary fillings to deal with for the rest of his life! AVOID THIS PLACE!! SCAMMERS!

7/14: I waited about a month on my cleaning appointment and arrived 15min early. It took staff about hour and half to get my X-rays and a 5minute exam. Then I was told that I need to book another appointment for cleaning. I was surprised because that was the only reason I was there. Their books had few appointments left for this year, neither of which fit my schedule at work. I was put on a short list in case somebody cancels and received one callback to see if I can take an opening. I was unable to come in and I probably won’t be able in the future without taking more time off from work. I feel like this was waste of my time but I can’t switch to another dentist since this place did my X-rays. My experience with the dental hygienist was excellent during exam and I’m sure service would have been the same. However, it’s been 11 days and I don’t see how I’ll be able to get on their books anytime soon. Update: On 8/1 I was able to get cleaning done. I’m more than happy with the service. I’m raising my review from 2 to 4 stars.

Unfortunately, I will never return to this practice or recommend them to anyone. I went in to establish care and receive a treatment plan for upcoming work that was needed. That appointment was fine; the hygienist was gentle. I was told I needed a crown and went in for the preliminary work which ended up turning into several hours because they were understaffed. Fine. At this same appointment, however, I would not numb and complained of severe pain and sensitivity to everyone who worked on my mouth. Okay. In between that appointment and my follow up to secure the crown I was still very uncomfortable. Went back to have the crown, but prefaced with all of my same symptoms (pain, sensitivity to hot/cold, cannot eat on that side, trouble sleeping, etc.) and they proceeded to cement the crown and ignored my attempts for repair. Should’ve trusted my instincts and left beforehand. This was followed by several days of pain and discomfort and reaching out about how to remedy with no one taking me seriously or even calling me back. Terrible patient care. Finally, I received a referral for a root canal to a different provider but zero apologies for stringing me along, wasting my time, and spending over a $1000 in out of pocket and insurance money for a procedure that I should have never had. They opted to maximize financial gain over a the patients needs - unethical in my opinion. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Infinity didn’t even take the time to respond to the claim. I found a new dentist throughout who confirmed I had an infection, definitely needed the root canal from the get-go, and was shocked by the treatment I received. Go elsewhere!

Dr. Diaz and staff are wonderful. Had an extraction today, Dr. Diaz took her time, 0 pain. I’m really grateful I was recommended to go to this practice. To be honest, I have a huge fear of dentists, 50 is cost and 50 is pain and bad childhood memories. The treatment plan was reasonable because there is no upsell here with this practice. They provide you with a treatment plan that you actually need versus what they want add to make money. I will continue to recommend this practice and glad I finally found a regular practice. When you arrive at the office, you are greeted by a pleasant front desk staff. Barbara, at the front desk, is very personable and super-helpful; she makes you feel like she meets no strangers. Throughout my life I struggled to find a Dental Care office that made me feel safe and comfortable, as I've always struggled with severe anxiety. This office has definitely been just that for me! Barbara at the front desk is always very inviting and a warm welcome making talking and scheduling very easy! The hygienist Lindsay Cherry is THE BEST! Honestly couldn't describe her any better; She's extremely friendly, helping me feel comfortable sharing her personal experiences with me so I don't feel shameful or anxious about my journey, and she has an incredibly soft touch while still being able to get my mouth squeaky clean!! I had some urgent dental issues that needed care and at Infinity Dental Arts I have received great treatment. Although I was just visiting, they have treated me as if I was a lifelong patient. Just moved to the area. Have 7 peeps in my family, planned to have all start going here. I booked appt one month ago, I show up today for appt. Front desk lady says she gave my appt away. I ask for another appt. She says no. I ask to speak to someone else, she says she's it "I'm the Jack of all trades around here." Mngr is out today but doesn't matter cause what she says goes. Yeah you know who you are . The dentists if they don't know already how this women blonde "tiny", Linda trippy is, well they do now. It was pathetic.

Dr. Diaz and her adept team of dedicated specialists made a marked difference in the level of care I had been accustom to receiving at other offices. Lindsey is a brilliant hygienist, perhaps the best I've ever had in my 50 years of struggling with teeth that are very difficult to keep clean. Yesterday my dental appointment went very well. I was having pain in my lower rear tooth. They identified the area were it was painful and refilled the tooth. I am chewing without any pain with that tooth. Dr. Diaz and team did a wonderful job. Very Good ?. I went to Infinity Dental Arts for the first time this week. I was really impress with the staff members and how fast they were able to see me. The Dental Hygienist did an exceptional job on my teeth and Dr. Diaz was great as she made my experience there wonderful. I am happy to say that this is a great place to go to for my dental care.

I Ulysses Turley Jr., endured the most relaxed and comfortable time at Infinity Dental Arts yesterday on Monday, May 24th 2021. From the moment I entered the office, nothing but smiles and greetings like a welcoming committee I was amazed with that. Then to be seated and to be called right in for my appointment I thought was an automatic plus. I’m a senior citizen 68 yrs. of age and appreciate the service in which the staff rendered to me. Barbara is fantastic, she had everything out lined for me from A -Z, I found that to be impressive. The small talk and smiles really means a lot to a patient who’s feeling down and out about their smile, if you kno what I mean. It was a great up lift to see and hear what the Dr. Had in store for me. I’m very well pleased with Infinity Dental Arts, and their plan for my New Smile. We moved here last year from another city. Where we always had great teeth! As said by our previous dentist. I took a chance on this dentist office and it was horrible. My husband went an hour before me. He came out feeling weird about the whole thing. They told him he had three cavities and they were very pushy about him scheduling the fillings right away. He also said everyone was unfriendly. I went in and I got the same unfriendly vibes. The dentist hygienist did not speak to me. I'm always use to having very friendly staff and hygienist. This was unusual as my husband had said. I was newly pregnant and they gave off a vibe that they were disappointed that they could not get my x-rays. Without my x-rays they couldn't lie and say I had cavities. While I was sitting there. I heard in the next room them telling an airplane pilot that he had three cavities!! They were able to get him to fill those that day. My husband never got his so called cavities filled. We waited until our next dentist appointment a few months later and went to a NEW place that my friend had recommended. It was night and day! I love love love my new dentist office. But!!! Wait until you hear what happens...they order the x-rays my husband had done at infinity and they look at them and tell my husband his teeth look great! No cavities! We never mentioned the cavity issue while we tried out this new dentist. We were curious how they would perceive the x-rays. No cavities!! Infinity dental is out for your money and are willing to drill at ur teeth for no reason!!

A fatal experience for more than a year, I received surcharge charges that to this day I have no idea and my husband is receiving charges of 50 dollars for canceling an appointment. I came across this office while searching for a dentist in the area that accepts my coverage. The staff has been very welcoming thus far answering all of my questions and communicating frequently and professionally. I had treatment this week and am a scary person when it comes to the dentist, however Dr.Diaz and her assistant surprised me and have forever changed my outlook. Went with my kids for cleanings/exams. We moved here and needed to find a place to get started with, we did not have dental insurance yet and I wonder if that played a part in the lack of comfort we felt. We used to enjoy going to the dentist office. The dentist was dry and I felt monologued to... then we were led into the 'sales' pitch office and left with care plans that were overpriced (really the filling prices?!). Only good part was the dental hygienist who was professional and friendly! A couple of other tidbits- Xray device cover kept falling off onto the floor and tech kept re-imaging the same spot so I requested no more attempts in same spot, she finished the bite wings so we could move on. Also my kids are older and good patients but they were escorted back first, could have at least offered mom to walk with them and see where they'd be. Daughter told me later the xray tech kept shooting her in a single spot also. Was not impressed and just wanted to leave before it was even over. I'm hopeful it was just an off day for them as I do see plenty of positive reviews here. We went somewhere else and are happy.

The dentists and hygienist are great, my husband and I will not be returning after being patients for years due to the front desk staff and their bad customer service. I Don’t have time do deal with rude people who act like they don’t want to do their jobs, such as confirming insurance- my husband had an appointment a few months ago and he wasn’t seen because they didn’t confirm his insurance on time and wouldn’t do it when he got there. He basically took almost half a day off work for nothing. I requested that they confirm it and let me know so he can schedule a cleaning so this doesn’t happen again and they told me no, they won’t do it until a few days before an appointment. I’ve never been to a doctors office that didn’t confirm it when I got there. Basically it’s ok for us to Take time off work and waste our time, but they can’t spend a few minutes to do something to ensure we don’t miss our appointments with them. The front desk person wouldn’t see if there’s was a specialist closer to me that they could recommend. She told me to call my insurance-I would have done that to make sure my insurance accepted them, but it would have been nice to see if there was someone they trusted. So I had to find someone on my own. When I requested my x rays the receptionist was rude and told me that the new person I’m seeing wouldn’t be able to use them because some of what I asked for were older x rays . Maybe that could be the case, but that’s not for her to decide. This is not how you deal with people at all and they shouldn’t be denying or questioning anyone who wants their medical records. I don’t want to go somewhere and deal with rude people when I’m checking in and checking out.

Stay away from this place. Seems like the customer is not their priority, just the MONEY!!! The receptionists are both so rude, they just care about GETTING THEIR MONEY and not much about the patient. I went because I was having pain in one of my teeth that was filled, the first thing they recommended was a crown (which is a service that they provide) and I asked if a root canal would be necessary but they said NO at the time, however one month later when they used all my insurance for the crown I started to feel pain once again so I went back with them and they said, now one month later, that I need a root canal. Then I have to go to a endodontist and payed on my own for the root canal I needed they sent me back to Infinity Dental Arts to get a permanent filling and the first thing the receptionist told me was.. "you have to sign this form I asked what is it? she said well this said you are responsible for the filling then the other receptionist said well since your insurance is gone, you will need to pay us for this filling," She also said, also Since you did not go to the endodontist that we referred you to you will need to ask them for a report to see what they did and then we will complete the process." (A report just to do a permanent filling for a tooth that they worked weeks ago???) Please, this is just unacceptable considering their work.
While our office does have policies and procedures in place, patient care is our upmost focus. When a patient leaves our office before a situation is resolved, we are concerned. We would ask again that you contact our office so that we may work with you for a resolution. We look forward to the opportunity to resolve this issue together.

My teeth cleanings are THE BEST!!! I could fall asleep! Always welcoming at the front, pleasant in the chair, gentle as can be. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Had a temporary crown today and was a bit nervous, shouldn't have been. It was way less painful than I expected. I highly recommend Infinity Dental Arts. Entire family goes.

Decided to try this dentist because it was close to my house and I wish I would have never went. While I was waiting to be called back the girl kept calling for “Andrew” after maybe the 2nd or 3rd try she finally got my name correct which is “Audrey”. I finally go back to to have my routine cleaning and I think the hygienist maybe said all of 5 words to me. Then the dentist comes in and tells me I have three cavities. I am in complete shock considering the fact that I have kept up with my 6 month cleaning check ups and then I magically have 3 cavities that have appeared. Then once I was leaving they didn’t give me the baggy with the tooth brush, floss, etc. And they were being very adiment about me making my appointment THAT DAY to fill my cavities. A month or so goes by and I received a letter addressed to my MOTHER (who was not the patient) saying how the appointment still needed to be made about the cavities. And my name was also spelled wrong on my paper work that I brought home the day of my cleaning. I know all of these things are small mistakes. But considering the fact they can’t even get my name correct doesn’t give me the reassurance that they can fix my teeth.

So my last visit included the dentist telling me she was reviewing my x-rays, from 6 months ago. Apparently 6 months ago I had several cavities. It would have been nice to know that 6 months ago when they took the x-ray. She asked the tech to take x-rays of the right side of my mouth. The tech puts the bite wing on the right side, but the camera was on the left side of my face. The dentist reviews the x-ray and tells me I need to have fillings on the left side. So I ask if we're talking about the left or right side, because initially she mentioned the right side, not the left side. She and the tech go back and forth between right and left side. I told her how the tech took the x-ray. They go back & forth some more then decide it's the right side that needs fillings. How do you review x-rays 6 months later then can't figure out which side of my mouth has the cavities?Needless to say I won't be going back to that place. And definitely won't recommend it either.

There Billing Practices are suspect. They tell you what the insurance will pay and your cost, you pay them the amount that they say is due 2 or 3 months after you thought the bill was paid in full they send you a different bill with remaining balance.

I'm not a fan of visiting the Dentist. But I felt right at home with my visit. The level of customer service was awesome. From the staff up front to my dentist great smile and attention to detail. I guess you could say if your dentist doesn't have a great smile and great looking teeth you should go elsewhere lol.
