I had a lot of work done here at a great price. And when I had a bridge come lose they stood behind their work and fixed it with no problem.

0 stars if it was an option. STAY AWAY!!!! drove to Lux Dental from Phoenix to have a crown/incrustacion on 5/10/25. Crown fell off the next day 5/11/25. Called the office and asked for the owner Dr Marin to redo My crown and to pay for my gasoline and she refused. Stay away don't waste your time and money. They have damaged my molar and now am in pain. Paid 400 dollars for such a horrible work. I am sure this Office hires new dentists that don't know how to do the work.

I had my doubts about this place but they gave me a quick diagnosis and estimate, in addition to being cheaper than where I had gone before. The doctors are kind and professional. The only thing I could say is that I had to wait about half an hour on my second day but I understand that they have more work, so for me it is acceptable. I totally recommend this place.

It was a very good experience in lux dental, the people was very hospital and I got very good service, treatment was very especial and the doctor Alejandra was fantastic.

I spent over $13,000 between December 2022 - January 2023 and had four bridges and one crown done. One bridge broke literally within a day when chewing a hamburger which they said I was not supposed to eat such ‘hard food’. As of right now, two bridges barely are intact, but one had to be replaced in the US within three months, and I’m keeping another bridge that’s split into half at this moment. The crown came off, and I am keeping it with the dental glue purchased via Amazon. They took two x-rays (which they never showed me) and didn’t detect my broken tooth that needed to be extracted. After going through all of these, I’d say I do not recommend to be treated in Mexico seeking cheaper cost. You ended up spending more.

$250 for impacted wisdom tooth removal. My insurance wanted to charge me $1400 to removal all my wisdom teeth at once no exceptions. All or none, when only one was an issue.

Bait and switch. Lies from all of them. It starts in the US parking area where "Tony" gets paid to bring in customers. He says he has the privilege of being over there to catch people first because "he's like you" claiming to be American. That's him trying to make you feel like you can trust him. You cannot. He quotes you a price and takes you to Lux where that price gets inflated and the work gets done with all the integrity of a 2nd grader who cheated on a math test and the skill of a jiffy lube salesman. I'm sure there are some places that deserve your time and money, this is not one of them. I am still suffering the consequences of this decision, medically speaking, over a month later. Katja never should have gone into dentistry. It just isn't her calling. Oh, they lure you with it being the mayors practice. That's true. She was supposed to be the one to do the work I paid for and then over paid for and she didn't show up til the next day. She doesn't get her hands dirty anymore. She does what they all do in the open forum back there where they see patients; walk around on her phone. It's unsanitary, unprofessional, and unworthy of your time and money. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

No reason to go here. Dr. Marla has disreputable practices. Get you in on a $15.00 cleaning, then ups the price without consulting with you. Also told me I needed 7 crowns, so I consulted a trusted dentist back home, I only needed 3. Scam like behavior. Try someone else, like Amazing Dental nearby.

I had a filling that needed to be removed and a root canal done. The lady who was working on my tooth decided to give me another filling. My tooth still hurts. Would not recommend. Now I have to find another dentist office to do it right.

Dr. Jimenez is the best dentist in Los Algodones due to his experience in the industry. He is meticulous, thorough and provides the best cosmetic dental work in town. Very clean office and polite staff. I wouldn't go any other place but here.

I absolutely hate dentists. After having almost all my teeth removed in Arizona I came to Lux with a friend. I needed 4 teeth removed and new dentures made. This was in February of this year. Everyone has commented about how beautiful my teeth are. I came back in November to have them relined. They fit almost like a glove. The care and compassion shown by everyone here is amazing. They are a wonderful company and I’ve enjoyed each visit. Fast and dependable service.

Very polite and professional staff. The building is kept clean and with prices so much lower than in the US, there really is no reason to go anywhere else.

I was there last month. Dentistry with Dr. Herminia was more competent than several US dentists. Prices were 20% of the US prices with great service and accentless English. I was extremely impressed and one month later very satisfied. I will return regularly as needed. Totally worth the trip from Tempe, AZ.
