Been going here about a year & very happy! I like that they’re thorough, and unlike 1 past dentist - I don’t feel like they’re recommending procedures I don’t need just to make more $. This place has actually kind of steered me away from a procedure once already, telling me they don’t think I’m to the point where I need it & it would actually damage tooth structure… Months later & I’m happy with the recommendation to just switch toothbrush, toothpaste & mouthwash- no more pain!

The staff was really friendly and greets you with a welcome smile, courtesy and pleasantness as soon as you walk through the door. The Dentist showed me much care and compassion and assured me that he could and would resolve my dental issues. I really felt like I was in good hands. I never got this from Aspen Dental in Bridgeton. This place is where I will be going to from now on for all my dental needs. Danielle took the time and patience in resolving my dental issues and let me know if I should experience any problems or concerns to donot hesitate to call and they will always be there to help. They really care about their patients and that is a plus with me. Tamara was also very nice, presenting great customer care and also assisted me by providing me with a list of prominent dental insurance companies to sign up with to assist me with my upcoming dental cost. I just wish I had known about the this place some years ago, I could have saved myself from the lack of care, lack of compassion, the pain and the humiliation that I had to endure from my previous dentist and his staff. Thank you Soft Touch for all that you do and I will certainly be broadcasting this office to all of my family, friends and coworkers.

Long story short the rehab facility my mother is in lost her bottom dentures. I called the dentist office Andi responded said she would take care of it no problem. My Ladies at the front desk, MY Hygienist, My Dentist, (yes, I said My) ? they make a girl truly smile while there; where as most people are probably nervous about seeing the dentist.??♀️ I knew it wasn’t me because one patient was talking about her weight loss journey, makeup, and even complimented another patient waiting. I have been attending this dentist office for years. The office manager Tierra is so rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced services over the phone like this. When I questioned something and she stated it is under new management. Dr Weber is phenomenal, but she does not set forth a positive image. I have to now look for a dentist. I will not deal with attitudes from lower level staff. Soft touch has always had phenomenal staff.

I really like the staff and Everyone is super friendly. I last visited the dental office in 2020 do to Covid. Now I am able to go back. However after checking in and getting my x-rays. The dental assistant tells me they no longer expect my insurance. I was sad but more upset that she waited until after my x-rays to tell me. I had to pay out of network for only x-rays. I was very disappointed. I will find another dental office in network.

First time patient and an emergency visit on top of that. They got me as soon as the day after I called in. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They were able to figure out what was going on and gave me a referral to get my problem fixed as well as medication to take care of pain and antibiotics for swelling. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a fear of the dentist or that just needs a dentist in general. I will be back to them as a regular patient.

There is typically a substantial difference between a Black "Owned" Business that hires a "black office manager", and a White "Owned" Business that hires a "black office manager". I personally judge individuals based "ONLY" off of their "character" and not their "color", however some individuals like to mask their contempt for others behind hiring certain groups to undermined a particular group! Let me explain. If you scroll down to a review by Tammi Clemons, you will see that she complained about Tierra the office manager. I also have experienced some of the worst service from Tierra as well. Tierra is completely unprofessional, and likes to hear herself talk as if Tierra has recently made a breaking discovery that sound can be produced from her mouth! To get Tierra to stop interrupting when someone else is transmitting their information is like pulling teeth! I have put numerous complaints on Tierra to Kelsey (regional manager) and my complaints didn't appear to matter much and was disregarded. I have put in complaints to Kelsey about Tierra, along with complaints regarding what I believe is unfair business practices regarding "cancelation fees". Most people do not understand the legalities behind "cancelation fees" however I know them well. Yes, it is perfectly legal practice to charge cancellation fees however, it is "unfair" when a business claims that a call was made before the appointment in which there wasn't any calls placed and with Kelsey's confirmation the dental office had been contacting the wrong number. So, thinking that Kelsey repaired that issue, I go into the dental office 6 months later on time for a cleaning and there was a newer employee working the desk that didn't know much yet (which is reasonable) and then Tierra (Office Manager) burst in the conversation rudely informing me that I must pay $60 before I see the hygienist, I politely informed Tierra that Kelsey informed me that my account was adjusted, Tierra began to interrupt me ever time my mouth opened and I asked that she allow me to speak, Tierra didn't like that at all, then I asked for her name and Kelsey's phone number, Tierra really didn't like that, Tierra interrupted again and I informed her that "I do not want to talk to you anymore as you're too unprofessional." Tierra immediately stated that I would have to reschedule, and I asked Tierra "Are you refusing my service" Tierra stated "Yes". I left out the business immediately and called Kelsey (regional manager), I informed Kelsey of the particulars and Kelsey later informed me this verbatim "The Owner was near and heard the conversation between Tierra and I and thinks I should find another dentist office elsewhere", Kelsey also stated that "the dental hygienist stated that she is intimidated by me and doesn't want to give me service". Well, there are strict laws in place for refusal of service to avoid discrimination, and looking "intimidating" isn't covered. What looks intimidating? Is it my skin color? The word intimidating is a "collective term", so that means, elaborate on what's intimidating? Dentist come a dime a dozen and I'm not pressed to go anywhere that I'm not wanted. I have property in Ferguson and Maryland Heights and I already started going to a "BLACK OWNED" dentist prior around both areas. In Saint Louis there is a dentist on every corner like a liquor store, I won't miss any sleep nor will I shed a tear, however the bigger picture is "Refusal of service and my suspicion of unfair business practices regarding the cancellation fees". I'm giving the Attorney Generals Office a contact to see if this establishment is in compliance with State and Federal laws regarding these circumstances! Meanwhile, Christopher Webber I wouldn't step foot in "my" office, and I say "my" because my ancestors built this Country and you wouldn't even have an office if it wasn't for Foundational Black Americans! Tierra, I'm not mad at you I still love you sis, I'm disappointed in you though! Tierra, you do not have to allegedly undermined black people to show allegiance to OTHERS!

10 out of 10! Best experience ever- I had a filling replaced yesterday and was pretty anxious but Dr. Weber and Andi were outstanding! I felt NO PAIN at all. Even the dreaded numbing shot was only mildly uncomfortable for 2 seconds! Dr. Weber is very gentle. I was not over-numbed either- I hate when you are still numb hours after the procedure. My bite feels great and I couldn't be more satisfied with this dental practice.

Been 3 times and always experienced very skilled and informed work on my teeth, but last time I went, no one bothered to verify my insurance before the procedure and I was charged over $500 out of pocket!!! I was sent a text message reminding me to update my insurance card with them 'at least 24 hours before my appointment' and the text arrived less than a day before my procedure.

Soft touch filled a number of my teeth due to cavities. One of my fillings cracked after 3 months of receiving it . I was eatting rice and felt the filling break apart in my mouth . I reached out and they fixed it with no problem. The problem I have is with a different tooth. They placed a large filling over a decaying tooth which I had to get removed & refilled from another dentist . I will never go back here for fillings again . The work isn’t very thorough.

This dental facility is beyond disappointing, bordering on appalling. While it's commendable that they've helped some, the overall integrity of this oral health team is seriously questionable. My family member's experience was a nightmare – a tooth extraction sans proper follow-up care. No bone graft, no membrane, and a glaring absence of prescribed Chlorhexidine to prevent infection – a basic protocol for any dentist worth their professional standing. The severity of the infection warranted Clindamycin, a standard choice in such cases, yet it was inexplicably omitted from their treatment plan. Assigning zero stars to this establishment feels generous. The blatant negligence in providing essential post-extraction care reflects a callous disregard for patient well-being. This place needs a profound reevaluation of its practices. The pursuit of the almighty bottom line shouldn't inflict pain and suffering on those seeking dental care. The principle of "Do No Harm" (Primum Non Nocere) seems lost on this facility, and a radical overhaul is imperative for the sake of their patients.

I was very nervous, because i have such sensitive gums and i hadn't been able, due to finances, to see a dentist in 3yrs. No one even asked why my teeth and gums where in such bad shape, instead they focused on how to improve and fix everything, very positive atmosphere, with payment plans if you don"t have insurance. The care and procedures really are gentle, and they go out if their way to make you feel comfortable right down to the x-rays!

They were able to see me within a week for a cracked filling as a new patient. My former dentist whom I was a patient with had a 3 week backup and couldn't get me in. Soft Touch not only took care of me in a reasonable amount of time, but they are close to home and very professional. I've switched to them as my full time dentistry office.

I absolutely hate the dentist, but these folks take such good care of their patients. Everybody is so friendly and Dr. Weber can do a filling at lightning speed. Okay, maybe not that fast, but in under 15 minutes he gets my old one out and new one in. They are also very understanding that I have a very difficult time getting numb and are never hesitant to give more medication.

I had a toothache on a filling I had. I went to a chain dentist office and they quoted me an absurd price for my work. They were more concerned with selling me Invisalign. Soft Touch is able to do the work for a fraction of the price and they were so concerned about my well being. I called on a Thursday and they were able to get me in the next morning as an emergency. Everyone was sooo friendly and funny but did good work. I recommend !!!

I wrote a review saying I never coming back because they messes up my teeth and they sent me a 50$ charge for a missed appointment. I've missed appointments before and never got a charge. Don't go here. They messed my teeth up.

This is a wonderful dental office. I was referred to Dr. Leon about 15 years ago. Coming here was a good decision and I have always been pleased with their work and staff. Soft Touch Dental is a perfect name as everyone who works there is kind and helpful. Any staff member who performs procedures on your teeth do it with a thorough but light touch. I actually look forward to visiting the dentist whether for a cleaning or a filling. They have a very nice, caring staff. I would recommend this dental office to everyone. 12/10 rating!

I would recommend to anyone. Late Friday night I experienced the most painful toothache I have ever felt in my life. The whole weekend I was miserable waiting for Monday so my dentist would see me. Monday came but my dentist couldn't fit me. In tears I called several different dentist offices and was turned down left and right until I spoke to Soft Touch staff. They were able to get me within an hour. The staff was nice friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Webber addressed my pain immediately and I walked out of there with a smile on my face. It’s so good to be back! The receptionists, hygienists and Dr. Weber all made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I unfortunately tried a different dental office, Creve Coeur Dental which was closer to home and had a horrible experience. Soft Touch has superb customer service and a caring staff.
