Unfortunately, the service is very expensive for the way she treats diseases. I had an abscess in my armpit and the doctor told me that I needed to have it studied in a laboratory. She recommended Infecto Lab, which by the way, I shouldn't go to, and then to pathology. I was worried about the situation so I looked for an oncologist to find out if it was a "tumor" since this is what Dr. Lizeth led me to believe and it was, it was nothing more than an infected follicle that the oncologist removed for $250 pesos and the dermatologist would charge me $5,000 pesos. Be very careful because they might think you have something very serious and for her part, the doctor will take advantage of these opportunities to prolong this type of situation as much as possible. I hope you make this known to the doctor and make it more accessible for the good of all!
Good morning. Indeed, a culture of the fluid in your abscess was ordered, a protocol followed in all suspected infections. The antibiotic treatment was extended to resolve the problem, as it was progressing well. That was the indicated treatment, precisely to avoid any surgical intervention. Where you get your labs done is your decision. I recommended Infecto Lab because of its proximity, but there are others nearby as well. As for cost, perhaps our secretary made a mistake, because she actually charged you less at your last appointment. If the information provided was misinterpreted, our apologies. However, at no time were you charged anything. It's not our policy, much less our wish.

My experience was the worst. I had the appointment at noon and I arrived 5 minutes early... after more than half an hour of arriving, they still didn't attend to me, I left. Bad attention, I don't recommend it.

Very happy with the care and results that my daughter has had with the Dr. I recommend her whenever I can! For those who I see give a bad "review" I hope you have given it time and understand that a dermatological problem does not disappear overnight. You need to be constant and disciplined. I took my daughter for acne problems and the truth is we were very happy with her care and with everything she explained to us, we had already seen other derms, but the truth is they only look at us as "business" and not as patients, don't even hesitate to attend with Dr. Lizeth Flores, if the Dr. continues with that attitude in caring for her patients she will have many more patients than she already has, I will include myself in being one more patient!!! THE ONLY BAD THING. It is the attention in the calls and messages, they answer you hours later or the next day they answer you!! BAD POINT FOR RECEPTION!!!
