I am completely delighted with the work they did on me. My two old root canals had turned out badly, and on top of that, the old crowns looked like parachutes on my teeth in the x-rays. Because other dentists didn't fit them properly, my teeth became infected again over time. The doctor at Baja Endodontics cleaned the infection very well without any problems, and I didn't feel any pain. He sealed the root canals that other dentists hadn't been able to seal. And he placed the new crowns so well that they weren't even noticeable in the x-rays, as if they were artificial. They looked like they belonged to the whole tooth because they fit so evenly. Thank God I found this place. I arrived very nervous about the old re-infection. The doctor was very professional; he dedicated himself to caring for me from start to finish, without interruptions. It's only 16 minutes from the border, there's plenty of parking, and a delicious restaurant right next door for a meal beforehand. I went to "i-image" for my 3D images. They were the cheapest I could find.

These guys are going to make sure you're satisfied and everything is done in the best way possible. And then double check. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and professional staff! I whole heartedly recommend his dental office. I had been dealing with a lot of pain and sensitivity with one my molars and had no luck with any dentists in the US as they kept saying it was nearly imposible based off of how my molar was positioned. It wasn’t until I found Dr. Carlos Estrada, who throughly explained what was going on and was able to fix the problem. My family and I now drive from San Diego to Tijuana just to get all of our dental work done with him! Him and his staff are super professional and very good at walking his patients through the procedures - he really breaks it down so you fully understand.

Dr. Estrada and team are fantastic! An accident prone lifestyle, voracious eating habits, and poor dental genes have made me a sort of connoisseur of dental work. In the course of 3 dental implants, a bridge, 2 partials (before the implants), countless cavities and multiple root canals, I’ve seen many dentists and endodontists over the years (in the United States, Mexico, and UK) and Dr. Estrada is one of the best! I first came to Dr. Estrada with an issue stemming from a root canal previously done (by a different doctor) while traveling. After examination, Dr. Estrada thoroughly explained my options, possible outcomes, and his recommended treatment plan. He patiently answered questions I had and his pricing was straightforward and clear. Si no hablas español, no te preocupes, Dr. Estrada and his staff are fully bilingual, English / Spanish. His office is located in a safe, upscale district in Tijuana, adjacent to a Sam’s Club with secured parking (as previously noted, if coming from the US, do try to bring pesos for parking - for about 2 hour appts, my parking was never over $15 MXN pesos). Dr. Estrada’s office is spotless clean, and he utilizes modern devices - digital X-rays and bite/tooth scanner (no putty tooth or bite impressions, or uncomfortable bulky X-ray plate things), making my procedure relatively quick and easy. In 3 appointments over two days of time, he was able to examine, redo the problem root canal / repair the tooth, and create / fit a crown. In previous root canals, I’ve had to first see an endodontist for the root canal and then see a separate dentist for a crown, taking way more time to complete - Dr. Estrada took care of me start to finish in the same office and it was painless, professional, thorough and expedient! And while I cannot say I look forward to the next dental issue I may have - I can say I am thankful for Dr. Estrada, and look forward seeing him again when the time comes! Highly recommend. Five stars for quality, communication, professionalism, value and care!

I love this dentist! Not only are they personable and go out of their way to accommodate your schedule, The office as a hole is very professional. The parking is secure as the lot has several security guards and people that clean up. Back to the dentist, he goes above and beyond to take care of your dental needs. He even cleaned up a tooth next to the tooth he was working on without charging me extra. He is gentle and really cares about his patience. The office is right next to Sam’s Club so it’s easy to find.

Drove down from the SF Bay area for a root canal and crown. Had a great experience. 0 pain and all the staff are very sweet. Super affordable and they do a great job. Highly recommend for anyone especially people coming from US. you can get a medical pass from them for easy border crossing back to us. They speak English and easy to make an appointment. Very close to the border. Secure paid parking is very cheap try to bring some pesos. They go above and beyond. Definitely will be coming back.

Was referred to this clinic from a cousin who had received amazing care here. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute and was warmly welcomed upon my arrival. I have a complex dental situation was had left me feel somewhat hopeless and embarrassed about my teeth. Paired with pretty bad anxiety around going to the dentist I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Eduardo was amazing, he took the time to listened to my concerns and requests. I thought this was going to take several days but he was able to complete three root canals w/crowns and a bridge in one day. I was comfortable and felt confident in him & his teams ability to complete the job. In the end I am very satisfied and will be back to move on to the next stage of restoration. When I tell you guys Baja Endodontics are the best in Tijuana! I had a bad experience with a previous dentist in Tijuana but luckily I found this dentist office. A truly excellent experience. Dr. Carlos and his entire team make you feel comfortable. They are all very friendly. I've been to other dentists before, and none of them are as involved in your case as they are. They are very approachable and have excellent communication and responsiveness. They even answer messages with any questions and clarify everything. They recommend the best way to save your teeth. My grandmother recommended them to me, and we are quite difficult and anxious patients. They have been very patient with us, which is appreciated. I went to the dental clinic to have my teeth extracted. The dental team was also super patient and pleasant. Afterwards, they fixed a root canal and a full crown on a broken tooth. I truly recommend them. 10 out of 10 for the dental team as well. And about the office: the security of the office is very good. Not just anyone can enter because they have to be granted access from inside. There is ample and secure parking, and the facilities are very modern and clean.

I couldn’t believe that I have found this place in Tijuana . This place is so clean. Dr. Estrada’s wife Laura is incredibly helpful. She will go out her way to help you. Recently I went to their office for my gum and he took care of it right away. I came over to have my teeth taken care of and have a nice vacation. I am very happy about it. Dr Estrada and his team are the best! I had two root canals redone and got two new crowns for a fraction of the price I would’ve spent in the US. Not only they saved me so much money but also they were so accommodating and made sure I was comfortable. We had two very long sessions (4ish hours each) and even though I did not enjoy having dental work done (cause who does, right?) I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office is easy to find, super clean and everybody is extremely professional. I certainly don’t look forward to having work done in my mouth anytime soon, but if I need an endodontist again, I’ll be calling Dr E. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Estrada, at first I was nervous but he explained everything about the treatment, he was kind and used top of the line technology for my root canal.
