The facilities are clean, attractive, and comfortable. It can be a little confusing to use the elevator in the Medical Tower if it's your first time, but it's worth it. I always try to ask Yadira for my facials because she's very professional and attentive. My only criticism is the way they handle patient records. I paid for a year-long package, and every time I arrived for an appointment and they wanted to charge me for the services, I had to explain that I'd already paid. The receptionists looked confused, and then I had to pull up the messages where I'd asked about the package since it seemed they didn't have any notes about my history or the package. Aside from that, the facilities, the nutritionist Pedro, Yadira, and Dr. Esbeidy make the experience pleasant.

I went there to get a plasma package for hair growth. I told her that I didn't believe in PRP for the hair as I've tried literally everything for hair growth. She guaranteed and showed me pictures of people who allegedly grew hair. I gave it a try, paid for 2 packages, spending over a $700 dlls, but didn't work. I'm so dissapointed and had to do a hair transplant at another place. That did work though. I hope this is useful and people don't fall for the trap with false promises.

I went to her for years for my daughter's skin problem. She changed my creams every three months. Even some that were meant for acne only complicated my daughter's problem. I noticed that she kept prescribing the same creams she'd already prescribed, and they didn't work. So I went to another dermatologist, and she explained the situation to me and recommended only one cream. My daughter's skin has improved and is no longer irritated or pimply. I can't recommend Dr. Esbeydi definitively.

Terrible service. I'm not happy about meeting Dr. Esbeydy, but the service at her clinic and her receptionists is terrible. They reschedule your appointment at will, they don't show you at your scheduled time, and they forget to notify the cosmetologists so they can let you in. It's a shame because the equipment they use is very high-quality, but the care they provide makes you want to go.

The doctor's attention is good but it is completely detracted by the 3 receptionists, who of the 3 do not make one, I called by phone to order 4 creams I asked them to check if they had them the girl told me yes, I paid for them via transfer, then we arrived they gave me QR to go up and they only gave 3 to my daughter, I was waiting in the car, I called again they apologized and told me that they have them on Monday and that they would call me, I arrive on Thursday I call and they apologize saying that They missed calling me, I told them that it arrived in an hour, I go back to the same QR dynamic to go up to the office and my daughter comes back without anything, I need the name of the cream because they don't know what it is!!! I call again and the lost girl I remind her of the whole thing and I wait again for the QR to be able to upload, her ineptitude, the complexity of the QR that expires if you are not there at the minute of the appointment, the valet parking, bad experience, they highly recommended Dr. Esbeydy to me but they didn't even spell my daughter's name correctly, the prescription came out with a misspelled name, the last straw!!

Please wait more than 4 months for this appointment. I made the appointment for my 9-year-old girl who has a severe skin problem and for my 2-year-old boy who also has skin problems. They asked me to arrive 15 minutes early, and so it was, we arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. The 3 useless receptionists never made us wait, 15 minutes passed and I still waited 20 more just to see what other people who arrived after us entered. It bothered me quite a bit that I just got up and left with my children. The truth is that they are not at all attentive and if they see that you are going with small children, it is okay for them. I will never return, La De. They highly recommended it to me, but because of its useless staff I will not return.
