I received great care with Dr DeAngelis and her team. I’ve had a cleaning done which was very thorough (forgot the technicians name but she was from upstate NY) and she went above and beyond. I’ve also had a filling done which has held up well now six months later. I never felt pressured or conned which I’ve experienced at few offices. I had my husband switch over, and have been recommending the office to friends as well.

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. DeAngelis and her team. She is not only professionally superb, but she has a genuine care for her patients as well. My family has been so fortunate to have her as our dentist!

This office is top notch. I’ve been taking my kids here for about 2 years. The dental hygienists are the sweetest & kindest people and they really take care of my kids when they’re in the chair. My youngest- 4 year old just went in for her first appointment last week and the hygienist (can’t remember her name) was the most gentle and really did an amazing job with my stubborn girl who didn’t want to come. They are setting my kids up to really not mind going to get teeth cleaned or cavities filled. The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming too. Dr DeAngelis herself is a very sweet lady & takes great care of her patients. My kids love her and her whole approach is very warm and she has great bedside manner. 08/31/23. Today, I started off by seeing Alexandria, Dr. DeAngelis’ hygienist. I have to say, she is the best hygienist that I ever ever gone to. She is kind, gentle, and makes you feel calm the minute you sit in her chair. Throughout her cleaning, I never felt like I had to grab onto the armrests,. She was very organized, thorough, and used high-tech equipment that I had not seen before. Very impressive! I then saw Dr. DeAngelis, who I always love seeing. She is so thorough, looked over my x-rays, checked the areas inside my mouth of concern, and discussed further treatment. Thank you Dr DeAngelis, and Alexandria. 01/10/23 Dr. DeAngelis‘s office is a calm and relaxing atmosphere the minute you walk in. Alexa and Madison make you feel comfortable immediately. I had a tooth that was hurting off and on, and after checking it out thoroughly, Dr. DeAngelis concluded that it was related to grinding my teeth at night and my sinuses. She gave me a splint, that Noi her assistant, made right away, to wear at night and thought that this should solve the problem. Dr DeAngelis and her staff are the best! I've been coming to Dr. DeAngelis's office for the past 3 years and I've recommended her to my colleagues. She is the nicest and her work is of the highest caliber. She's helped with emergency filler replacements, a tooth extraction when I had my braces, silver filler replacements to white fillings, and also my regular cleanings. I really appreciate how careful and considerate of her patients she is. When she injects anesthesia for any procedures that require it, it doesn't hurt! An update: I've moved jobs to La Jolla and live in La Mesa, but over 5 years later I'm still coming to Dr. DeAngelis. I trust her completely and that's not easy for me with dentists due to past experiences. I'm going to move oversees next year, so I'm sad i won't be able to come in, but my teeth health and esthetics have improved drastically since getting dental care here.

Best dentist I've ever had! My dental history is extensive due to an injury; surgeries, implant, tissue grafts, perm retainer, and more... I have been to countless dentists. I hadn't been in for a cleaning in 15 months during Covid. Alessandra was very nice and did an incredible job! I get tartar build-up despite my best efforts to prevent it. The very first time I went to DeAngelis dentistry, I was happily welcomed, they were all very friendly, made me feel comfortable, I was looking for a new dentistry. For a while and the payment plan they have and the deals they have are affordable, being a single mom of 4 yr old twin boys, dentistry can become expensive as you know, and this is affordable for me being a single mom, I also recommended my family, my grandmother goes and absolutely LOVES it! I have my teeth cleaned every 3 months, so I've experienced very good and not so good hygienists- Dr. DeAngelis has an EXCELLENT hygienist! It's nice they also utilize ultrasonic along with scaling. Dr. DeAngelis is excellent and very conscientious. She does thorough examinations and I trust she would find a problem if one arose. Best of all, the location is very close to me and I don't have to drive through traffic anymore for my cleanings! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. (P.S. They have a new patient special too).

She referred me to a lab for a crown and I had the best experience, he is a perfectionist!! Office is top of the line, diffusing oils are relaxing and TV's at each chair help keep mind occupied!

Doctor D. Not only knows very well how to work your dental needs. She also is very caring, compassionate and at the end you realized that you made a friend for lifetime. Top notch convenient facility at beautiful Carlsbad. The staff is very friendly.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. DeAngelis since we moved to San Diego 6 years ago and have followed her to the lovely new location in Carlsbad because she is quite simply the best dentist and orthodontist in all of SD! We keep seeing Dr. DeAngelis because you can trust her completely. If she tells you work needs to be done on your teeth, you know it needs to be done for you to have a healthy and pain free mouth, or to catch an issue before the problem gets worse and more expensive. I could go on for ages, but the best thing about Dr. DeAngelis is she really cares what your teeth look like. She makes sure the repairs look natural and everything fits comfortably. She is stellar!

I very much recommend Dr. De Angelis. She is highly skilled in her craft and has incredible "bed-side manners". In my new patient questionaire, I responded that I'd like to know what's going on during my procedure. She actually reads these and explained everything they were doing in detail. I'm extremely satisfied with my results. She and her staff make certain you are comfortable, informed, relaxed and most importantly - well. It is extremely hard to find a professional who is as personable as she is skilled. The office is state-of-the art (with a ceiling mounted tv!) and wasn't sold anything I didn't need. Two thumbs up!

Dr Anakarina is honestly the best Dentist I've ever had. She is so well educated and uptodate with all the technological advancements in dentistry. I'm a picky customer; so anytime I have questions about a procedure, she is happy to answer any and all questions I may have. I feel at ease every time I visit. The office is so beautiful, it's upscale, classy and super clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. Last but not least, I'm super scared of needles and the couple of times she had to use them on me it didn't even hurt! So for those people that are scared of pain... believe MEEE this is THE DENTIST to go to!!!!

The best dentist experinece ever! 10 out of 5 stars. Family friendly, state of the art equipment, and you can't beat the massage chair in the waiting room. Do yourself a favor and try this experience.
