beware, avoid this place. They do a really bad job and does not honor their warranty and keep upcharge you. been going there since 2021 for 2 implants, went back and forth like 8 times. after they charge for the implant and crown, it became lose, so we had to go back, and get a bone graft, and x-ray and pay another 500 usd on top of the 1500 we already paid. now after the bone graft is done, and time to install the crown they suddenly want to charge 150 service fee to put the crown back on. they do not honor the warranty they provide which says a new one will be provided without additional charge. also everytime you call it's a different person, just feels really shady never dealing with the same people.

I cannot stress how much I urge to to be very careful getting dental work done here. Unfortunately at the end of the day they are looking to make money. They do great simple work like extractions and root canals. But if you need any type of implant or major work done, they will be very fast to collect your money and do work hastily to justify collecting the money all at once. My dad went in to get implants and replace all of his teeth and it was a nightmare. For some reason they decided extracting every single one of his teeth during one visit was a good idea ?. They installed implants, which had trouble taking. His gums began to deteriorate and it got to the point where there wasn’t enough jaw bone to attach new implants to. We later learned they should have only taken out 4 teeth and made sure the implants worked before removing all of the teeth. This whole ordeal has been going on for 2 years and my dad has now had to resign to using removable teeth. He was in a pretty bad depression for a long time. The worst part is once Dental Implant Art finally accepted they made a mistake they would ignore our phone calls because they were scared to face us. They told us the dentist that did this had been fired because he caused major harm to three patients. They also said they weren’t refusing to refund us they just literally didn’t have the $6,000 and there was nothing we could do. Again, this goes for all dentists. Your teeth are such an important part of your existence, please question any major work and ask for second opinions. I would give anything to prevent my dad going through this, but it’s too late now.

I went to this dentist back and forth for about 3 years. It’s been the worst times of my life. I was attacked and broke my teeth from biting down that was better than going to this dentist! There office will pull this comment I’m sure so read carefully. I saw an American couple that wanted there $ back I believe they lived in Alaska. With income tax they went down there paid the clinic by the time they got back things were breaking! The dentist called the Mexican Police on them for not wanting to leave!! Poor folks never got a dime back. They just started using the machine that holds the implant in place! My bottom plate started falling apart 2 months after they put it in!! The last time I went there the dentist told me we won’t do anything until you pay the remaining balance a week earlier I gave the little office trash a $1000. dollars she says the opposite but they would not look at there own video surveillance!! That day was enough!! So many painful do overs, he used a glue I was allergic to I went there 5 times before he took it off. He would hurt me on purpose!! I was going to fight the whole ordeal but I was so at piece that I would never have to go back to that office again that it was worth the $ the trashy office girl stole from me! That felling is still with me! I left and never have to go back again! I would think it’s almost done just hang on but it never happened. American folks I would never send you there! And they want the $ up front before they treat you!! That’s what happened to the couple I mentioned before. Message me if you need me & thank you for reading this.

Best decision we ever made. Elizabeth ( and Stephen) handled ALL of our needs from making dental appointments, hotel reservations & transportation to & from the clinic. This place not bad, but they cheat with insurance. Unlike other clinic, they suggest to take responsibility over communication with Insurance. Don't agree with it. I put low rating mainly about it. In the end, my insurance account was completely depleted and it costed me about 250$ more. I would give 4 stars to the medical staff, but this is considering the value for money. I was quite satisfied with what they do for me. But don't expect too much. Don't trust to do them anything complex or what you want to be done meticulously. If they cheat with insurance, who knows if they do everything else with high responsibility. You have to be very vigilant with any dentistry in Tijuana, and this place isn't an exception.

This summer I had the opportunity to fly in and I again turned to Implant Art Tijuana for help - in one day they measured, prepared and installed new zirconium crowns for me, the guys work quickly and professionally, and since Implant Art Tijuana opened a second clinic, there is a guarantee that you will be accepted immediately upon arrival, they will also help if you want to stay in Tijuana for a few days while you undergo treatment. Call and make arrangements, another big plus is that Art Tijuana has Russian-speaking, Spanish-speaking and English-speaking doctors, which is really worth its weight in gold, so that the treatment is even more comfortable. My experience was completely different. My treatment was a complete success, and I received excellent treatment from the entire team, who were very kind. I believe that when a patient develops bad habits, they are likely to fail, and it's unfair to blame the doctors.

They found out I had $10,000 to spend and they rushed veneers in my mouth as soon as possible With no proper pre-treatment or cleansing so they could get paid . one year later I have no teeth on the upper right side of my mouth the infection ate up to my orbital bone in my skull I nearly died. Finally after two gaffs and a sinus lift which were both surgeries that required me to be put under I’m finally ready to pay double that to have implants put in my mouth correctly on the side of the border as far as Mexican dentist go don’t do it they’re not held liable for any of their work .

I went here to get an implant. They were so nice, they picked me up from the border, they were very kind and friendly, answered every question I had spoke English very well. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable before I even got to see the Dr. The procedure itself was quick and painless the Dr. has a very light hand and is very kind. Took xrays to show me the placed implant. Once done with the implant they took me to the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions then back to the border. My adult daughters came with me, the guys were kind enough to take my daughters sightseeing in the area while I was getting the implant. Not only did I feel like a VIP my daughters did to. I highly highly recommend this place. The prices are very reasonable also. I’m 3 days post procedure and still have very minimal pain. They even called to check on me the next day. GO HERE FOR YOUR DENTAL NEEDS. They are great. I’ll update my review when I go back there to get the tooth put on the implant in 2 months. 5 stars.

Im writing this review finally after my most recent emergency visit. It was unplanned and they were able to fit me In Immediately. I recommend Arte Dental Tijuana to anyone and everyone who asks about my dental work. I’ve personally been here about 4 times now and scheduled for a few more appointments. Appointment work so far has been for a checkup, 2 cleanings, one deep cleaning, and now most recently an extraction and working on one implant. They did multiple services on me In one sitting. I choose them over other dental offices in TJ because of the service and overall bedside manners of all the dentist at the office. As well as my dentist Denisse speaks English so we have excellent communication. She also makes me feel comfortable as my anxiety Is horrible. The second dentist that worked on me is Dentist Pastor very courteous as well. Another perk of using Arte Dental is the complimentary taxi service too and from the border (not far) so I feel extra safe and confident about getting to my appointment on time. All the drivers I’ve met are very kind, provide good customer service, good conversation, clean company cars and most importantly drive safe! I’ve paid In cash and this last time was able to use a credit card so they accept different payments. I dread going to the dentist but this office helps ease my feelings with previous bad experiences In past offices. 10/10 recommend, this is an honest review and I feel it was time to review since I’ve had multiple appointments.

I went to Arte Dental early on a Friday Morning and the next day – I was finished and extremely happy. After paying thousands of dollars in Los Angeles to a Beverly Hills surgeon for 7 implants – I went to Arte for the zirconia crowns and in addition – replacement of 2 bridges and a cleaning. Pastor was my Dentist and the wonderful Tanya was my dental Hygienist. I paid 1/10th of what I would have paid in Los Angeles and will always go to see Pastor and Tanya in Tj. Assisted by Esteban – this is a wonderful team of whom I have already sent 2 Celebrity referrals. I’ll never get ripped off by Los Angeles Dentists again. The quality and CARING of the work by Pastor is top notch!

I had the worse experience in my life Art Dental Tijuana located at (La Placita de la 7, Blvrd Gral Rodolfo Sánchez Taboada 1511, Zona Urbana Rio Tijuana, 22000 Tijuana, B.C., Mexico). at 09/11/2020. You put your life at risk there. The doctor put six Straumann implants on me at September 12/21/2019. I paid cash $6200 just after operation. From six implant one implant failed and another one was on the top of my nerve. I had six months lots of pain. I went to USA doctor and Tijuana they all approved that the two implant were on the top my nerve. The USA and Tijuana Mexico doctors told me" "The Dental Art Tijuana is responsible for this two implant they have to take it out". I cloud not find Dr. Pastor directly one of staff help me. His name is Julian. Made appointment on 09/11/2020 at 6PM. I was in the office for three hours waiting, Meigel was asking for another $250 plus sign a letter that the clinic is not responsible for any of your implant. I did not have any option except I paid another $250 cash and sign the letter with force. They do not warranty any implant they give you one estimate when you are there they ask you more money. Meigel collect money on cash without any receive. Please stay a way from Dental Art Tijuana. What have I gone through pain I do not want to any human being in this kind of satiation. I am from Singapore. I visited Dental Art for a broken crown replacement in one of my business trip to Tijuana. It was an amazing experience the way they organize the appointments and professionalism shown by the dentist and the fellow staff. During my visit, the experience was excellent. I had two root canals performed. Dr. Rodolfo explained the entire procedure to me and performed his work in a professional manner. Dr. Joel Rguez performed the endopost with the same professionalism and attentive service. The administrative staff is courteous, respectful, and eager to make you feel welcome, assisting with transportation to the border and any other needs. I went to Dental Art Tijuana about 2 weeks ago for a deep cleaning, whitening treatment and to fix 2 cavities that I thought I had. It turned out that I had 6 cavities instead of 2. Doctor Omar was very nice and professional, he explained every step of the work he was doing. He did the work on all of my cavities and they charged me only for 5 instead of 6. Also, they removed the cleaning from my estimate because it was included in the whitening treatment so I was happily surprised. At the end, I ended up paying like $35 more than I planned even with so much more work that I was supposed to have done. The doctor and the staff is very polite and professional. Doctor Omar finished all the work in about 2 hours. The owner Miguel picked me up from the Mexican border and dropped me off at the clinic, and took me back to the border when my work is done. He is a very nice and professional person, I felt like I was visiting my family members. My teeth are doing great so far and I can highly recommend Dental Art Tijuana. To the people who complain about the prices told at the end, it wasn't true in my case. I contacted Yulia, the owner's wife before my appointment, I explained what I wanted and she sent me an estimate prior to my appointment. Of course, there can always be unexpected issues, like in my case I had 6 cavities instead of 2, but this wasn't the doctor's fault and I had the choice how many to fix. They gave me the total estimate before the doctor started working on my cavities and I didn't feel like I was pushed. You can always ask for the final estimate before they start the work and you have the right to refuse the work to be done. The office is small but clean and well maintained. My personal experience was awesome and I would totally come back.

This was my first time going to this establishment. I heard of Arte Dental Tijuana after I broke my tooth. I usually stay away from the Dentist because of the pain it causes; both physically and economically. On my first visit which was earlier this week on Thursday, I had X-rays done at a really cool place where you stand for your X-rays which take about a minute and you are done. I was very impressed. Then I was driven back to the office which was less than a five minute drive. (I didn’t have to drive myself which is a plus) When we got to the office Dr Jesus Rios started working on my broken tooth. I stressed to him that have fear to feel the pain and he assured me I wouldn’t feel anything and he was right! I left with a provisional crown but I could’ve left with my real crown that same day. Today I’m back to get my crown put on and it took like 30 minutes or less and pain free. I brought my mom today because I am 100% satisfied with the service I received.

Great experience :) I called in last minute since I was in a lot of pain because of my wisdom tooth coming in and they were able to fit me in next day. Samantha the dentist was so informative and patient in answering all of my questions. I have always been hesitant to getting dental work done in Tijuana but coming to this office they put my fears to rest. I’am so greatful for all of their help. The procedure was painless and I was so surprised that this clinic was nothing different than the one I go to here in the US. Thank you again I look forward to coming here again for all my future check up’s and cleanings :)

I had great experience at the clinic. I had placed 7 zirconia crowns, which are fitting, feeling and looking great! Looking forward to place implants and make further restorations. I recommended this place to my friends and all of them are happy with the service and prices. Dentists are highly professional and handle all the modern technologies. Positive reviews are fake. Do not go here. Trust me my friends have been ruined by this place and you shouldn't trust a company that can't give you hygienic quality of care. They don't have but one dentist whom us not there or unavailable and they only gave employees that just started there a month ago and deny any promises made by previous ones that I know someone gave money to. There are lots of other places so no matter what these people promise it will be lies. I wish my friends would post their before and after pics because it would terrify you of a simple process of even a crown placement. They don't have sufficient staff and even in severe pain will leave you on your own until they get you an appointment a week or two later. No one seems to be in charge yet there are different people working here off and on. They won't guarantee crowns or veneers and you are on your own if you have a broken crown or ruined previous crowns after they get your money. They will verbally say they guarantee everything until you dislike what they did and then they say it's not their fault and they are not responsible for your uneven bite, crooked crowns, or ugly uneven crowns. Locals or visitors please don't make the mistake of listening to their "discounts " because those discounts are because they can't get clients. Go somewhere else, please. Don't sign any forms stating they are not liable for their mistakes and trust your instincts and go anywhere else. Please trust me. This place wasn't open a year ago so some reviews are fake.

I appreciate the good work that they did in my mouth at Dental Arte. The dentist, Dr. Elizabeth, is very competent. I had 8 crowns done, and my smile looks very good. The clinic is right by the Costco. The first time I came, a girl picked me up by the border, but after I saw how easy it is to get to the clinic, I drove across the second time. They gave me a medical pass to use the fast lane, and it made things much easier.
