Dr. Ornelas is a true Maestro; by far the most educated and well-versed practitioner I have ever had the privilege of receiving care from. He’s traveled the world to study alongside highly esteemed individuals in ways I’ve yet to ever encounter in the field of dentistry giving him a grasp on depths of knowledge that were unprecedented to anything I’ve had my awareness lent to. I came to him after experiencing being mishandled by an American “Family” Dental facility that caused irreversible damage to my nerve that led to intense constant pain. He initially offered a very noninvasive low radiation exposure focal pointed X-Ray due to my sensitivity to radiation which showcased the damage that had been done from the prior Dentist. Jesus proceeded to educate me on the only options due to the severity of the damage which involved tooth extraction although his cutting edge process involved innovative practices for holistic regeneration. Platelets were made from my blood to support bone regeneration. The platelets were placed into the empty socket of my jawbone grafting new bone formation growth. After my unfortunate situation with the previous practitioner, I was hesitant of the dental industry living with tooth pain for over a year until I found Dr. Ornelas. I was held with love and provided with clarity. Not only did Jesus speak to my mind and my body, he spoke directly to my spirit with very choice words and directives. Energetically there was a strong presence of structure, balance and finesse. He is a master and his performance was like music moving. Dr. Ornelas is a true family man with his daughter working along side him. I felt like I was being held in a way that one would hold their own family member. With a system often built in a way to make one feel like a number; Jesus’s care has been truly paradigm shifting to my view of an industry. The consideration held touched down to a T when it came to the accuracy of the truth I could feel in my heart when he spoke. I am forever an advocate for real dentistry that surpasses simple professionalism and reaches into whole body wellness that’s rooted in earnest integrity. Jesus Carlos Ornelas is a Real One. Very happy I went to Dr Ornelas , I researched using the IAOMT website , found him and his daughter . Very nice , flexible , efficient , and get the job done and are attentive to my needs . I wanted root canals extracted due to cancer issues and want no more toxins in my body , he was very affordable compared to outrageous prices in California and he was able to use non toxic material , ozone and also even do vitamin c iv after ! Best biological dentists I have been to, definitely recommend and will go back .

This man has a very fragile ego and immediately resorts to insults when called out. According to him, and I quote "I'm rude with no respect and, a waste of human space" He had other choice words regarding my character but I'll spare him the embarrassment of publishing them here. This is all because I accused him of being stubborn, which he most definitely is, for not answering one simple question. Fortunately, I never visited his surgery (seems I'm one of the lucky ones) all this happened via email. Stay clear of this egotistical maniac!!!

I live in California and my husband is a Doctor. I have been wanting to visit a Biological dentist for years. My husband researched and found Dr. Ornelas and we visited him in March. My husband and I had extensive work done and Dr. Ornelas scheduled out the entire week for us. I am glad to say that I was overly impressed by Dr. Ornelas, Dr. Lea and Anjelica. They were the best! The three of them make a dynamic team. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very compassionate. I am scheduled to see Dr. Ornelas again this summer for more work and we are making Dr. Ornelas our permanent Dentist from now on. I read the negative reviews and don't believe the people are telling the complete truth. Keep in mind that Dr. Ornelas is a biological dentist, so if you're comparing a regular dentist to a biological dentist, yes biological dentist are more expensive because they are holistic and not mainstream dentistry. Dr. Ornelas never quoted prices over the phone because he doesn't know what's entailed until he exams you. No different than my husband's practice. We can quote estimates or how much a procedure is but we are not able to tell you exactly over the phone if the Doctor hasn't examined you. If you're curious about biological dentistry, I suggest that you watch a documentary on Plex called, "Root Cause". Dr. Ornelas followed the procedures and practices exactly how they described in the documentary. A mainstream dentist would not take all of the precautionary procedures that a biological dentist does or what Dr. Ornelas has done for us. His practice is very modern, clean and up to date. Much nicer than most dentist offices that I have visited in California. I am happy with the Dr.'s work and his fees. Who in the world would rather be put in to a Mexican jail than to pay $50.00? Also, Dr. Ornelas gently jiggled my jaw when injecting, no different than any other CA Dentist that I have visited. As you can tell, I highly recommend Dr. Ornelas, Dr. Lea and Anjelica. They are a great team!

A little over a year ago I was looking for a good dentist in Tijuana. Among all those I found, one was Mr. Jesús Ornelas. And yes he was good. He recommended that I remove all the metal that was in my mouth. We started by removing 2 bridges from my lower molars. The bad thing was that he had to go for surgery and left me in the hands of his daughter Lea. She had to start by treating a cavity. But when cleaning, he transferred the tooth and put so much filling that it touched the nerve and caused the nerve to become inflamed and thus forced me to have a Root canal and pay for it, but for the crown $1700. The next thing was to change a crown on a tooth. He started to remove the Crown and couldn't do it, he broke the tooth, and having to lose the tooth they charged me $500 for the extraction. He tortured me for 4 hours in the chair to get my tooth out and he gave me so much anesthesia that I couldn't get any more. The pains were terrible. The suffering was fatal. Hungry and tired. Having paid so much money and gas to travel from California to Tijuana and still. Without teeth and with a bad experience.???

Hi, all the way from Belize. Dr.Ornelas was just what I was looking for. Had two teeth that where shaky and infected pulled before I got my appointment with Dr Ornelas. It takes awhile to get an appointment with him. So I still had seven root canel teeth for him to pull. I ended up saving two teeth on upper, one on each side to hold my dentures now. Which fit and look much better then my teeth did. I now am able to smile with confidence. I also had extractions on lower and got a partial flexible denture which is also very comfy now. I had lots of cavitations done. Amalgams taken out and redone with better material. My first appointment was October 2018. I just got back from my second appointment June 2019 which all we needed to do was reline my dentures. Basically no pain before and after surgery. Immaculate office! Spotless! Brand new gear everywhere. Very high end. Jesus Carlos Ornelas gave me a deep clean with a touch of cosmetic. He’s extremely knowledgable and proficient with his practice. Many credentials. Extremely happy with the results. Absolutely NO pain what-so-ever. Great area. Fantastic restaurants. In fact I was enjoying culinary experiences that evening with my new smile. Having the hotel right across from the office was convenient and affordable. Awesome.! 5 star rating.

I am beyond thrilled that I went to Dr. Ornelas. He had been recommended to me by a friend of mine that went for some teeth extractions a few years ago. I needed to have a root canal tooth removed (since those all generally have bacteria growing inside the dead tooth), a baby tooth removed, two veneers replaced and two small fillings. This would have cost me at least double of what Dr. Ornelas charged but it wasn't even all about that, as he is a truly lovely man who really wants to help patients take care of their health and not just their dental health but their overall mental and physical health as well. I have to go back to have a bridge put in (if I choose, which I do) and am looking forward to it (well as much as one can look forward to dental work :)

Definitely recommend. Over 4 days of appointments all 15 of my amalgam fillings/gold crowns were removed and replaced with zirconia including mercury under my gold crowns- work done when I was in my twenties- apparently that was the protocol in the long ago time- previously confirmed by my local dentist. I chose Dr Ornelas specifically as research found he was IAOMT certified and Huggins trained. Office protocols included ozone purified air, booties for shoes (beautiful white floor), body gown and hair covering, protective cream for hands, face and neck for mercury vapor, charcoal drink to absorb any vapor in the mouth, goggles and nasal oxygen during drilling, office venting for mercury vapor, Vitamin C IV after procedures on week days – as it is outsourced and not available on Saturday appointments. My own platelets for complete healing were packed into the root canal extraction site. I walked the border safely from US. Dr gave me a note to pass to the front of the line because of the intensity of dental work. This saved lots of time in line and made the wait uneventful. I am very pleased with the work, procedures and results. Lab producing the crowns was not timely and caused schedule changes. I did have a couple of surprises as not all problems can be identified from a distance even with x-rays and pictures provided in advance. I brought Cashier’s Checks and some extra cash. I found Dr and Assistants very kind, caring, helpful, friendly and pleasantly chatty. US radio station plays softy in the background. I will be returning for bridge work as my root canal site heals.

I have been Dr. Ornelas's patient for five years. I only go to him. He is knowledgeable, skilled and just a great dentist. He takes his time with you and he takes pride in his work. He is not interested in cheating anyone. You are his patient, not a dollar sign. I only have good things to say about Dr. Ornelas and his office. You will find cheaper dentists in Mexico, but they will never meet his caliber. He is centrally located in Tijuana, and he speaks perfect English.

This man single handedly destroyed my life. He removed 12 mercury fillings UNSAFELY - without using supplemental oxygen as is required by ILADS and ALL of the mercury-safe dentist protocols. As a result, I was exposed to mercury vapor which I breathed in for 12 hours while he removed all of them at the same time. I’ve heard several reports from others. He just wants his money. He also told me to take “high dose selenium” afterwards, which is not a recognized chelation method nor will have any effect if you’re poisoned by a massive dose of mercury. Run far away.
